A nova Constituição prevê artigo que preserva cidades e monumentos nacionais de valor artístico e histórico. José Arnaldo Amaral, prefeito de Olinda, solicita a criação de um fundo para a preservação dos sítios históricos. O Deputado Octávio Elísio (PMDB-MG) propõe emenda em que a preservação tenha o envolvimento da comunidade e da administração municipal. Manifesta-se ainda, pela punição daqueles que destroem o patrimônio público. O Deputado Jesualdo Cavalcanti (PFL-PI) propõe medidas que detenham a depredação de bens de valor histórico e cultural. A Comissão de Sistematização vota os Direitos Sociais, que formam o Capítulo II da Constituição e aprova: garantia de emprego, seguro desemprego, fundo de garantia por tempo de serviço, salário mínimo unificado e irredutibilidade de remuneração. Acontece a discussão sobre a jornada de trabalho ( inciso 11 do Artigo 6º ). Segundo o substitutivo de Bernardo Cabral, a duração do trabalho não será superior a 8 (oito) horas diárias. A emenda foi rejeitada. O Deputado Brandão Monteiro (PDT-RJ) comenta a rejeição da emenda. O Deputado Pimenta da Veiga (PMDB-MG) pede o entendimento entre os partidos. O Deputado Ademir Andrade (PMDB-PA) fala do desentendimento no PMDB. O Deputado Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT-SP) acredita que a jornada de 40 (quarenta) horas semanais ainda poderá ser aprovada no plenário.

运用推广的液滴模型(GLDM)并结合量子力学中的WKB方法计算了新核素~(263)Hs和~(260)Bh及其α衰变链上各核素的势垒贯穿概率,对该链上各原子核的α衰变半衰期进行了研究。计算结果表明:利用推广的液滴模型结合WKB方法计算出的α衰变半衰期可以很好地符合在超重核区的实验值,验证了推广的液滴模型在超重核区的适用性,能够很好地描述超重核的α衰变。同时,计算表明新核素~(260)Bh和~(263)Hs的合成及其半衰期的测量是可靠的。

We present an analysis of the data from our Swedish-ESO Submillimetre Telescope molecular line survey in the 1.3 mm band of the N, M, and NW positions in the Sgr B2 molecular cloud. We have surveyed the frequency band 218.30-263.55 GHz toward the core positions N and M and the quiescent cloud position NW in the Sgr B2 molecular cloud using the Swedish-ESO Submillimetre Telescope. In total 1730, 660, and 110 lines were detected in N, M, and NW, respectively, and 42 different molecular species were identified. The number of unidentified lines are 337, 51, and eight. Toward the N source, spectral line emission constitutes 22% of the total detected flux in the observed band, and complex organic molecules are the main contributors. Toward M, 14% of the broadband flux is caused by lines, and SO2 is here the dominant source of emission. NW is relatively poor in spectral lines and continuum. In this paper we present the spectra together with tables of suggested line identifications.

Acid whey has become a major concern especially in dairy industry manufacturing Greek yoghurt. Proper disposal of acid whey is essential as it not only increases the BOD of water but also increases the acidity when disposed of in landfill, rendering soil barren and unsuitable for cultivation. Effluent (acid-whey) treatment increases the cost of production. The vast quantities of acid whey that are produced by the dairy industry make the treatment and safe disposal of effluent very difficult. Hence an economical way to handle this problem is very important. Biogenic glycine betaine and trehalose have many applications in food and confectionery industry, medicine, bioprocess industry, agriculture, genetic engineering, and animal feeds (etc.), hence their production is of industrial importance. Here we used the extreme, obligate halophile Actinopolyspora halophila (MTCC 263) for fermentative production of glycine betaine and trehalose from acid whey. Maximum yields were obtained by implementation of a sequential media optimization process, identification and addition of rate-limiting enzyme cofactors via a bioinformatics approach, and manipulation of nitrogen substrate supply. The implications of using glycine as a precursor were also investigated. The core factors that affected production were identified and then optimized using orthogonal array design followed by response surface methodology. The maximum production achieved after complete optimization was 9.07 ± 0.25 g/L and 2.49 ± 0.14 g/L for glycine betaine and trehalose, respectively.

The Jean C. Agee Papers consists of electrostatic copies of genealogical information, correspondence, legal records, publications, and other papers relating to the following families: Bratton, Clawson, Erwin, Kee (Key), Stroud, Crook, Gillespie, Watson, Hunter, McKinney, Moffatt and Williams. Descendants of these families have settled in Chester County and other regions of the S.C. piedmont district. The collection also includes church histories and/or cemetery records for Fishing Creek church, Hopewell Baptist Church, Bethesda Presbyterian Church, and Purity Church; and an autobiography of Reverend A. M. Cartledge who served as minister of many churches in central and western S.C. The collection represents an excellent reference source for genealogical information concerning the aforementioned families, providing information as far back as the pre-revolutionary
