La lutte contre les abus dans le domaine de l’asile: émergence et développement d’un discours structurant le droit d’asile suisse

La « lutte contre les abus » en matière d'asile s'est imposée comme le discours dominant à l'origine des multiples révisions de la loi sur l'asile depuis son entrée en vigueur en 1981. Cette contribution, issue d'un workshop tenu lors des journées des doctorant-e-s du Centre de droit des migrations en novembre 2013, se propose de porter un regard interdisciplinaire sur l'émergence et le développement de cette notion, ainsi que sur le type de mesures adoptées dans le cadre de ce discours.

Platelet glycoproteins and their role in diseases

The role of platelet glycoprotein receptors in disorders caused by their absence or defects such as in Bernard-Soulier syndrome or Glanzmann's thrombasthenia has been known for many decades now. Their function as targets for pathological antibodies is also well established. The possible roles of platelet receptors or their polymorphism variants in the origins of diseases such as cardiovascular disorders are less well studied. Investigation of this area began about five years ago and many findings still remain controversial. The involvement of platelet receptors in other diseases like asthma, diabetes and HIV are only starting to be studied.

[Anal metastasis from a lung cancer]

We report an anal metastasis from a lung cancer which was diagnosed on symptoms mimicking an acute anal abcess. The diagnosis was based on specific immunohistochemistry.

The aims of surgical crown lengthening procedures are to improve prosthetic reconstructions at teeth with limited hard tissue, to prevent periodontal problems and/or to improve esthetics. When planning and performing surgical crown lengthening, it is important to consider not only periodontal and technical aspects but also the gingival profile of the neighbouring teeth. This paper presents the systematic approach starting with the diagnosis and indication to the performed treatments and the obtained results and gives clinical recommendations.
