Conflitos ambientais na microrregião de Viçosa-MG : O conflito entre a legislação ambiental e os produtores agrícolas e o excesso de penalização dos pequenos casos de infração à legislação ambiental

The research presented in this article aims to identify and to analyze the cases of environmental conflicts in the microrregião de Viçosa, Minas Gerais, Brasil. For this were performed data surveys were conducted in the archives of the Ministério Público regarding the municipalities of microrregião in study and a workshop with various social movements of the mesorregião da Zona da Mata. From this survey on we check the conflict established between environmental legislation and farm workers, and also the concentration of the penalty on small cases of violations of environmental legislation. Thus, we conclude that to think about environmental conflicts is require the recognition of inequalities of power and the different types of knowledge and rationalities involved in the appropriation of natural resources by society.

Processo da Prática Educativa Profissional em Educação Física na Colômbia, Brasil e Argentina

Pesquisar sobre orientaçoes pedagógicas de formaçao na PráticaEducativa em Educaçao Física nos aponta para: diversidade da formaçao docente; dificuldades de compreensao no desenvolvimento, processos educacionais; construçao de Identidade Educativa. Objetivo: busca-se focalizar as Orientaçoes Pedagógicas da Formaçao Docente; no Cenário da Prática Educativa Profissional no MERCOSUL e, como este processo tem-se desenvolvido. Metodologia: caminho, estudo de casos múltiplos, técnicas: fonte documental e análise de conteúdo. Participantes sao 20 sujeitos de 4 Universidades, de cada uma 1 professor-orientador, 2 professores- colaboradores e 2 estagiário-professores. Para este momento estaremos apresentando, os dados da fonte documental relativos à Prática Educativa Profissional. Resultados e discussao: constatou-se que a Constituiçao Nacional, Decretos Lei e Legislativos, Resoluçoes, Manuais e Regulamentos Internos da Prática se compoem de disciplinas subsidiadoras no processo de formaçao e, numero de níveis totais e parciais. Somatória total de horas da Prática Educativa; acompanhamento dos professores-orientadores e colaboradores e seu labor. Observa-se o papel da Prática Educativa Profissional. Conclusao: Nas Universidades, a formaçao do professor de Educaçao Física se desenvolve entre 4 e 5 anos. Porém, valoriza-se a orientaçao pedagógica na dimensao prática da própria formaçao

A política fundiária do governo Olívio Dutra no Rio Grande do Sul - Brasil (1999-2002): diretrizes, dinâmica política e resultados atingidos

This paper has as objective to analyze the foundry work politics made by the Olívio Dutra's government in the state of Rio Grande do Sul-Brazil, being taken into account their guidelines, the dynamics of the political struggle promoted between the social leaders from the rural area and the achieved global results. This government's freshness is related to the fact of it was being sustained and supported by a coalition of left wing parties and by a group of social movements and also by syndical entities of the field, which was decisive in the presentation of an antagonistic program to the neoliberal politics on energy in a national extent. Hence this government became committed in adopting an own foundry work politics, being opposed to the program of market land reform extolled by Cardoso's government, in national wide. Therefore, the results presented along the article demonstrate that in spite of the assumed commitments and, in face of legal, institutional and economical limitations and also its existent politics, the space of the state governments' performance can only be thought about its complemental character on the federal government's actions.
