The aim of this work was the development a computer code for simulation and analysis of atomic spectra from databases constructed from the literature. There were created four routines that can be useful for spectroscopic studies in the atomic processes of laser isotope separation. In the first routine, Possible Transitions, the program checks the possible electron transitions from an energy level of the atom present in the database considering the selection rules for an electric dipole transition. The second routine, Locator Transitions, checks the possible electronic transitions within a user-specified spectral region. The routine Spectra Simulator creates simulated spectra using the graphical application gnuplot through lorentzian curve and finally, the routine Electronic Temperature determines the temperature of electronic excitation of the atom, thought the Boltzmann Plot Method. To test the reliability of the program there were obtained experimental emission spectra of a hollow cathode discharge of dysprosium and argon as a buffer gas. The hollow cathode discharge has been subjected to different values of operating currents and pressure of inert gas. The spectra obtained were treated with the assistance of program routines developed (Transition Locator and Spectra Simulator) and temperatures electronic excitation of the atoms of dysprosium in the different discharge conditions were calculated (routine Electronic Temperature). The results showed that the electronic excitation temperature of the neutral dysprosium atoms in the hollow cathode discharge increases with increasing current applied to the cathode and also by increasing the gas pressure buffer. O acesso �� universidade p��blica no Brasil e a quest��o social: uma an��lise dos dados do relat��rio do vestibular da Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio Mesquita Filho UNESP

This work has as a central concern in analyze the causes of the still limited access of young Brazilians to public higher education in socioeconomic and cultural.In Brazil, on��y 14,4% of the young between 18 and 24 years old attend this educational level.If we consider that the public university offer just 1/4 of the vacancies, can be affirmed that this institutions are not able to attend neither 4% of the young between 18 and 24.Brazil shows,in this level of education,a lower access that most of its neighbors: Argentina(40%), Venezuela(26%), Chile(20%),Bolivia(20%).In this work were analyzed the data reports of entrance exam of Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp) entre 2004 e 2009,prepared by Funda��ao para o Vestibular da Universidade Estadual Paulista(Vunesp). In this analysis,can be noted the influence of some aspects socioeconomic and cultural related to possibilities os the young acces to public univercity. Stand out among these: family income,the possibility to dadicate only to studies and attend preparatory courses,as well as the parents level of education.

As diretrizes curriculares para os cursos de Educa����o F��sica no Brasil: uma breve revis��o cronol��gica e an��lise desse processo sobre as implica����es para a forma����o profissional

The law of Guidelines and Bases for National Education-LDB established the need to ensure at Universities a greater flexibility in the Organization of courses and careers, taking into account the heterogeneity of prior education and training, as well as the expectations and interests of students. Since the deployment of the first courses of Physical Education in Brazil, in the 30 's decade, the formation was only in Degree Course. On a pioneer way, resolution CFE 031987 allowed the Universities could organise their own pedagogical projects and curriculum, allowing even the Bachelor Course contemplating the dynamics of the evolution of the area and encouraging a change in attitudes of professionals. The Bachelor Course, with an offer of disciplines to other areas higher than education, openness also allowed to research, promoting an increasing interaction of the Physical Education with other professions od health. Physical education stands out as interareas instrument in the promotion of health and quality of life of the population. With the regulation of the Profession through the law No. 9696/98, grows the discussion around the definition of professional delimitations in this close relationship with other areas. With the need for a reformulation in teaching projects, Degree and Bachelor Courses, express the new curricular guidelines and resolutions of the MEC, as well as the professional delimitations by CONFEF for each formation. Given these aspects, the objective of the present study was to describe the chronology of such facts and a expose a critical opinion of the authors about the course and consequences of this process.

An��lise entoacional ac��stica e auditiva de alguns enunciados do portugu��s brasileiro

The main goal of this work is the analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of speech melody variation (intonation), with special reference to the pronunciation of one speaker. In order to carry on this study, different types of sentences (declarative, questions, etc.) and the intonational focus as well as the speaker‟s attitude (irony, emphasis, etc.) were observed and analyzed with special acoustic software (PRAAT) and with an auditory analysis of a text read by the subject. O papel das emissoras educativas no Brasil em tempo de elei����es

The concept of educational radio is present in the Brazilian Code of Broadcasting in 1963, valued by an Interministerial 1999.According to the Ministry of Communications, only 176 stations are considered educational universe of 3,000 existing radios in Brazil. In this context, the study proposes to establish a discussion on the educational experiences obtained from the radio, considering the Brazilian radio culture that favors concessions to trade groups and religious politicians. The challenge will be to move toward a program that combines educational content, entertainment, and thus ensures a common universe of communication skills enabling the adult radio listeners their actual interaction with the world around him. The methodology will work in the literature from texts on the subject, and the result of practical observations collected during visits to the broadcasters, programming and analysis.

O morfema de ger��ndio 'ndo' no Portugu��s Brasileiro: an��lise fonol��gica e sociolingu��stica

Neste artigo, tratamos do processo fonol��gico de apagamento do /d/ no morfema de ger��ndio “ndo” em uma variedade do Portugu��s Brasileiro. Com base em an��lise ac��stica e perceptual, verificamos que, quando /d/ tem seus par��metros ac��sticos alterados, os ouvintes percebem seu apagamento no morfema de ger��ndio. Essa correla����o, por��m, n��o �� categ��rica. A regra de apagamento do /d/ �� vari��vel e se aplica somente a formas de ger��ndio. Esses fatos levam ao desafio de interpretar o processo ou como regra lexical ou como poslexical. Fundamentados nos pressupostos da Fonologia Lexical, defendemos que se trata de regra lexical. Na an��lise variacionista do fen��meno, analisamos 76 amostras de fala constitu��das a partir do controle das vari��veis sociais sexo/ g��nero, idade e escolaridade. Constatamos que homens jovens e com poucos anos de escolaridade s��o os que mais aplicam o apagamento de /d/ nas formas de ger��ndio, o que nos permite concluir, com base em hip��teses cl��ssicas da atua����o de vari��veis sociais, que tal fen��meno �� estigmatizado na comunidade de fala estudada.

An��lise dosim��trica de perfis de distribui����es radiais de doses relativas de um aplicador de betaterapia de 90Sr+90Y utilizando o c��digo MCNP-4C e filmes raiocr��micos

Although they are no longer manufactured, the applicators of 90Sr +90Y acquired in the decades of 1990 are still in use, by having half-life of 28.5 years. These applicators have calibration certificate given by their manufacturers, where few have been recalibrated. Thus it becomes necessary to accomplish thorough dosimetry of these applicators. This paper presents a dosimetric analysis distribution radial dose profiles for emitted by an 90Sr+90Y betatherapy applicator, using the MCNP-4C code to simulate the distribution radial dose profiles and radiochromium films to get them experimentally . The results with the simulated values were compared with the results of experimental measurements, where both curves show similar behavior, which may validate the use of MCNP-4C and radiochromium films for this type of dosimetry
