Roteiros educativos: a adaptação de materiais didáticos para a tv digital interativa

Ao conceber esta obra, Evaldo Aparecido de Abreu levou em conta o decreto que instituiu o Sistema Brasileiro de TV Digital (SBTVD), que lista entre os objetivos da tecnologia propiciar a criação de rede universal de educação a distância. Ele estudou as atividades que deve desempenhar o profissional responsável por adequar material didático impresso, como livros e apostilas, em material audiovisual, mais especificamente para explorar a interatividade da TV. De todo o processo, o livro analisa a etapa da transformação do conteúdo pedagógico em produto audiovisual, chamado de design instrucional. E destaca o papel que o coordenador geral dessa atividade deve desempenhar. A obra levanta questões como as características tecnológicas da TV digital e do middleware Ginga, o software promotor da interatividade, e discute métodos de adaptação do material didático para a TV digital. Inclui ainda reflexões sobre a importância da interatividade no desenvolvimento de projetos educacionais e sobre como estes podem contribuir para a melhoria da educação brasileira.

Marcas da formação escolar, acadêmica e docente: uma análise dos memoriais de formação de alunos(as) do PROESF

This work describes and contextualizes the PROESF - Special Program for Teacher Training Exercise in the early grades of elementary school and children education in municipal schools of metropolitan region of Campinas. The PROESF was organized by University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and remained from 2002 to 2005 graduated about 1600 teachers. The objetives of this course was provide pedagogy formation to teachers in activity in elementary schools and children schools from municipalities of this region. The course also intended to improve the quality of the education and teachers formation. At the final part of course, the teachers had to elaborating a memorial of formation. These materials can be accessed on the website of UNICAMP. The contribution of these memorial of formations can help to think about the teachers formation. This study was a qualitative research from these materials for 2008, and the objective is to identify the marks the formation perceived by these teachers and contributions for them formation. It is understood by marks the formation school memories significant for this group of teachers, stressing the points of what the academic formation contributes for the teacher in day-to-day in the school and what life in the classroom as a teacher marked the teaching practice. Dificuldades no processo de ensino e aprendizagem de Química: estudo e proposição de estratégias para o ensino médio

This study shows new alternatives to the teaching of chemistry in high school and wants to be an aid to the teacher at the time of the planning of lessons and a way to help students improve their performance in this discipline. The central issue is the exploration of differentiated teaching strategies for a just end: improvement of education in chemistry. To reach the main point is to undertake a survey of the most important issues for students and teachers, and from there many teaching strategies are suggested to help in understanding the contents studied. The idea is to propose strategies that may be of interest to students of chemistry, stimulating the curiosity of wanting to know more about a certain content that is being studied in the classroom. Formação continuada de educadoras infantis

Este artigo pretende realizar uma reflexão sobre o papel da extensão universitária na Universidade e relatar um projeto de extensão desenvolvido junto a educadoras infantis, com o objetivo de formação continuada. Para tanto, defendemos que a extensão universitária deve buscar o resgate da dimensão social e de universalidade buscando maneiras de educar e formar profissionais que intervenham na sociedade de forma autônoma e reflexiva, por meio de um currículo dinâmico e flexível. Nas considerações finais, a reflexão é sobre a importância da formação continuada de educadores para que se garanta a luta na busca pela melhoria da Educação brasileira e o exercício da função social da Universidade.

Cenário e perspectivas para a melhoria do ensino público no Brasil: mídia, cultura e educação

Thinking about improving public education in Brazil means thinking not only on what we wish to develop, skills and abilities in individuals, but understand and clearly identify the type of citizens we are devoloping and what kind of society we want for the future. In this context it is important to note that the practice in the classroom today can not be considered without regard to education steeped in culture and, therefore, in the forms of modern communication. So if there is a crisis in education, it can not be solved only within the classroom. The challenge for school education is to show students within the classroom how they will be out of school. Quality education is a blueprint for the future, to the unknown, to a world we do not know now. In this sense, to direct the education only for the labor market is a mistake, because the market is so today, but may be another in ten or fifteen years. Precisely because we do not know what are the requirements for citizens of the future, we must focus on what is essential in the formation of our youth. Is essential then to understand the ideas, learn to discuss them, argue and learn to recognize the role of technology in social and cultural evolution of mankind.

Educação ambiental para crianças no ambiente urbano: uma proposta de pesquisa-ação

Este estudo de Educação Ambiental envolveu crianças de 6 a 11 anos de idade de um bairro de classe popular - Cohab I - na cidade de Botucatu. O objetivo principal do projeto foi contribuir para desenvolver nas crianças atitudes de cuidado com o meio onde vivem, proporcionando oportunidades de aquisição de conhecimentos, valores, atitudes e interesse ativo para protegê- lo e melhorá-lo. Trata-se de um estudo desenvolvido com os referenciais da metodologia da pesquisa-ação participativa, que considera fundamental a participação dos sujeitos envolvidos tanto no processo de produção de conhecimentos quanto na tomada de decisões. Através de conversas, atividades e brincadeiras variadas, as crianças construíram conhecimentos sobre o bairro, percebendo como podem e devem exercer ali um importante papel social de melhoria da qualidade de vida no ambiente em que vivem. As crianças foram incentivadas a participar e levar essa preocupação aos adultos.
