Os cadernos de física: algumas inquietações sobre o currículo oficial do Estado de São Paulo

The assumptions of Marxist philosophy helps us understand the inherent contradictions of the historical process. The last historical period was marked by the implementation of the neoliberal agenda to reduce social spending and market liberalization. The educational reforms of the state of São Paulo followed the same goals. A voz inicial dos professores sobre o processo de inclusão escolar num curso de formação continuada em EAD

The inclusive classroom, focused on individual differences, it is becoming more frequent and constant within mainstream schools. For this practice to be successful, there must be a different work by teachers, methodology, teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials. Thus, the teacher who works directly with students with disabilities, find factors that facilitate and hinder this practice, making it essential to study of such factors, so we can understand and contribute to assessment and implementation of strategies to minimize the need that this pedagogical practice imposes. This varying needs, from the simple as using different materials to work in the classroom to the broader and more complex, as the reform in schools. Thus, these aimed to survey and analyze the conceptions of teachers on facilitating and hindering aspects of the schooling of students with disabilities in the regular classroom as well as check their training needs. The method used was ruled a quantitative approach to data collection was through a closed questionnaire containing 35 questions with Likert scale. The study included 904 teachers who underwent a course of Improvement in Inclusive Educational Practices, the same was applied when students entered the course, but had not had contact with the course content. The result showed that most teachers agree that all students with disabilities have behavior problem, dividing the assertion that the disabled student disrupts the class of the colleague who has a disability. In this article the issue of continuing education is associated with the needs analysis, according to the theoretical used. The aim of this study is identify the factors that motivate or discourage the continuing education of educational managers (principals, vice-principals, coordinators and educational assistants) into ten public schools in the city of Araraquara. The managers have been heard through questionnaire, report narratives and interviews. The position of the Education Department have been got through an interview. According to these managers reports it was possible to notice the distance between the conceptions of the creators of the courses, represented by the Municipal Education, and their target. The results give evidences that the training offered do not correspond to the needs faced by these principals and teachers, their conceptions and dilemmas are not taken into consideration to elaborate a continuing education initiative.

Inclusão de alunos com deficiência em escolas do campo: desafios da docência em contextos multisseriados

The challenges of dealing with diversity in the school, in a society that values standards, which homogenizes subjects, have been one of the main issues raised, both by researchers in the field of education as the segments that produce the policies in our country. The teatchers transformations, in the new needs prevailing in the era of postmodernity have inspired improvements in the teaching- -learning process and provide conditions to seek training professionals aware and critical in the process of being on social diversity. The present study aimed to investigate the challenges of teaching practice in the process of inclusion of students with disabilities in public schools in the Field of Concordia-SC. Such institutions have structures in their multigrade classes and organizations – with one teatcher for all. The methodological approach was qualitative in nature, with the instruments to collect data, semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation. We research subjects, two teachers of multigrade classes, Azucena and Dalia, which have enrollment of disabled students and the schools that comprise the Concordia Field. It was observed that as a result the main themes emerged from the interviews were: 1) Valuing and respecting the characteristics and capabilities of each student, 2) Design of classroom space as heterogeneous, rich in human diversity, 3) Cooperative work as a potentiator rhythms and different styles of learning, 4) continuing training of teachers: ensuring a “know-how”. It is hoped that the results of this study contribute to the formation and performance of the teacher in the process of inclusion of students with disabilities in school areas, especially in schools field.

According to current legislation, is part of the Target of Special Education, students with high abilities/giftedness (HA/G). However, it appears that there are few studies on efficiency and effectiveness of diverse pedagogical practice for students with these characteristics. With increasing globalization, are multiplied opportunities for transnational education programs and educational services, particularly through the Internet, increasing the need for information services and accreditation of institutions and educational programs. This study aims to: a) develop a website containing information on high abilities/giftedness; b) evaluate the design of teachers on applicability of the site; c) analyze the contributions posted on the site. Therefore, it was available to the participants of this research produced site. Consisted on the site, among other information, those relating to HA/G indicators. Was sent a questionnaire via the Internet, with nine closed questions and two open, to 2000 teachers, registered in the database Improvement Course in Educational Practices Inclusive conducted by UNESP, under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Vera Lucia Messias Fialho Capellini. Data were considering frequency responses. For the treatment we used the Google Docs. As result Program Observed how teachers are lacking this subject deserves further Top depth. Concerning the site he was Considered by the participants as a support tool to the teacher, Which helps to identify and recognition of Individuals with HA/G and contributes to information, training and practical pedagogical way. This, is expected to Contribute to the dissemination of this issue in society as well as the Possibility of Minimizing the myths about this population, since such myths exist due to the lack of information

