The author Lucía Etxebarría is in the fourth generation of "female voice" of Spanish literature of the post- war, as has pointed Alchazidu (2001), has as her main theme the women’s representation and reflection about their role in society. In the work of Lucía has, according to Fernández (2001), a feminist commitment that appears through the authorial voice, in the first-person narration and in the dialogues between characters. Besides this commitment to feminism, we can perceive common purposes with Queer Theory, thus, this paper aims to demonstrate commonalities between the work of LucíaEtxebarría and Queer Theory. For this we analyze two novels: Amor, prozac, curiosidad y dudas e Beatriz y los cuerposcelestes, and the storybook: Nosotrasque no somoscomolasdemás. We conclude the main objective of the Lucia’s work and Queer Theory are misplaced,outsiders, abnormal subject that do not adapt themselves to existing identities in society and look for identities in the margins. Furthermore, the author criticizes the standards of female and male, emphasizes sexuality as historical, cultural and social construction andalsogives your characters androgynous appearances to destabilize the body as "truth" of being.

In general, diversity can be conceptualized as the expression of opposites (BARROS, 2008). Despite the homogenization of several kinds and in the various areas promoted by the current process of globalization, the so-called ‘flat world’ will never be able to express the whole without considering the parts. In such a context of different ways of being in the world, language learning is a crucial condition for citizenship education, it is the key to get to know other people (BYRAM, 2006). Because of that, educational processes have been going through significant changes, fostering, among other things, postures aligned with the new world order, where the preparation of learners to able to exercise their rights at a global level and take advantage of mechanisms which guarantee their intercultural citizenship, has continually gaining ground. Linguistic education has been taking a similar path. In its scope, discourses and pedagogical practices which take into consideration the sociopolitical character of any educational process start to be required. In other words, it has been demanded an egalitarian linguistic education which, above all, struggles for diversity and is able to guarantee total inclusion, creating ample opportunities, especially for those learners who come from less privileged classes and historically marginalized groups. Having human diversity in the background, the article aims to discuss the role of the contemporary language teaching professional, highlighting the challenges and commitments which await them at different levels, and the central position this professional occupies at this crucial moment of the global society in which we fight for the historical, cultural and social (re)construction of our differences.

Studies carried out so far allow us to observe important aspects regarding the transformation of the dramatic genre. They show how either traditional or new formal elements are assimilated or reworked by the authors in Modernism and in contemporary productions, with different meanings, transforming the dramatic genre in such a way that typical elements of the ancient tragic genre assume different meanings in the contemporary tragic drama. The same phenomenon can be identified in the elements of metatheater, which undergo displacements in the Vanguard Theater, defining new functions. This approach assumed by most contemporary cultural practices is celebrated as a creative possibility to renew the cultural matrixes; however, such practices are not new, and are found in the production of the poet, playwright and writer Oswald de Andrade. It is important to mention that even Oswald de Andrade revisited traditional sources, as observed by Gilberto Mendonça Teles (2009) when addressing the models of cultural interpretation in the current days. Although there are several studies on Oswald de Andrade’s works, focusing mainly on his prose and poetry, his theatrical texts are still poorly studied. Considering Oswald de Andrade's productions, his theatrical texts present procedures that testify his modernity in the capacity of anticipating changes, which are currently conceived as procedures and trends of contemporary poetics. This reflection is what is intended in the present text.

  ABSTRACT: T. Adorno and Max Horkheimer set out to analyze not the cause of reason, as did empiricists and rationalists, but understand the deeper objectives of this human faculty. To understand it made ​​a historical retrospective, since the myths contained in the Iliad and Odyssey to the myths created by modernity, in order to reveal the tricks of what they called "Enlightenment". They will say that, while the clarification is an attempt to win over the forces of nature and on human fears, is also a way to encapsulate the man, not this or that belonging to a social class, but humanity in general. The objective of this work is therefore is to relate the concept of enlightenment to the cultural forms of modern man, seeking to explain the extent to which Western societies are prisoners of what they believe to be the great instrument of liberation: Reason.
