Além-muros: repensando a cidade através do desenho urbano

O trabalho do arquiteto urbanista está diretamente ligado às transformações da cidade, atualmente a insegurança urbana é um dos principais fatores de deslocamento dos segmentos médios pela cidade, fazendo com que uma parcela considerável dessa população deixe os loteamentos tradicionais para habitar condomínios verticais e loteamentos horizontais fechados. Normalmente localizados em áreas afastadas do centro da cidade os loteamentos horizontais fechados não ocupam os vazios urbanos, áreas já estruturadas, necessitando de nova infraestrutura e consequentemente investimento não só de seus empreendedores, mas também do poder público. Esse novo modo de vida contemporâneo vem diminuindo a relação de pertencimento das pessoas com a cidade o que acaba sendo um importante índice de contribuição para o aumento da insegurança. Pensando nisso o projeto toma partido do desenho urbano e de seus dispositivos para proporcionar aos moradores e usuários maior sensação de segurança. E assim, através de lotes com proporções adequadas ao segmento, vias propícias e com direcionamento de fluxo, calçadas que incentivem o deslocamento dos pedestres, diversidade de usos e espaços públicos de qualidade proporcionem melhor qualidade de vida. Como futura arquiteta e urbanista busco por meio desse trabalho final de graduação discutir um pouco sobre a cidade contemporânea e proponho um estudo de possíveis alternativas para incentivar a relação das pessoas com o espaço em que vivem

Por trás dos muros: o impacto dos condomínios fechados no fragmento urbano

A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o impacto dos condomínios fechados no fragmento da malha urbana em que se inseri. Além disso, pretende-se avaliar a percepção ambiental que os condomínios fechados exercem sobre os cidadãos, sejam eles usuários dos condomínios ou do seu entorno. A metodologia fundamenta-se em pesquisa de campo, pois serão aplicados questionários junto aos moradores de condomínios fechados, as pessoas que moram ou trabalham em locais próximos desses empreendimentos, e a arquitetos, planejadores e urbanistas. Para tanto, adotou-se os métodos empregados em pesquisas de Avaliação Pós-Ocupação (APO). Através dos resultados obtidos pela APO, pretende-se diagnosticar e compreender os efeitos positivos e negativos desse tipo de empreendimento em malhas urbanas

Comparação de métodos de dimensionamento de muros em solo reforçado através de programas computacionais

Dans ces dernières années, plusieurs méthodes de dimensionnement d'ouvrages de soutènement en sol renforcé ont été développés, mais la doute c’est où l'utilisation de chacun d'eux se révèle plus avantageux? Ce travail a été conçu avec l'objectif de faire une étude d’un cas historiques d'un mur en remblais renforcé avec parement végétal de 27,6 mètres de haut, dont la conception a été analysé en utilisant une méthode de calcul et des logiciels informatiques spécifiques à l’utilisation dans le domaine géotechnique. Avec cette étudesont attendus de résultats capable de présenter les principales caractéristiques de chaque méthode et où il peut le mieux être appliquée

The art of dealing with the similar goes beyond simply contact a service provider to the recipient of the service , after the mouth is only part of the individual. The design PET - Saúde provides the academic experience of exploring the world beyond the walls of the college, which is simply phenomenal. This is the best way to form the dental professional with a humanist , critical and reflective view . Providing students the opportunity to encounter the reality of payphones and develop the general skills of the dentist , as communication with other professionals , experiencing multiprofessionality and transdisciplinarity , important in health promotion . During visits to municipalities were executed activities of health care with prevention and rehabilitation . Even against a background of lack of resources , lack of certain materials , common clinical presentation not prevented the carrying out of procedures and care . This experience is essential because it helps in decision making and establishment of costeffectiveness in their professional careers , based not only on scientific evidence , but also the needs of a given population . Therefore , the experience of participating in the PET allows the complete formation of the academic , also marked the Humanities and Social Sciences . Therefore, going beyond the walls of the college provides a comprehensive and humane view of the patient , which is no longer restricted to just one sick " part " , because it may have its context understood and integrated into the vision of each petiano .

Entre os muros da escola: o saber experiencial emergente nas aulas de educação física da periferia

This study aimed to analyze the teachers´ knowledge of a physical education teacher network state of São Paulo. The interviewed reported having problems regarding the use of the court, especially because there is invasion of the community to smoking marijuana and/ou playing football, revealing the predominance of experiential knowledge to work in a new school, whose location and local culture do not seem to prioritize this social space as learning, dissemination and preservation of other bodily manifestations of the process of human civilization. It was found in such a setting an imbalance of the relative strengths of power between teacher and students, from schools, football and drugs in relation to body movement culture, it being understood that the relationships between these individuals are interdependent and dynamic. Finally, it urges an integrated process in educational, family, social and political fields from the perspective of balancing forces in relation to the use of that space, providing conditions for teaching and propagation of content (games, sports, gymnastics, dances and fights) of the body movement culture.

O Movimento Sem Terra e a educação escolar: a trajetória de uma pedagogia para além dos muros da escola

This article developed some thoughts on the model of education and elementary education school located in camps and settlements in the Landless Movement (MST), between the last decade of the twentieth century and the beginning of the first decade of this century. The discussions were conducted employing as reference some texts published in the Caderno de Educação nº. 13, named “Dossiê MST Escola” Through a synthesized analysis of these documents, we found that the MST argues for a theoretical and practical education, geared towards the reality of d student, which is based on humanistic principles and of cooperation, being able to create in the student landless movement a critical consciousness capable of make it a subject of transformative action.

Oferta e distribuição de estágio supervisionado em cursos de odontologia do estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil

Since 2002, which are in effect the Curriculum Guidelines for National Graduate courses in dentistry. The adequacy of the education needs of the Unified Health System is one of its main goals. As guidance, a way of achieving this goal is through supervised, which are presented as a tool for improving the academic scientific and technical, providing you know the reality of health and society in which to work. This study aims to examine the supply and distribution of supervised in graduate programs in dentistry in the state of Minas Gerais - Brazil. The material for analysis was obtained by sending letters to courses and consulting to its sites on the Internet. Were part of the study, 15 of the 23 courses in the state. It appeared that the load-hours of supervised showed variations between 315 and 975 hours, with only 20% of courses devoted 20% of the total working hours of supervised practice. There was no correlation between the total working hours of the course and working hours of supervised practice. The courses in which the supervised activities were represented only by extra muros showed a lower percentage of working hours in relation to total working hours of the course.
