A dissolu����o e a reinven����o do sentido de comunidade em Beuningen, Holanda

La r��gion form��e par la ville de Beuningen et trois autres villages voisins regroupe 26 mil habitants. Cette r��gion a d��j�� subit un premier cycle de croissance, promu par l´��tat, il y a vingt ans, et passe par une nouvelle expansion de l'immobilier dans le cadre d'un processus plus large de renforcement du march��, avec la production de maisons plus ch��res, ce qui a attir�� une partie de la classe moyenne travaillant dans la ville voisine de Nijmegen, �� la recherche d'un contact plus ��troit avec la campagne et la nature. �� partir d'une br��ve ��tude sur le terrain, j'analyse certains conflits sociaux pr��sents, fond��s essentiellement sur une critique du concept de communaut�� et sur les oppositions entre les plans rural et urbain, tout en discutant les sens que de telles notions acqui��rent dans ce cas pr��cis.

A quest��o da centralidade em S��o Paulo: o papel das associa����es de car��ter empresarial

Dans cet article, nous envisageons traiter une s��rie de questions concernant le contexte urbain de la ville de S��o Paulo. Notre objectif est d'identifier: a) comment s'organisent les principaux groupes priv��s en vue de situer le secteur tertiaire moderne; b) comment leur organisations font pression sur le pouvoir public afin d'obtenir des b��n��fices d'infrastructure d'��quipements urbains; c) quelles sont les r��ponses concr��tes du pouvoir public; d) quels sont les principaux groupes sociaux, issus des classes populaires qui sont pourtant atteints par ce jeu d'int��r��ts.

If cinema is an essentially urban means of expression, the fruit of technique and industry, can a film narrator express in a film���s esthetics a caipira���s �� Weltanschauung �� (world vision or philosophy) ? We suggest, agreeing with Benjamin ��� who considers that narrative is the best expression of manual and traditional work���s time��� that the story related by the film A prote����o de Santo Ant��nio constitutes a cinematographic narrative which can be classified as caipira. Tenderly called by the audiences Santo Ant��nio e a vaca, this film was supported by a large part of the population for its making, which allowed to fill in the lack of technical and financial resources. Here, we defend the idea that the visible traces of this work in this particular film, turns it into a real filmic narrative and also into a sincere tribute to caipira culture.

Paricipation in Bauru marter plans, Brazil: analysis of the historical evolution of the consultation process

In Brazil, a policy on citizen participation and consultation in urban intervention programs, in particular in the development of master plans, was first introduced into the Federal Constitution in 1988. This article presents an historical reconstitution of Master Plans in Bauru ��� State of S��o Paulo ��� Brazil. The 1968, 1988 and 2005/2006 consultation methods are analyzed using established criteria. The degree of community participation in the processes is estimated by drawing on a typology based on the level of involvement by residents. The effects of participation caused by changes in political regime, technical planning vision, legal support to consultation, recognition of community importance and knowledge acquired during the process are highlighted and discussed.
