Recreação hospitalar: o papel do profissional de educação física na equipe multidisciplinar

This qualitative study aimed to investigate the methodological perspective, the contents, possible outcomes and the role of Physical Education professionals in multidisciplinary staff of Recreation in hospitals. The study consisted of a survey applied to 20 adults of both sexes, volunteers, working in multidisciplinary team at a hospital in Leme, SP. Data were descriptively analyzed through content analysis technique, indicating that the time of engagement of that professional in that team was on average 12.8 months. Physical Education Professionals act mainly with joy faced the patients, making them well accepted. In relation to the contents used by these professionals, toys were the most mentioned, followed by books, puppets, role play and music. The team noticed some positive changes in patients after Physical Education Professional performances, and his engagement in the health team was considered very important, highlighting the urgency of new shares to enlarge this Professional participation in health multidisciplinary teams.

Educação permanente em saúde: uma estratégia para a formação dos agentes comunitários de saúde

Este artigo teve por objetivo descrever e analisar o processo de educação dos Agentes Comunitários da Saúde (ACS) utilizado pelos enfermeiros na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, e contou com 17 sujeitos. Para a coleta de dados, utilizou-se entrevista semiestruturada, e a análise dos dados foi realizada por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Identificou-se a categoria: organização do processo de educação nas unidades de saúde da família, cujas temáticas elencadas foram: enfermeiros como líderes da equipe de referência, educação permanente, metodologias tradicionais e educação centrada nas necessidades dos ACS. Através deste estudo, pudemos compreender que os enfermeiros têm pouco contato com a ferramenta da Educação Permanente, realizando as atividades de capacitação fundamentadas na metodologia tradicional de ensino, sendo necessário um investimento dos gestores no sentido de capacitá-los, no que se refere à educação permanente, possibilitando-lhes a atuação com os ACS.

O papel do designer contemporâneo a partir das contribuições europeias na formação do profissional

This article presents a reflection on the profession of designer from the historical period for the pre-industrial revolution approaching the figure of the industrial designer in France and emphasizes the special attention given to it in England as the focus of the Industrial Revolution. Deals with some of the changes that the designer profession suffered along the way, that these changes occur in parallel to social, economic, technological. This study also reflects on the role of the professional in contemporary society and the challenges facing the profession.

O processo de readaptação funcional e suas implicações no gerenciamento em enfermagem

Hoje há maior interesse pelo trabalhador da saúde. A preocupação com o processo de readaptação funcional foi a proposta desta investigação. O objetivo foi compreender a vivência dos sujeitos nos processos de readaptação funcional, em uma instituição hospitalar pública. No estudo, qualitativo, foram realizadas entrevistas para apreensão da vivência do profissional de enfermagem quanto ao processo de readaptação funcional, analisadas utilizando a Análise de Conteúdo, proposta por Bardin. Os resultados evidenciam a problemática do processo de trabalho em enfermagem nas categorias organização do trabalho , trabalho em equipe , afastamento e readaptação funcional e gerenciamento da equipe , gerando sugestões para a melhoria dos processos de trabalho. O processo de readaptação funcional gera individual, profissional e socialmente sentimento de incompetência e culpa no trabalhador. Importantes reflexões e mudanças de atitude são urgentes e necessárias, subsidiando o gerenciamento da equipe que implicará em melhoria na assistência prestada à população.

O papel da mediação da informação nas universidades

The information process should be understood as essential to the success of any institution, mainly those that produce knowledge. Information mediation being part of this process must be understood as an action capable of directing the knowledge construction of individuals. The information mediation in universities is a way of mediating the knowledge generated within and outside the university environment, including its specialized audience and to society. Thus the concept of information mediation is discussed in this work and its role within universities and the role of information professionals as information mediators. The social responsibility of universities needs to be reaffirmed into the society and the information is a possible way for the success of this action.

Recursos humanos e materiais na assistência de enfermagem a pacientes de uma unidade de tratamento de queimaduras

The burn is among the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in our society. It shows a great complexity and is hard to treat. Beyond the physical suffering, the burned patient is affected by psychological distress, requiring a high level of knowledge for assistance planning. The Professional Practice Law No. 7498 establishes the nurse as in charge of the client, as leader of the nursing team and as responsable for the management of physical and human resources. The nurse has autonomy to design the quantitative and qualitative picture of the nursing staff and should use the methodologies for their suitability to the real levels of assistance needed. Material resources represent 15 to 25% of total expenditures at health organizations. Therefore, to maintain the care level, nurses must determine the needs, considering the quantitative, qualitative and financial aspects. The study aimed the survey of the human and material resources necessary for nursing care to patients in a Burns Treatment Unit and identify its epidemiological profile and its nursing diagnoses. We collected the data from medical records of hospitalized between July and August, and the nursing diagnoses were classified through the Taxonomy II proposed by the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA). The design of the picture of nurses followed the parameters of COFEN Resolution nº 293/2004. We apply the Fugulin's Patients Classification System to establish levels of the required care. The institution's Cost Center provided a spreadsheet with the purchased items, subsequently classified into ABC. Most hospitalized patients were men, aged between 20 and 50. There was a predominance of patiences with minor burned and the most common type of burn was due to fire. The average residence time was 28.71 days, and 88% of the patients were discharged... Professional Master's degree in Nursing: knowledge production and challenges

OBJETIVO:analisar a produção do conhecimento gerada pelos programas de mestrado profissional em enfermagem e refletir sobre suas perspectivas para a área.MÉTODO:estudo descritivo e analítico. Foram incluídos dados das dissertações de três instituições de ensino que titularam alunos em programas de mestrado profissional em enfermagem entre 2006 e 2012.RESULTADOS:a maioria dos 127 trabalhos de conclusão analisados se desenvolveu no contexto hospitalar; houve tendência de concentração nas áreas organizacional e assistencial, nas linhas de pesquisa processo de cuidar e gerenciamento e predomínio de estudos qualitativos. Há diversidade de produtos resultantes dos trabalhos de conclusão: avaliação de serviços/programas de saúde e geração de processos, protocolos assistenciais ou de ensino.CONCLUSÃO:os programas de mestrado profissional em enfermagem, em fase de consolidação, têm produção recente, em desenvolvimento, havendo lacuna na geração de tecnologias duras e inovação. São fundamentais para o desenvolvimento das práticas profissionais inovadoras que articulem o setor saúde e a educação.

Saúde Mental na atenção básica: se tiver subtitulo a comunidade como lugar onde se organiza a assistência

This study focuses on the importance of the professional nurse in the exercise of extended care under the Mental Health of assistance provided by ESF. Aims to identify the difficulties experienced by nursing staff for assistance to people affected by mental illness. Inserts on the assumptions of qualitative research, and data collection used the semi-structured interviews and analyzed the material obtained through the thematic analysis. From the interviews the subjects were apprehended training/capacity building, intersectoral and little bias. These professionals have demonstrated that lack of skills to deal with the subjectivity of care, there is a failure in coordination among sectors of the area and that prejudice is still present in professional practice
