A Multi-agent Framework for Distributed Decision-making Systems

An approach of building distributed decision support systems is proposed. There is defined a framework of a distributed DSS and examined questions of problem formulation and solving using artificial intellectual agents in system core.

Selfstructurized Systems

The problems of constructing the selfsrtucturized systems of memory of intelligence information processing tools, allowing formation of associative links in the memory, hierarchical organization and classification, generating concepts in the process of the information input, are discussed. The principles and methods for realization of selfstructurized systems on basis of hierarchic network structures of some special class – growing pyramidal network are studied. The algorithms for building, learning and recognition on basis of such type network structures are proposed. The examples of practical application are demonstrated.

Approaches to Building Websites for Training People with Special Education Needs

This work discusses several approaches to building websites for training and facilitating people with special education needs (SEN), implemented over the last four years with the authors’ involvement. Achievements are credited and avenues for improvement are suggested, as emphasis is given to technologies and resources of key importance in providing the required level of accessibility. Two instances of learning management systems are considered as tools for developing websites dedicated to training and working with people with SEN. A summary of the recommendations and requirements of developers of such sites is made in view of improving the degree of accessibility.
