The search for international impact and the need to create formal or informal networks of academic cooperation are some of the most common features of the current training offered by many universities. Aware of this difficulty and the desirability of creating synergies to enrich teaching and academic collaboration networks between universities, an experience is presented, in the context of the teaching of Information and Documentation, of inter-university collaboration for the joint design of learning activities and skills assessment, developed by teachers in the public universities of Zaragoza and Salamanca (Spain) and the São Paulo Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (São Paulo, Brazil). The experience is developed using models that facilitate the structuring of learning activities aimed at the acquisition of common skills. Each activity that is proposed and developed is recorded in a spreadsheet which collects the information arranged in various fields such as: description, skills, objectives, expected learning outcomes, tools, required resources and materials, evaluation criteria, amongst others, so that the student can see what he is asked to do, how to do it and how useful it will be. This way of designing skills-based learning activities is possible, in geographically diverse academic settings through the use of Information Technology and Communication, enabling both remote cooperation between teachers and also materials offered on the platforms of each of the universities.

Seleção de fornecedores em uma indústria de transformadores utilizando o método de análise hierárquica

The optimal supply chain management (SCM) is considered by the companies a new frontier in order to gain efficiently competitive advantage. Through the SCM companies must define their competitive strategies by positioning inside the supply chain wich belongs both as suppliers and as consumers. The main objectives of SCM is integrate multiple suppliers to satisfy the market demand and make possible the synergies between the parts of the supply chain in order to better serve the consumer Meanwhile, selection, evaluation and development of suppliers play important roles in establishing an efficient supply chain. Thus, the SCM covers elements such as manufacturing, assembly, raw materials, and distribution to the final consumer. Due to the factors described, the focus of this paper is to present the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) application as an appropriate and structured method for the supplier selection of a strategic line of low voltage transformers of a transformers industry and compare it with the selection process currently used by this industry, showing the advantages of applying a multiple criteria decision making method. Les statalismes - particularismes lexicaux du français de la Suisse dans la traduction assermentée

This theoretical/applied study contemplates (socio)linguistic, (socio)terminological studies of the lexicon and specialized translation. It is aimed at analyzing a text corpus undergoing official translations from French into Portuguese and from Portuguese into French and a text corpus originally written in Swiss French. The objective is observing the similarities and differences between the first and second terminological group. Problems arise from the comparison of this material: would lexical particularities of Swiss French be a relevant difficulty for the Brazilian translator, whose training privileges the French spoken in France? Does the methodology favor cognate terms and those with a statelism status (institutional romandism)

Le poids de la notion Tesniérienne de centralité du verbe dans les analyses linguistiques

This paper examines the historical role that Tesnière’s theory on the centrality of the verb exerted on some theoretical branches that study the way utterances are built in language. The main goal of this paper is to evaluate the impact that such a proposal had in changing the view of the clause being purely logical (a proposition) or purely syntactic (abstractly equated) to a view that embodies semantics and pragmatics to the syntactic organization of the utterance. A close examination of research dedicated to the grammatical and lexicographic description of Portuguese helps to illustrate the here proposed assessment and contributes to support the claim of the influence of Tesnière on current linguistic analyses.
