Apoyando la inclusión educativa: un estudio de caso sobre el aprendizaje y convivencia en la educación infantil en Castilla La Mancha

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el proceso de inclusión educativa de un niño con discapacidad. Se centra en el proceso de aprendizaje y en los factores positivos que ha proporcionado esta convivencia. A través de la observación participante en la escuela durante seis meses y entrevistas a informantes clave, los datos muestran que el niño ha evolucionado favorablemente en su aprendizaje y entre los factores más destacables, resalta el cambio positivo que su tutora experimentó sobre el concepto de inclusión, así como el buen desarrollo de su labor profesional, educando en valores como la tolerancia y solidaridad.

Una lapide in via Mazzini: os sofrimentos em Auschwitz e os desafios da tradução

Giorgio Bassani in his book Una lapide in via Mazzin seeks to show to the readers all the sufferings passed by Italians during the Second World War and emphasized those persists until today. Aiming to make an unprecedented translation of this tale, it is expected that the text provides us great experiences in the language and we could see the actual difficulties and differences with the Portuguese language, despite being considered these languages closed ones. The objective of this work is to produce a translation that allows us to transmit all anxieties and reflections suffered by the main character of the tale. After the war, the survivor of the concentration camp can go back to your city. He appears exactly at the moment is being placed a headstone on the synagogue wall in homage to Jews deported and killed in the camps. Given the gaunt figure of the man with his striped pajamas, the population is driven to rethink their own indifference and , in a way, its share of blame. To achieve the proposed objective for this work, we analyzed all the chapters of the story Una lapide in via Mazzini and tried to find equivalents in Portuguese. However, we not ignored the traces of meaning that Giorgio Bassani invested in his work. Therefore, it was necessary to use both printed and virtual dictionaries. With the advancement of the translation work, we realized the difficulty of finding appropriate solutions to achieve the desired effect . The fidelity proposed by the author became increasingly difficult as our work progressed. In the course of all the discussions, it was concluded that , in fact , when it comes to translation, maintaining fidelity to the original text in a foreign language is a difficult and laborious process

O paciente com infecção de vias aéreas superiores. Quando anestesiar?

JUSTIFICATIVA E OBJETIVOS: Anestesiar, com segurança, a criança com infecção de vias aéreas superiores (IVAS) constitui um dos grandes desafios do anestesiologista. A finalidade deste artigo é discutir a validade de anestesiar e quando anestesiar a criança com IVAS. CONTEÚDO: Estão ressaltados a importância da história clínica na investigação pré-operatória, os fatores que contribuem para o aparecimento de complicações no per e no pós-operatório, assim como o tipo de cirurgia e a técnica anestésica que favorecem estas complicações. CONCLUSÕES: O conhecimento das alterações no trato respiratório que acontecem após IVAS, da importância da avaliação correta da gravidade dos sintomas, dos fatores que podem contribuir para o aparecimento de complicações e da melhor técnica anestésica possibilita a seleção de pacientes com menor risco de desenvolver complicações no período per-operatório.

O ensino de pediatria na atenção básica em saúde entre as fronteiras do modelo biomédico e a perspectiva da integralidade do cuidado: a visão dos médicos supervisores

Trata-se de estudo sobre educação médica, focalizado no ensino de pediatria na atenção básica, com o objetivo de analisar a contribuição da disciplina de Pediatria Social e Comunitária no 4º ano de graduação em medicina da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu, Universidade Estadual Paulista.Utilizou-se metodologia qualitativa de pesquisa, tendo como estratégia o estudo de caso. A análise foi fundamentada na abordagem sócio-histórica, subsidiada pelos estudos de Vigotski. Identificou-se o que os supervisores consideraram como aprendizados relevantes a sua contribuição no processo de mediação para que os estudantes aprendam sobre o processo de trabalho na atenção básica, o que não poderiam alcançar sozinhos. As entrevistas transcritas revelaram núcleos de significação comuns: importância da diversificação de cenários de ensino, aprendizado dos principais problemas de saúde, integralidade no atendimento da criança, com ênfase no vínculo e oportunidade do estudante aprender sobre promoção da saúde.

Aprendizados com a diferença em uma experiência de paternidade: do testemunho ao cuidado

This essay tells a singular experience of paternity, a parent's relationship to his daughter and learning of a child with special needs. This narrated experience has as an objective of the author's own narration of the transformations of this test, the theoretical features that marked his intellectual trajectory and limits them to express it. From this perspective, this essay seeks to give voice to this unique experience of caring with the goal of establishing a counterpoint with the discourse of inclusion and the specialized knowledge, with a view to a discursive event that produces a philosophical thinking and an apprenticeship with the difference that can promote the self-transformation of individuals who act in this field in their educational action.

Reflex postural control of patients with cerebral palsy for odontological assistance

Cerebral palsy (CP) describes a group of permanent disorders of the development of movement and posture, causing activity limitation, that are attributed to non-progressive disturbances that occurred in the developing fetal or infant brain.A child with cerebral palsy may have impairments in motor control, which contributes to loss of functional abilities in posture and mobility. The severity of the impairment on the neuromuscular system determines the variations of functional mobility in children with cerebral palsy. The control of the patient, during the dental treatment, is of fundamental importance because these patients present some pathological reflexes which interfere in the odontological assistance

Lectura de cuentos infantiles como estrategia de humanización en el cuidado del niño encamado en ambiente hospitalario

Objective. To asses fairy tales reading as a humanization strategy of hospitalized children care. Methodology. Qualitative study in which data was collected from: fairy tales reading: individual interview, questionnaire, drawings and stories created by the children. Results. During reading sessions, improvement in the children’s reactions was seen: They were more focused, participative, enthusiastic and happy; those accompanying the children liked and accepted this intervention. Data analysis collected from Interviews, questionnaires, narratives and drawings, showed results in favor of the tales reading practice. Conclusion. The humanization strategy of care supported by fairy tales reading, had a positive impact in the children’s admission to the hospital.
