Hip hop na escola: para além da proposta curricular do Estado de São Paulo

Since 2008 the Department of Education of the State of São Paulo implemented the curriculum for elementary and high school. Within the discipline of Physical Education, Hip Hop appears as a theme for the ninth year pertaining to the content of rhythmic activities. However, there seems to be difficulties of teachers and their training against such content. Therefore, this research has developed a textbook to support didactic teaching for physical education teacher about Hip Hop in school. For this we conducted a literature review, which were selected several studies that sought to investigate the main difficulties of the physical education teachers, as well as those who had the Hip Hop theme, so that the material could meet the real difficulties of these professionals. Furthermore, we analyzed textbooks from other disciplines will be considered as the experiences of the researcher with the contents of dancing. Thus, we found some difficulties in the analysis of textbooks in the area of Physical Education, since there is a certain shortage of materials, as well as related specifically to Hip Hop. From the investigations, the book was prepared by selecting subtopics important to treat this content teachers in the school, for example, the story, the basic features and steps. It is understood, therefore, that this type of work is very important for Physical Education Teachers considering the difficulties facing the contents of Hip Hop and can contribute more effectively to their inclusion in the school context

O ensino de física e a música: a experiência de um futuro professor frente o desafio de ensinar

Here we present an exploratory study on the subject of Physics and Music, discussing how this issue is addressed in two high schools belonging to state education network in Rio Claro – SP city. Initially, we conducted a critical analysis of the books that are used as the main tool to support the teacher in the classroom. Alert this analysis , it is possible to realize low-level content when we bring the topic into the classroom. Based in this analysis and an experimental class that was held as part of the course Teaching Practice and Supervised , the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity - UNESP Campus Rio Claro was an elaborate educational proposal related to Physics Teaching and Music with a thematic strategy different from the traditional approach , considering the use of experiments built with low cost (Ferreira and Ramos , 2008) materials , which can be an alternative to improve the teaching learning process student , because these experiments stimulate and provide a more dynamic and closer interaction with the objects class. We also seek to study, in greater depth , aspects of wave physics, discussing how a wave propagates in a string with its two fixed ends , which besides being a subject that is usually covered in books , is a phenomenon that is present in string instruments

O uso do vídeo como recurso didático para o ensino de Ciências e Biologia

As características dos animais do Filo Echinodermata e seus principais representantes são conteúdos abordados no ensino médio, na disciplina de Biologia. Dessa maneira, é importante a produção de um material didático que favoreça o entendimento dos alunos frente a esse tema. Sendo assim, os objetivos do trabalho foi elaborar um material didático na forma de vídeo para professores e alunos do ensino médio, que facilite a visualização e compreensão das principais características dos animais representantes do Filo Echinodermata e um guia de utilização do recurso para os professores, propondo a formas de abordar os conteúdos, utilizando as fotos e esquemas contidos no vídeo e o desenvolvimento de atividades como mais uma forma de avaliar os alunos. Todo o conteúdo abordado foi retirado de livros didáticos específicos de zoologia de invertebrados, a fim de prevenir a ocorrência de erros conceituais

Aulas práticas para o ensino de Ciências e Biologia: algumas propostas

Os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs), indicam que o ensino de ciências deve contribuir com eficiência para o desenvolvimento de uma sociedade mais esclarecida, que consiga compreender os avanços científicos e tecnológicos do mundo. Com isso, o ensino das ciências naturais pode ser articulado, apresentando-se de forma interdisciplinar, pois abrange aspectos da Física, Química, Biologia, incluindo Ciências Sociais e Tecnológicas. Focado nessa proposta, esse trabalho tem como finalidade disponibilizar ao professor de Ensino Fundamental aulas experimentais e práticas para serem utilizadas nas escolas. Consiste em uma lista de experimentos, entre outras práticas, organizados segundo os Eixos Temáticos previstos no PCNs. As práticas selecionadas se apropriam de materiais simples, de fácil obtenção e custo reduzido, podem ser realizadas tanto em ambiente laboratorial como em sala de aula, viabilizando sua utilização. Todos os experimentos foram extraídos de diferentes fontes de pesquisa: livros didáticos, apostilas didáticas e da Rede Internacional de Telecomunicação (Internet). Espera-se com esse material que o professor encontre um suporte para auxilio em aulas práticas, que proporcione ao aluno, atividades dinâmicas, facilitando a interação do educando com o conhecimento, atingindo o principal objetivo, a aprendizagem

