Trombectomia na angioplastia primária em ponte de safena

O emprego da trombectomia na angioplastia primária demonstra bons resultados clínicos e angiográficos imediatos, por meio de redução da embolização distal e do fenômeno do no-reflow e otimização da perfusão miocárdica. Essa técnica, principalmente usada em artérias coronárias, em raras oportunidades é descrita quando empregada em pontes de safena aortocoronarianas. Relatamos o caso de um paciente de 67 anos com infarto agudo do miocárdio relacionado a oclusão de ponte de safena e submetido a trombectomia com bons resultados.

Literature has a role to contribute in the affective, cultural and cognitive development os chindren and it also accumulates the function to form readers among others. Among several genres, there are the fairy tales that are eternal in the western culture and they are the first genres to be read spontaneously at home or to be taught at school. As all the symbolic language, the fairy tales are steeped in ideologies. Thus, the aim of this research is to investigate if the existing ideologies in two fairy tales – Cinderella and The Sleeping Beauty, both from Perrault, influence children between 9 and 10 years old as subjects. An empiric research of quantitative and qualitative approach was done and its data analysis followed the method of Content Analysis, and it has as register analysis unit the word, and of context the sentence (children’s answer). The choice os the classify the categories it was used the syntactic criteria because it’s the most appropriate to refer to register units from ideologies identified by scholars in the area. The results show that children with 9 and 10 years old are influenced by implied ideologies existing in the two fairy tales used in the process of data collection

Estudo da acessibilidade aplicado a rodoviária de Aparecida-SP

The aim of this study was to develop a case study of road Aparecida, where it noticed a large movement of people with disabilities who use the road, bound for the city's churches. Another objective was to compare the minimum dimensions established by law, with the dimensions of the spaces (slope of ramps, wide sidewalks, etc.) on the road of Aparecida. Starting from this fact, a study was done on the architectural barriers faced by people with special needs and disabled. It was also made a field survey in order to know the opinion of the users about the accessibility of pregnant elderly and disabled in the road. Technical visits were also made in order to detect sites with access problems with special needs. Also were proposed guidelines for renovation of the building where the road works

Projeto de um transdutor binocular utilizando extensometria e aplicação na pesagem rodoviária

With the passage of time, the variety of companies from each branch has gradually grown throughout the country. As a consequence, the logistics to attend to such demand has grown in the same proportion. One factor to highlight about this rapid growth is the increase of freight vehicles roaming the roads, often carrying loads over the limit established by law. At first it may seem that this would not bring any problem, however, note that an excessive number of overloads ends up deteriorating the asphalt, causing ondulations, potholes and other imperfections on the roads, which can cause accidents. In addition, the money spent for the maintenance of the roads is high. Thinking about it, it was established by law a regulation that restricts the weight limit for these vehicles, through axle weighing, subject to a fine. With this control the road floor is preserved for longer, requiring less maintenance expenses. The weighing stations use load cells to display the inferred weight, these cells use strain gages in its construction. The following work presents a methodology to dimension a binocular load cell, its main elements and its dimensioning. Estudo de uma ponte rolante comercial no transportede bobina de aço de 12 toneladas

This work aims to determine the stresses acting on the main beam of a crane to transport steel coils of up to twelve tons. To determine the stress it was made a revision of the knowledge of the mechanics of materials to apply the analytical method. Following a review of the finite element method is made to understand the same. To complete the study it was used the commercial software ANSYS to determine the stresses by finite element method, the program provides images that help to better understand the results obtained. With the results a comparison of the values of the tensions between the two methods (analytical and finite element) was made. To assist in the calculations it was used the NBR 8400, 1984 (Calculation of Lifting Equipment Load)
