Breves considerações sobre figurativização em Gota D'água: ideologia e lugar social

O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir alguns aspectos discursivos, mais especificamente, temas e figuras recorrentes em um trecho da peça Gota d’Água, de Chico Buarque e Paulo Pontes, estabelecendo algumas relações entre este texto dramático e o poema “Sobre o sentar-/estar-no-mundo” de João Cabral de Melo Neto. Dada a forma poética do texto teatral, escolhida pelos autores, nele habitam inúmeras figuras semióticas, ali existentes com o intuito de produzir ilusão referencial, uma vez que o discurso não é a produção do real, mas a criação de efeitos de realidade. O enunciador, para criar veridicção em seu trabalho, pode revestir temas como ordem social e amor, de figuras a fim de que seja estabelecido um contrato entre tal enunciador e um suposto enunciatário. Uma das figuras mais recorrentes na peça de Buarque e Pontes é a cadeira que, dentro de seu conjunto sêmico encobre, ao que parece, o tema da hierarquia e das classes sociais, do lugar social dos indivíduos e da própria busca do sujeito para encontrar o seu percurso de ser e estar no mundo; tal figurativização é reforçada pela leitura conjunta da peça e do poema de João Cabral de Melo Neto, que se mostram bastante semelhantes quanto ao tratamento da figura em questão. Palavras-chave: Actante; competência; figurativização; manipulação; performance; discurso.

Um processo: breves reflexões sobre Kafka e o romance moderno

Confronta-se, neste ensaio, o romance realista do século 19 e o romance de vanguarda, em especial O processo, de Franz Kafka. A intenção é mostrar como, de veículo de afirmação do poder econômico e político da burguesia, o romance passa a veículo de contestação desse mesmo poder, revelando a dissolução e a fragmentação do mundo moderno, em crise permanente. Palavras-chave: Realismo; Naturalismo; Modernismo; vanguarda; romance.

Breves considerações sobre o conceito de natureza na genese da geografia moderna

From the twentieth century is witnessing a gradual increase in the debates and issues related to the degradation of nature, making the twenty-first century begins under the aegis of speeches linked to this concept as one of the axes of the concerns of humanity. There are several movements that are related to the degrading way of contemporary society and how we are called upon daily to save and defend nature, from the consumption of sustainable products through environmentally friendly lifestyles. While this may appear to be explicit that the current form of metabolic interaction man / nature in the current historical period of capitalism converges in a bleak scenario, however, there is an ideological and peacemaker convergence between productively and the systematic appeal to the consumption. Given these assumptions could be palpable the question that in the course of human history would be ideological conceptions of nature? Being a true statement what is the conflict present in the ideological struggle over nature with regard to the genesis of modern geography? Would it be overt or covert? These questions lead us to the present study, whose goal is to bring some notes about the ideological conceptions of the nature in human history, culminating in the possible influences upon the institutionalization of Modern Geography

FUNDEF e municipalização do ensino fundamental: breves considerações

Objetiva discutir os aspectos determinantes da descentralização da Educação Básica brasileira no período pós-1988 (nova Constituição Federal), com um enfoque na municipalização do Ensino Fundamental a partir da instituição do Fundef (Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e de Valorização do Magistério). Investiga os sistemas de ensino de quatorze municípios que compõem a Diretoria Regional de São José do Rio Preto (SP). A partir desta amostra, busca identificar quais aderem à municipalização por meio da análise da evolução das matrículas nos sistemas municipais de ensino no período compreendido entre 1997 e 2007, visto que grande parte da literatura aponta o Fundef como um fator indutor do processo de municipalização do Ensino Fundamental. Os resultados indicam que uma parte desses municípios inicia um processo de municipalização das matrículas do Ensino Fundamental com a implementação do Fundef. No caso específico da Região Administrativa estudada, é no ano de 2002 que ocorre a inversão do contexto anterior, qual seja, a partir deste ano o número de matrículas nos sistemas municipais de Ensino Fundamental supera o total de alunos matriculados na rede estadual de ensino.

Da teoria crítica ao pós-estruturalismo: breves apontamentos para uma possível confrontação entre Adorno e Deleuze

The Frankfurt critical theory and the French post-structuralism are important lines of thought in the philosophy of education, which inspired several academic productions in recent decades. In the 1950s and 1960s, both opposed philosophical resistance against many types of totalitarianism. One big difference between the two lines of thought has been the critical of the dialectic considered an insufficient method to think about the difference (Deleuze) and the reaffirmation of a negative dialectic (Adorno). This article intends to analyze the thematic affinities and the differences of method between the thought of these two authors.

Tratamentos breves na psicanálise lacaniana: uma revisão sistemática de literatura

The paper outlines the profile of the scientific production about brief treatments based on the Lacanian Psychoanalysis. In order to accomplish this, the research focuses on online journals with free full-text articles written by members of Lacanian Schools listed on the website of the World Psychoanalysis Association. The work analyses studies from 2000 to 2009. In a total of 115 selected documents, the research has identified that online journals from Latin America contributed with 96 (83,47%) works. The literature review indicates that brief treatments are made possible by a construction of a specific mechanism, in which parameters of gratuity and limited time of care are established. However, a key conclusion from this review is that individual interventions with adults from big cities are still predominant.

Metabolic syndrome and dementia associated with Parkinson's disease: impact of age and hypertension

Objective: To determine correlations between age and metabolic disorders in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. Methods: This observational cross-sectional study included brief tests for dementia and the Mattis test. Signals of metabolic syndrome were evaluated. Results: There was no significant effect from the presence of hypertension (OR=2.36 for patients under 65 years old and OR=0.64 for patients over 65), diabetes or hypercholesterolemia regarding occurrences of dementia associated with PD (24% of the patients). The study demonstrated that each year of age increased the estimated risk of dementia in PD patients by 9% (OR=1.09; 95%Cl: 1.01-1.17). Conclusion: There was no evidence to correlate the presence of metabolic syndrome with the risk of dementia that was associated with PD. The study confirmed that dementia in PD is age dependent and not related to disease duration.
