Discussions on the production of housing for residents of low income, in Brazil, has come a long, but still no great solutions. Not only a political problem, the issue of housing involves also social and economic issues. From the beginning there was a downward grade of the slum villages more sophisticated more precarious, as if the social scale. And that is what this work will be done. In an attempt to produce forms of housing for low-income population, but not to be a mere product of capitalism, or political propaganda, but to try to reach a real solution to the problem. The project will propose new forms of construction, use of renewable energy, reuse of water and other, besides new forms of construction, the project aims to create a sustainable education to future residents

A financeirização da moradia e o Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida

This paper has it is hypotesis on the government program “My Home, My Life” and the assumption that it is a public politic attached to the market logic of financialization of the housing. It is understood that this program encourage capital for the main constructors and incorporated of brazilian heritage elite. It also served as well to promote more rentability to international capital and intensified the sociospacial segregration process as real state speculation has been potencialized. This work aims to present and discuss the program contradictions that have been sustained on the speech of wide subsidy offer and habitance construcution for low income workers - month income until three minimum salaries. Documents have shown that in the first phase of the program, habitance construction for this sector of population corresponded only to 5,5% of total habitation deficit. Businessmen on residance civil construction and public politic representatives have confirmed that the program interests are linked to financial market logic.The real benefits are not for low income workers, but for real state agents through extraordinaty profits of land and the so called new medium workers class(worker class C).We will search for embasement on the country history through the different governments and housing policies, in value theory and the concept of land income to understand the financialization process of the housing. This article discusses the recent historical contingencies that placed the universitary left on the defensive and, simultaneously, the attempts of approach of some researchers-extensionists with social movements. To put in historical perspective the discussion of the relation between universities and social movements in historical perspective, we rescued the Córdoba reform (argentine university reform of 1918), the teachings of Latin American classic authors, and we produced an overview about the Reform and the long cycle of educational counter-reform in Latin America. Regarding the relation between universities and social movements, we focus on the analysis of experiences in the fields of popular habitation, agroecology and recovered factories, once we believe that these experiences bring advances in self-management, decommodification, intellectual-social movements, etc. However, these are by no means free of contradictions.

Satisfação dos Usuários do Ambulatório Geral do Hospital das Clínicas de Botucatu

The searches for a health service it’s a part of a process, searches for a qualified evaluation can arise the perception, in form of irritating factors taking for an alert state. The personal expectation, it makes influence in its perceptions, too. The objective was to evaluate the satisfaction degree of the users of “Seção Técnica de Ambulatório Geral do Hospital das Clínicas de Botucatu”. The work is about a quantitative and transversal study, with calculated sample of 366 users, chosen randomly and invited to participate through a questionnaire. The population was compounded by a majority of women (64,5%), between 50 to 59 years old and average degree of education (38,3%). 25 specialties were cited. The evaluate about comfort, cleaning, reception, waiting time, medical attention and nursing vary between “very good” and “good”. Obtained significant “regular” assessment, the comfort in the waiting rooms (24%), silence (25%) and cleaning bathroom (63%). Others negative evaluation was the reception about the waiting time (26%), waiting time between arrival and the consultation (34%), waiting time between the request and consultation (27%). 30,6% report to know the place for complaints and 79,4% of these pointed to the ombudsman. 62% consider their problems solved, 84,4% would indicate the hospital, 57,4% would consider the hospital better than imagined. 42,62% used the opened area for thanking, critical for staff, suggestion infrastructure improvements, cleaning and waiting time. The biggest complaint was the staff turnover in the treatment. There was disharmony between the objective and subjective questions, but, all of them must be considered to propose improvements. The satisfaction evaluation makes the service more effective, bringing credibility to the health service and the patients adhere better to the treatment

The objective of this project is to foment and promote the themes related to the Hip Hop movement through a product, the H2 Magazine. Based on several forms of journalism, like photos, reports and interviews, we intend to demonstrate the use of Hip Hop as a vindicatory tool for young people living in the outskirts of towns. Moreover, we seek showing distinct visions and develop the issues in a broad and comprehensive way. H2 is an open space for reflections about Hip Hop, a cultural movement present in Bauru, as well as your importance in the social and cultural development of the citizens

The Integrated Project developed here proposes the application of sustainable technologies to reduce costs and rational use of water and electricity in housing. The reduced consumption of resources and expenditures intended to ensure that families have financial ability to maintain their homes thus avoiding default and legal problems. The object of study that enabled the development of this work is the Housing Interlagos in São José dos Campos. Was analyzed the type of residence of the housing, the demographic characteristics of the region and the socioeconomic conditions of the borrowers, and from these data, was proposed solutions for sustainable housing

Projeto de restauro e revitalização do Complexo Crypta Balbi: edificações da Via Dei Delfini, Roma (Itália)

O presente trabalho será desenvolvido em uma quadra urbana no centro da cidade de Roma que compreende o Complexo da Crypta Balbi em cujo espaço é possível realizar uma leitura do ponto de vista arquitetônico e urbano ao longo da história e ver refletida a cidade ao longo de seu desenvolvimento através de vestígios arqueológicos do início da formação de Roma (III a.C.) até construções do século XIX . O trabalho visa a restauração e reabilitação do Complexo, mais especificamente das edificações localizadas na Via del Delfini a fim de abrigar um edifício de uso público assim como a requalificação do espaço aberto no interior do quarteirão permitindo sua integração com o entorno imediato e com os edifícios da quadra

Viva cidade: habitaçao de interesse social

As cidades brasileiras, ano a ano, vivem um crescente processo de urbanização, o qual nem sempre ocorre de uma maneira ordenada. Tal evento causou e tem causado um déficit de habitação para uma parte da população classificada como baixa renda e que se vê sem opções dignas de moradia. Portanto, este trabalho tem o objetivo de propor um projeto de Habitação de Interesse Social para essa classe mais pobre em uma área já consolidada do município. Trata-se da remoção de um cortiço com habitações insalubres, mas que está contida numa malha urbana central, com equipamentos públicos, servida de infra-estrutura e acesso a transporte público, ou seja, em uma área classificada como de inclusão social na cidade de Presidente Prudente – SP
