In order to expand educational services in the country, were recently approved laws that changed the organization of schools and the population served by them, as was the case of Law No. 11.274/2006 elementary school that extended from eight to nine years, establishing the admission of children to this level of education to 6 years old. The research aimed to analyze the relationship between the legal text and the meanings of schooling and the specifics of childhood with the entry of children in elementary school. Aplicação clínica da mola T do grupo B para retração dos dentes anteriores

A TAS (Técnica do Arco Segmentado) representa uma alternativa à mecânica de deslizamento, muitas vezes dificultada pela incerteza da quantidade de força de atrito envolvida em cada sistema de forças utilizado. Nesse contexto, sabe-se que poucos cursos de Ortodontia no Brasil têm ensinado efetivamente a filosofia e o modo de trabalhar com a TAS. Portanto, este trabalho procura elucidar a forma de raciocínio das relaçÕes entre força e momento manipuladas na TAS, bem como mostrar a forma de confecção e utilização de mola "T" do grupo B, onde objetiva-se a movimentação recíproca dos segmentos posterior e anterior e, por fim, apresentar um caso clínico tratado com esse tipo de mecânica.

O ensino de informática para crianças: um estímulo à aprendizagem

The use of computers in childhood education makes it possible for them to acquire knowledge in a fun way through games. This paper describes the experience of implementing the course “Computers for Children”, which is part of a University Extension Program at the School of Dentistry at UNESP - Araraquara. This course is offered to children aged 5-7 years old and it aims, not only, to offer children, via computer, a direct contact with new teaching technologies, but also, to help them develop both their motor and logical thinking abilities through educational games. The children that participated in this course are from the Children’s Center “Casinha de Abelha” at the UNESP -Araraquara and also from the Municipal Recreation and Educational Centers also in Araraquara, SP, Brazil. The software resources used in this course to teach computer skills are the educational games “Coelho Sabido Maternal”, “A Estrela Cintilante” and “Festa dos Dentinhos”. The children’s learning and the level of difficulty in using the computer as a tool were evaluated. It was possible to conclude that the course has been contributing to the digital inclusion of children aged 5-7 years old, in addition to training their visual and audio perception, their motor coordination and memorization, hence developing skills that are essential to the children’s literacy process.

This article is a discussion on the vision of transcendence peculiar to the poetic of Decadentism and considers the reference offered for the Cruz e Sousa´s poetry. We call poetic transcendence the search for Ideal and for broke the barrier of usual perception by the poetic work. Among the romantics, the transcendence was search for many ways; one of them was the sublime ravishing. In the Symbolism/Decadentism, the transcendent ravishing finds its opposite – the fall. The Cruz e Sousa´s poetry illustrates this new leitmotiv which have rise in the center of Modernity.

Mato Grosso do Sul e Campo Grande: articulações espaço-temporais

The framework of this study was to comprehend the specific conditions surrounding the incorporation and political-economical consolidation of the state of Mato Grosso Sul to the national scenario, during the cyclic evolution of the capitalistic system as well as the role of Campo Grande in this process. The origin and evolution of Campo Grande were analyzed in the context of possible relations between urbanization, regional development and the integration of the state in the national scope. In this approach, several theoretical compatible formulations were considered as to systemic view of reality, from the complex and dynamic point of view. This implies a multi scale reasoning, associating spatial dimension to the historical one, in a theoretical- methodological effort of comprehend the logic between the general and the specific. It was possible to verity peculiarities attributed to Mato Grosso do Sul in the general laws of the capitalistic system, and instances capable of explaning the local effects of the intervention of industrial economy in the dynamic of the process analysed since colonial times, as well as the role of Campo Grande in this process, especially in relation to the economical integration of the state territory to the rest of the nation.

O lúdico no desenvolvimento infantil: um estudo teórico

It is a fact that childhood is a period of play and it is through them that the child meets their interests, express their way to organize, disorganize, build, think, making new discoveries. Therefore, the playful stands as one of the most important and effective in children's learning process forms, as it enables the development of imagination, feelings and fantasies, helping the child progress in their motor, psychomotor, cognitive, and physical skills emotional. This gives her the exercise of attention and memory to play activities adults engage, thus expanding their knowledge about the world. The teacher's role in this process is essential, where it can bring to everyday life of the child in various situations themes, turning the simple play on continuous learning and not just using the play as a complementary activity to the child because they provide pleasure and relaxation which do interact with the new learning and the group operates. The psychology emphasizes that play is essential to the balanced development of the psychosocial human being, because when in childhood, the relationship with the toy and gaming in general develops affectivity, creativity, and reasoning ability. Playing, the child increases their independence by building their knowledge. The aim of this work is to make a theoretical study based on a literature search, aiming to understand the play within the child development process, where it is recognized as very important in a child's learning starting from the theoretical conceptions of thinkers such as Piaget, Vygotsky, Wallon among others.
