O uso da vibração como método auxiliar no treinamento de capacidades físicas: uma revisão da literatura

The effects of vibration on the human body have been documented for many years. Recently, the use of vibration is an auxiliary method of physical training in the young, elderly and athletes. Recent studies indicate an increase in gain of strength, flexibility, endurance and power of individuals trained with vibrating equipments. Despite the fairly widespread use, the physiological effects of vibration are still poorly understood, and there is great variability in the training protocols used in the literature. Future studies should be conducted as a way to better understand the physiological effects of vibration and also the affects of different protocols on physical training as strength, flexibility, endurance and power.

Fluxos de informação e linguagem em ambientes organizacionais

Information flows are formed naturally or formally induced in organizational settings, passing from the strategic level to operational level, reflecting, and impacting in the processes that make up the organization, including the decision-making process and therefore the action strategies of organization. The management of organizational environments based on information requires careful attention to various kinds of languages used for communication between sectors and employees of the organization, whose goal is to share, disseminate and socialize the information produced in this environment.

Aspectos Históricos e organizacionais da agricultura familiar no desenvolvimento da região Nova Alta Paulista

Nova Alta Paulista region, with strong aptitude for agribusiness, is one of the poorest in the state of São Paulo. However, the development of agribusiness productive chains in the region is very heterogeneous. The study aimed at analyzing how the historical background and organizational arrangements in family farming have contributed to regional development by promoting improvements in social welfare at Nova Alta Paulista region. To this end, we analyzed the case of the Associação Agrícola de Junqueirópolis - AAJ, an organization that has been successful in the search for alternative of agricultural production. Integrated to local and global market, this organization has ensured the maintenance of many farmers and generated positive externalities for the entire region. Thus, this case shows the organizational arrangement based on cooperation can be an alternative for family farmers achieve higher levels of welfare and development.

The aim of this study was to verify the effect of selective loads model in professional futsal players, during a preparatory mesocycle. Nine futsal professional players (23±2 anos), from the team of Federation Paulista of soccer indoor championship, composed the sample, characterized by intentional. The players were evaluated in two moments although of a preparatory mesocycle, microcycle 2 (PRE) and microcycle 7 (POS), by the tests of intermittent aerobic fitness, horizontal jump, one leg triple jump, velocity of 15m, agility and anaerobic power. The statistical analysis included the Student-t and Wilxocon tests (P<0.05). The results of horizontal jump, intermittent aerobic fitness and medium power improved, the velocity at 15 m decreased. The select loads model is a good option for the periodization to preparatory mesocycle in futsal.

Preservação digital nas instituições de ensino superior: aspectos organizacionais, legais e técnicos

This article analyzes the main aspects related to digital preservation in Higher Education Institution (HEI). Discusses the problems and challenges to be facing in this context and presents the main aspects and strategies involving digital preservation in this institution type, focusing on three: the organizational aspects, the legal aspects and the technical aspects. The methodological procedures involved the literature analysis on the subject area. As a result shows a digital preservation policy that includes 15 (fifteen) essential elements, distributed in three segments (aspects), and the importance of each element to the deployment of a digital preservation policy.
