Resumo:
The central question of this article follows: “is a style issue inherent to language activity?”, and this question crosses with several other experiences with many linguistic enunciates like the one in the following ad: “Vem pra caixa você também. Vem!” (You should also come to Caixa. Come now!). Would enunciates like these be the owners of style? In order to adequately comprehend what style is, it is necessary to fix the surging of stylistics, to verify the conceptual path of style and, only after this verification, to seek answers for the above-mentioned question
