In the current historical period marked by globalization and neoliberal policies have seen the pursuit of expanded reproduction of capital by corporations, which make from the deepening territorial division of labor, ie, the increasing presence of its circuit productive space within steps towards the relations between capital and labor. This capital increase is made possible mainly by exploiting precarious forms of labor. In Brazil today, much of the population enjoys the possibilities of consumption, due mainly to the policy measures implemented in the last decade, this situation favors further expansion of large companies in our territory, thus the circuit analysis of spatial production of cosmetics contributes to a political debate about the uses of the national territory. The processes resulting from globalization are backdrop for the work. On the other hand the Regulation Theory is theoretical north that drives research directions. Considering these two basis, we studied the formation of economic groups as a consequence of the processes of concentration and centralization of capital, giving more emphasis on their national character. We see how they went through the restructuring process in the transition from Fordist accumulation regime to a flexible system of accumulation. We 'll discuss the brewery industry and how major industry groups are currently creating a sector overview, ranging from the productive process to the forms of competition among large companies. Specifically we will see the Petrópolis Group this framework and how the company relates to the territory, and what answers we have of this relationship in terms of local development in the territories where the group entered, and territorial changes which have occurred there

O Processo de estrangeirização da Terra no Brasil: estudo de caso da empresa Umoe Bioenergy no município de Sandovalina (SP)

From the agri-food crisis of 2007/2008, we live an intensifying period in the global land rush. The land grabbing is analyzed as a process that occurs on a global scale, especially to countries in Africa and Latin America, the main targets of the current global competition for land, because beyond the earth have low prices and the legislation be flexible, low and ineffective supervision of the state (especially in the issue of environmental and labor laws), also have vast tracts of arable land, with fertile soils and high availability of water resources (the latter element has become relevant in that case analysis). In addressing the land foreignization in the XXI century it is necessary to speak about the issue of biofuels and bioenergy, since it is these that define the current phase of land foreignization in Brazil. In the 1970s occurred the first incentive to produce ethanol in the sugarcane cultivation, with the policy of the National Alcohol Program (PROALCOOL). From the 2000s this interest again sharpened up and foreign capital began to see in Brazil a great opportunity for a production facility and purchase of old agro-processing plants that were implanted in PROALCOOL period but who were disabled. This is the case of Umoe Bioenergy, Norwegian company that in 2006 started its production in the municipalities of Narandiba and Sandhurst, located in the Pontal do Paranapanema region that, in turn, is the region of São Paulo with larger agrarian conflicts, settlements land reform, land grabbing and high poverty rates...

O conceito da televisão pública para a rede nacional de televisão pública digital

A Rede Nacional de Televisão Pública Digital3 (RNTPD), antes prevista para ser implantada por meio de um Operador de Rede Público, passa agora a ser estudada para ser efetivada por meio da malha de fibra óptica da Telebrás (banda larga), empresa que apresentou projeto com possibilidade de redução em 50% dos gastos da implantação da rede. Com a previsão da parceria, a meta da implantação da rede deve atingir cerca 4,3 mil cidades em quatro anos, chegando a aproximadamente 80% dos municípios brasileiros. Por meio de uma pesquisa exploratória, este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar alguns conceitos de televisão pública discutidos pela sociedade civil organizada e academia para a RNTPD.

Aplicação do valor presente ajustado (APV) para avaliação do fluxo de caixa de uma empresa do setor automotivo no sistema inovar auto

The automobile industry shows relevance inside the Brazilian industrial scenario since it contributes with the development of a significant chain of supply, distributors, workshops, publicity agencies and insurance companies in the internal market, aside from being one of the five biggest worldwide market. Thereby, the federal government decreed in Dec, 17th 2012 by Law nº 12.715 the Inovar-Auto Program. As the Adjusted Present Value (APV) is highly recommended, although not yet widespread to public politics of tax reduction, this work intends to apply the APV method on the cash flow analysis of an automobile sector's company, which has recently installed in national territory and wants to rely with governmental incentives proposed by Inovar-Auto Program. The developed work evaluates the company's current cash flow stochastically from mathematical modeling of variables such as price, demand and interest rate through probability distributions with the assist of Crystal Ball software, a Microsoft Excel Add-in, generating different scenarios from Monte Carlo Simulation. As results probabilities situations have been evaluated until the end of the Inovar-Auto's conducted period, in 2017. Beside APV others indicator such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and payback period were estimated for the investment project. For APV a sampling distribution with only 0.057% of risk, IRR of 29% were obtained and estimated project payback period was 4.13 years
