In this paper, we minimize the map Fp (X)= ||S−(AX−XB)||Pp , where the pair (A, B) has the property (F P )Cp , S ∈ Cp , X varies such that AX − XB ∈ Cp and Cp denotes the von Neumann-Schatten class.
