The paper presents a multicriteria decision support system, called MultiDecision-2, which consists of two independent parts - MKA-2 subsystem and MKO-2 subsystem. MultiDecision-2 software system supports the decision makers (DMs) in the solving process of different problems of multicriteria analysis and linear (continues and integer) problems of multicriteria optimization. The two subsystems MKA-2 and MKO-2 of of MultiDecision-2 are briefly described in the paper in the terms of the class of the problems being solved, the system structure, the operation with the interface modules for input data entry and the information about DM’s local preferences, as well as the operation with the interface modules for visualization of the current and final solutions.

Use of modern object-oriented methods of designing of information systems (IS) both descriptions of interrelations IS and automated with its help business-processes of the enterprises leads to necessity of construction uniform complete IS on the basis of set of local models of such system. As a result of use of such approach there are the contradictions caused by inconsistency of actions of separate developers IS with each other and that is much more important, inconsistency of the points of view of separate users IS. Besides similar contradictions arise while in service IS at the enterprise because of constant change separate business- processes of the enterprise. It is necessary to note also, that now overwhelming majority IS is developed and maintained as set of separate functional modules. Each of such modules can function as independent IS. However the problem of integration of separate functional modules in uniform system can lead to a lot of problems. Among these problems it is possible to specify, for example, presence in modules of functions which are not used by the enterprise to destination, to complexity of information and program integration of modules of various manufacturers, etc. In most cases these contradictions and the reasons, their caused, are consequence of primary representation IS as equilibrium steady system. In the article the theoretical aspects of planning of the systems of the controlled from distance diagnosing of level of know ledges of students are resulted on the basis of modern pedagogical theoretical and technological approaches. The practical results of creation of the systems of this type are resulted for organization of testing both in the structure of local networks of higher educational establishments and with access through the global network of Internet.

The importance of “control variations” for obtaining local approximations of the reachable set of nonlinear control systems is well known. Heuristically, if one can construct control variations in all possible directions, then the considered control system is small-time locally controllable (STLC). Two concepts of control variations of higher order are introduced for the case of smooth control systems. The relation between these variations and the small-time local controllability is studied and a new sufficient STLC condition is proved.
