O papel da solidariedade desempenhado por familiares visitantes e acompanhantes de adultos e idosos hospitalizados

Este estudo objetivou compreender o papel da solidariedade desempenhado por familiares visitantes e acompanhantes de adultos e idosos internados. Utilizou-se como referencial teórico a teoria de enfermagem como cuidado solidário e como referencial metodológico a Grounded Theory. Foram entrevistados nove familiares de adultos e idosos hospitalizados no período de abril a setembro de 2002. Dos resultados identificou-se o fenômeno: assumindo o papel de familiar visitante ou de familiar acompanhante, que congrega os temas: querendo desempenhar um papel solidário e compreendendo o estar junto como uma interdependência emocional. Acredita-se que quando a enfermeira reconhece a singularidade da relação de solidariedade e de interdependência familiar, também exerce seu trabalho pautado na solidariedade, visto que colabora para o restabelecimento do doente, alivia seu sofrimento e de seus familiares e, portanto, promove a saúde do grupo familiar.

Autonomia/mutualidade na assistência de enfermagem

Utilizando um estudo de caso como ilustração, a autora discute as possibilidades da participação ativa dos pacientes na assistência à saúde, visando estimulá-los ao autocuidado. A partir de considerações sobre as formas tradicionais e autoritárias da assistência à saúde nos quais os profissionais determinam os procedimentos e os pacientes aceitam passivamente o que lhes é determinado, o estudo discute as questões da dependência e independência da enfermeira e do cliente no processo saúde-doença, propondo uma inter-relação que mantenha a autonomia de um e de outro. No sentido de que ambos participem ativamente do processo de enfermagem. Tal postura entre a autonomia e a mutualidade é descrita como uma relação dialética entre duas pessoas que se percebem nas suas especificidades e potencialidades, tendo como objetivo comum desenvolver uma assistência de enfermagem que contempla os valores éticos e humanísticos.

A interdependência da prática docente e a construção da héxis corporal de professores de Educação Física e suas consequências na unidade escolar

This article aims to show the interdependence between teaching practice and the construction of body hexis of Physical Education teachers and its consequences at schools. It can be observed by the social workers that teach it in a elementary school in the city of Araraquara- -SP. It was established, as basic assumption of this issue, that the social construction of body hexis of Physical Education teachers is a process in constant evolution, because it is the result of the life story with interventions from the social context in which the learner lives. The hexis is the dimension that allows the internalization of the consequences of social practices, and also its body exteriorization, through the way of speaking, gesturing, looking, walking, head posture, faces, ways of sitting, to handle instruments, more and more associated with the voice sound of social workers. Children are particularly attentive, in all societies, to these gestures and postures in which they express themselves in their eyes, anything that features an adult. Finally, it understands the importance of the body hexis in the learning process specifically in school physical education. This practice will incite important behavioral changes in their residence within the school and possibly in a higher education.

Mapeamento da comunicação nas organizações bauruenses: verificando o empoderamento da comunicação no interior paulista

The quantitative research conducted on communication in organizations from bauruenses has served as inspiration for: the development of applied research regarding Brazilian organizational reality, to the communication courses and on the improvements in the communication aspect of the organizations in the region. The goal is to provide information related t the role of organizational communication and the public relations role in this process, measuring the empowerment of this community. The mapping methodology is based on structured questionnaires in order to capture ordinary factors, active and retroactive, from the communication processes such as: relationship types, channels and media, degree of interaction and interdependence between the parties; types of public involved in the process and the expectations of the organization in relation to goals, objectives, actions, events and activities programmed in communication. For the delineation of a reflective proposal from the data, we chose to work on analyzing three dimensions: the strategic communication, linked to the business model and information technologies; the internal communication, linked to culture, to the organizational structure and management that implies the new paradigms of relationship; and lastly, the intention to materialize the collected data on indicators and scales from attributes caused or inhibited from the excellent communication, including evaluation of the practice of Public Relations. This article presents the main results related to micro companies in Bauru, São Paulo.
