This article is the final part of the formal description of the metaontology for medical diagnostics in the language of applied logic. It contains a description of the causes of signs’ values and of the causes of diseases.

Distributed Genetic Algorithm Implementation by Means of Remote Methods Invocation Technique – Java RMI

The aim of this work is distributed genetic algorithm implementation (so called island algorithm) to accelerate the optimum searching process in space of solutions. Distributed genetic algorithm has also smaller chances to fall in local optimum. This conception depends on mutual cooperation of the clients which realize separate working of genetic algorithms on local machines. As a tool for implementation of distributed genetic algorithm, created to produce net's applications Java technology was chosen. In Java technology, there is a technique of remote methods invocation - Java RMI. By means of invoking remote methods it can send objects between clients and server RMI.

Normal ECG Recognition for Express-Diagnostics Based on Scale-Space Representation and Dynamic Matching

A novel approach of normal ECG recognition based on scale-space signal representation is proposed. The approach utilizes curvature scale-space signal representation used to match visual objects shapes previously and dynamic programming algorithm for matching CSS representations of ECG signals. Extraction and matching processes are fast and experimental results show that the approach is quite robust for preliminary normal ECG recognition.

Smart Portable Tester for Bird Flue Express-Diagnostics: Principles of Design

In the V.M. Glushov Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in collaboration with O.V. Palladin’s Institute of Biochemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine the smart portable device for express-diagnostics of acute viral infections, including bird flu, is designed. The device is based on the effect of surface plasmon resonance. The principles of device are described in the article.

Designing the System of Remote Knowledge Diagnosing for Students of Technical Specialties

In the article the theoretical aspects of planning of the systems of the controlled from distance diagnosing of level of know ledges of students are resulted on the basis of modern pedagogical theoretical and technological approaches. Automatic ECG Analysis for Preliminary and Detailed Diagnostics Based on Scale-space Representation

A novel approach of automatic ECG analysis based on scale-scale signal representation is proposed. The approach uses curvature scale-space representation to locate main ECG waveform limits and peaks and may be used to correct results of other ECG analysis techniques or independently. Moreover dynamic matching of ECG CSS representations provides robust preliminary recognition of ECG abnormalities which has been proven by experimental results.
