The advances in building learning technology now have to emphasize on the aspect of the individual learning besides the popular focus on the technology per se. Unlike the common research where a great deal has been on finding ways to build, manage, classify, categorize and search knowledge on the server, there is an interest in our work to look at the knowledge development at the individual’s learning. We build the technology that resides behind the knowledge sharing platform where learning and sharing activities of an individual take place. The system that we built, KFTGA (Knowledge Flow Tracer and Growth Analyzer), demonstrates the capability of identifying the topics and subjects that an individual is engaged with during the knowledge sharing session and measuring the knowledge growth of the individual learning on a specific subject on a given time space.

The authors analyse some of the research outcomes achieved during the implementation of the EC GUIDE research project “Creating an European Identity Management Architecture for eGovernment”, as well as their personal experience. The project goals and achievements are however considered in a broader context. The key role of Identity in the Information Society was emphasised, that the research and development in this field is in its initial phase. The scope of research related to Identity, including the one related to Identity Management and Interoperability of Identity Management Systems, is expected to be further extended. The authors analyse the abovementioned issues in the context established by the EC European Interoperability Framework (EIF) as a reference document on interoperability for the Interoperable Delivery of European eGovernment Services to Public Administrations, Business and Citizens (IDABC) Work Programme. This programme aims at supporting the pan-European delivery of electronic government services.

Статья посвящена проблеме влияния диалога "человек-компьютер" на формирование коммуникативных качеств личности пользователей и разработчиков. В статье рассмотрены психологические проблемы взаимодействия человека с техническими интеллектуальными системами. Проанализированы новые психологические эффекты такие, как "сужение диапазона эмоций", "размывание (или наоборот - повышение жесткости) коммуникативных границ", "трудности в понимании психологического контекста диалога человека с человеком", "монологический стиль взаимодействия с людьми" пользователя. В статье показаны перспективные направления в развитии систем "человек – система искусственного интеллекта" для преодоления названных психологических эффектов может стать такие пути, как: во-первых, качественное преобразование интерактивных функций интеллектуальных технических систем, во-вторых, интенсификация непосредственного межличностного взаимодействия разработчиков, программистов на основе принципов оптимального диалогического взаимодействия (в стиле взаимодействия - "сотрудничество"). Представлены психологические рекомендации для развития коммуникативного потенциала личности, длительно взаимодействующей с система искусственного интеллекта.

Presented computer system allows in interactive mode with user to value the temporary expenseses of the operator on processes decision making and their realizing, participations it in process of the spying.

It is proposed an agent approach for creation of intelligent intrusion detection system. The system allows detecting known type of attacks and anomalies in user activity and computer system behavior. The system includes different types of intelligent agents. The most important one is user agent based on neural network model of user behavior. Proposed approach is verified by experiments in real Intranet of Institute of Physics and Technologies of National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute”.

An expert system (ES) is a class of computer programs developed by researchers in artificial intelligence. In essence, they are programs made up of a set of rules that analyze information about a specific class of problems, as well as provide analysis of the problems, and, depending upon their design, recommend a course of user action in order to implement corrections. ES are computerized tools designed to enhance the quality and availability of knowledge required by decision makers in a wide range of industries. Decision-making is important for the financial institutions involved due to the high level of risk associated with wrong decisions. The process of making decision is complex and unstructured. The existing models for decision-making do not capture the learned knowledge well enough. In this study, we analyze the beneficial aspects of using ES for decision- making process.
