Ideas políticas y administración de justicia: Vicente Fidel López y Antonio E. Malaver

En el debate suscitado en torno a la organización de la estructura judicial de la provincia de Buenos Aires, entre 1860 y 1880, tanto en sus fundamentos teóricos como en sus aspectos prácticos, los juristas y políticos expresaron sus ideas, que buscaremos determinar y analizar. Para ello hemos elegido a Vicente Fidel López y Antonio E. Malaver, por haber tenido una activa participación en la formación de las instituciones judiciales y responder a distintas líneas de pensamiento dentro del autonomismo. Si bien ambos pertenecían a generaciones diferentes, con diversas propuestas sobre administración de justicia, podemos vislumbrar códigos culturales comunes, propios de una elite.

Retrato de la Lozana andaluza en cine y televisión : las versiones de Vicente Escrivá y Chumy Chúmez

A partir de 1945, momento en que Pascual de Gayangos encuentra la obra de Francisco Delicado en la Biblioteca Imperial de Viena, Retrato de la Lozana andaluza no ha dejado de ser objeto de polémicas, reediciones y reelaboraciones genéricas. Es por ello que en el presente trabajo nos proponemos analizar las proyecciones de la novela renacentista en La lozana andaluza (1976), film de Vicente Escrivá, y la serie televisiva homónima dirigida por Chumy Chúmez en 1983. Las similitudes y alteraciones que surgen en el nivel textual e iconográfico con cada nueva actualización nos permitirán dar cuenta, en última instancia, de las políticas culturales de que ha sido y es objeto la obra de Delicado.

Os conceitos de "Cultura Esportiva" e "Habitus Esportivo" : Distanciamentos e aproximaçoes

This work deals with two concepts which serve as a support for studies on sport: "sport culture" and "sport habitus". We aim to identify points of intersection and differences between them in the Brazilian field of Physical Education. We conclude that sport culture concept corresponds to the descriptive and structural dimensions of culture conformation in relation to sport in contemporary society, marked by the phenomenon of economic globalization. This concept refers to the symbolic conception of culture that understands the meanings and directions assigned to the sport phenomenon and to its practice by different individuals and social groups. The sport habitus gradually acquired through the exposure of social agents to the logic of the sport field, corresponds to a willingness to think, to make sense and to act in this space. Not everything that is culturally produced in sports is incorporated in the form of sport habitus, but the habitus is based on aspects of culture. That is, the sport culture has a plurality of manifestations that are not always incorporated in the form of a habitus. The aspect that differentiates the manipulation of concepts of culture and sport habitus is the analytical focus of each, working with both in a complementary manner might become a theoretical and methodological option that contributes to the enlargement of the analysis.