Formação continuada: dialogando com os professores que atuam no ensino infantil e fundamental (Ciclo I) da rede municipal de Bauru/SP

Currently, we can observe a significant increase in the disappointment of the world population about education, which raised doubts about the current school system and resulted in a forced increase of interest in an education reconstruction. The investigation process of this research based itself in the qualitative exploratory approach, since it allows the interpretation of the reality of the investigated environment, and it is concern about the process and not the quantification of data. Five professionals who work for the prefecture in the city of Bauru participated in this study and they graduated in the third module of the continuing education of the department of physical education from UNESP/Bauru, which occur in the second semester of 2010. The purpose of the present study was to identify the reasons why teachers who work for the prefecture in the city of Bauru look for the continuing education in physical education and explore their expectations and perception about the course. Considering the analysis presented in this study, we can observe that the search for continuing education based itself in issues such as: the confusion that exists between theory and practice, where the teachers exemplifies that, after their initial education, theory was not consistent with the real needs of their pedagogical practice; the entry of students younger and younger in the infant and fundamental education; the search for contents that answer the needs of psychomotor development of children between 2 and 5 years old and, at the same time, contents for the inclusion of children with special needs; as well as political pedagogical issues. O rúgbi e seus valores educacionais na escola

Physical education in their school environment can contribute positively in the training of students as it is in this discipline that many students feel more motivated to discuss and reflect on conflicts related to school life or in society. In this study we treat the rugby exploring attitudes and values that are present in this sport, considered important for the development of the student, with the methodological approach the dimensions of the contents developed by Coll et al. (2000) and Zabala (1998). Thus, the aim of this study was to develop rugby content emphasizing the values linked to it with students of the 5th year of primary education in a public school in the city of Rio Claro / SP. Among the values are integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline and respect that will be developed through conceptual and procedural lessons about rugby and its educational values, also taking advantage of situations up to during classes for discussions. The survey was conducted for 3 months. The evaluation was by holding a tournament organized by the students and by the researcher to observe what they learned regarding the dimensions of rugby contents (conceptual, Procedural and Attitudinal) and an essay where students expressed the experiences. As a result we see the importance of working educational values in society and the implementation of educational sports at school as a motivational tool. With the contribution of this research, it is expected that rugby can be worked in schools as an educational sport for the training of the individual and the development of physical culture of the students

O ensino de física e a curiosidade epistemológica: o uso de experimentos de eletricidade em atividades educacionais

We analyzed with this work the importance of using experiments in the classroom, especially the low-cost experiments for better learning of Physics, discussing the context where this discipline is inserted, which in general, has been presented to students in a traditional, mechanistic way. We worked with the electrostatic theme and low cost didactic experiments, focusing on the pizza electrophorus. About the handling of this experiment, we can see the surprise and curiosity in students, depending on how it is used in didactic activities in order to make it meaningful to the student. We discussed how the curiosity can be harnessed in the classroom, the types of curiosity according to Freire, how to overcome the curiosity to become epistemological, the physics involved in the experiment and the teacher's role in this context

Avaliação dos alunos do programa de pós-graduação em odontologia da UNESP (Araçatuba) na elaboração e execução de programas de saúde bucal em seus municípios

The design of oral health has as its most important to bring knowledge, prevention and treatment for the population of municipalities that have this important means of promoting health in general. These programs are based on socio-educational projects, such as tooth brushing, educational lectures, projects, preventive and, fluoride use, application of sealants in pits and even the prevention of oral cancer. In the area of healing, the centers of dental specialties (CEO) associated with the PSF are responsible for implementing treatment of periodontal diseases, trauma, restoration of teeth affected by dental caries, prosthesis design for functional rehabilitation of the patient, biopsies of oral lesions , among other specialties. This study aims to evaluate the students of the Graduate Program in Dentistry, Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho, Campus de Araçatuba, in order to coordinate a program to promote health in their communities. The result based on parameters in the OMS showed that the majority of graduate students of the Faculty of Dentistry Araçatuba acquired knowledge to a reasonable oral health program in their city as a coordinator.

Concepções de tecnologia de graduandos do estado de São Paulo e suas implicações educacionais: breve análise a partir de modelagem de equações estruturais

This paper presents some results from a study of undergraduate students from different regions of the State of São Paulo that sought to better understand the relationships between society and perceptions and attitudes towards technological development. Noting that the media, academia and official documents regulating education understand and present the technology in a distinct and often contradictory ways, this paper seeks to review existing literature on the different ways to conceptualize this term, and thereafter, to develop a Likert' scale for mapping the concepts of students. Using the confirmatory analysis of structural equation modeling, this research concludes that the sample studied shows a classical view, but outdated, what means technology, by linking it to science and technology without distinction or critical viewpoints.
