El ámbito temático: un análisis de dominio de las conferencias nacionales y regionales de ISKO (Brasil, España y América del Norte)

This article is the result of a domain analysis of the articles published in the congresses of ISKO in Brazil, Spain and North America, aiming at identifying the themes and scientific collaboration characteristics, as an input for future studies on research trends and promoting the growth of the participation in each community. So it was characterized as an exploratory research focused on the analysis domain. The results showed that the Brazilian, North American and Iberian ISKO Chapters have been building a large space of scientific production with some convergent subjects like the epistemological questions, but also considering the regional specific ones. In this vein, the presence of researchers in the three studied academic spaces reveals a concern on establishing dialogical basis in KO research, whose main research institutions are São Paulo State University (UNESP, Brazil), University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM, United States) and University Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M, Spain), which have deeply intensified their collaboration in joint publications.

Los parlamentos regionales en la integración de América del Sur: análisis de la percepción popular

Este artículo tiene por objeto discutir la percepción popular sobre el déficit democrático y la eficiencia de los parlamentos regionales en la integración regional, principalmente en los procesos del Mercosur y la Comunidad Andina. Por tanto, el trabajo busca revelar el impacto de la institucionalización de un parlamento regional en la percepción que la sociedad presenta sobre el proceso de integración. Analizando tres casos distintos: Parlandino, Parlasur y Parlamento Europeo, el trabajo busca comprender en qué medida la existencia de una representación política regional contribuiría a aumentar el grado de conocimiento y de interés de la población sobre el tema de la integración. Partimos del supuesto de que los parlamentarios tendrían un papel positivo en la democratización, y buscamos demostrarlo por medio de dos variables principales: las elecciones directas y su influencia en el proceso de toma de decisiones.

The creatives industries are build for sectors where the creativity emerges as a main input for the products elaboration which are valued by intellectual property statutes. The present monograph intends to describe Journalism as a creative activity, expose how intellectual property works in this area and analyze the function of news aggregators, like Google News, both in author rights matter terms, as about on the recent news mediator and distributor role on digital platforms