Pluralidade cultural e educação física: elaboração de material didático

In 1997, the National Curriculum Parameters (BRASIL, 1997a) proposed the incorporation of the Transversal Themes in all of the knowledge areas. Specifically in the School Physical Education, the teacher working with transversality must stabilish bridges between the body culture practice with these themes. Promote this relationship is not a simple task and there are many problems that stuck the advance of this propose. So, thinking about making didactical formulat teaching stragies and think about the development of their practice. Another challenge is considerate as a beginning in the pedagogic activity the student’s knowledge and experience, as listening during the process of knowledge construction. In this way, the aim of this research is investigate the 8th and 9th grade of the primary school students conception about Cultural Plurality. After this, using the information taken gron the students, we are going to present subisidies to make a textbook, for the teachers and for students, with Physical Education activities possibilies with this Transversal Theme. Keeping in mind the aim of this research, we used the semi-structed interview as a instrument of data collection. The interview was made with 30 students of the 8th and 9th grade the primary school from two statual schools of Rio Claro city. The procediments were executed following the ethics comite requirements. In other to associate the Cultural Plurality with Physical Education, dance and physical adventure activities contents were selected. The results showed that the students know few thinks about this Transversal Themes, because they had apoor knowledge, according to National Curriculum Parameters. In scholar environment and Physical Education classes, there are many cases of prejudice and discrimination, mostly by the leack of ability. Identificação dos Arthropoda: subsídios para o ensino de Ciências e Biologia

As características dos artrópodes (insetos, crustáceos, aracnídeos, miriápodes) e conceitos a eles relacionados são conteúdos abordados pelas disciplinas de Ciências e Biologia, no ensino fundamental e médio. Neste contexto, considera-se relevante a elaboração de materiais que contribuam para os processos de ensino e aprendizagem desta temática e que incorporem a dimensão lúdica. Assim, a proposta desenvolvida teve como objetivos principais a elaboração e confecção de uma caixa contendo espécimes de artrópodes incrustados em resina, de modo a permitir o contato e a manipulação desses espécimes pelos alunos. Além disso, elaboramos um jogo didático, abordando as estruturas morfológicas dos artrópodes e suas funções, com o intuito de fixar o conhecimento adquirido em sala pelos alunos. Como complementação, desenvolvemos uma guia de orientação para o professor e um manual direcionado aos alunos, para os auxiliarem durante o desenvolvimento da aula. A elaboração deste trabalho foi uma maneira de tentar transmitir o tema proposto de forma dinâmica e agradável, tanto para o professor quanto para os alunos. Calor e temperatura: uma revisão dos conceitos nas diferentes abordagens físicas

This work research and analyses the formulations and concepts of heat and temperature presented in Physics textbooks. These issues are deemed important because students often have difficulties differentiating and understanding such concepts, which compromises their education. The goal is to show that well-established relationships between Physical quantities such as energy, pressure, heat and temperature, even in different theories of Classical and Quantum Physics are not enough to define either temperature or heat. It also presents simple experiments that complement the teaching and learning of these concepts

Guia de identificação do Filo Echinodermata

As principais características morfológicas dos animais do Filo Echinodermata são conteúdos abordados no ensino fundamental e médio, na disciplina de Ciências e Biologia. Dessa forma, é relevante a produção de um material didático que favoreça o entendimento dos alunos frente a esse tema. O objetivo do trabalho foi elaborar um material didático na forma de guia de identificação de equinodermos para alunos do ensino médio que facilite a compreensão das principais características dos animais representantes do Filo Echinodermata. Junto ao guia, algumas questões sobre cada classe de animais foram elaboradas, a fim de auxiliar o aluno no entendimento do conteúdo. O português do Brasil e seus aspectos linguisticos-culturais: reflexões sobre a gastronomia brasileira para aula de PLE

The present paper aims to analyze and problematize the manner that Brazilian gastronomy is treated in didactic books of Portuguese as Foreign Language. To reach such objective, it will be considered, specially, the approaches and the methodologies of four of those books, from distinct periods of publication: Fala Brasil (1989); Aprendendo Português do Brasil (1993); Passagens (2002); Bem-Vindo! (2009). From this analysis, it’s possible to think of new possibilities to insert the Brazilian gastronomy in a Portuguese class for foreigners, considering that the aspects of Brazil’s culture are also held inside its language; this language shows a universe beyond linguistics structure and maintains the habits and history of its people inside itself

A noção de campo elétrico: reflexões de uma futura professora sobre o processo de ensino

This work offers an overview about didactic reflections in the introduction of the electrical field concept in Physics Teaching activities aimed to the High School by means of a teaching methodology based in a low cost experiment (FERREIRA E RAMOS, 2008). We analyzed the particular use of an experiment named electrostatic vector and its use in the teaching of the line force ideas, proposed by Faraday in 19th century. In the frame of this work we analyzed how this unconventional approach differs of the methodology generally presented in the didactic textbooks. We discussed that the use of low cost experiments, will not cause the student to learn, but the work of the teacher, offering an interaction between the student and the electrostatic vector, play an important role in the classroom

A presença das mulheres nas ciências exatas

Most well-known and studied names in schoolbooks are men's. It gives one the idea that the world of numbers does not belong to female individuals. In order to verify that this thought is a misconception, a research is carried out about women who, despite all prejudice, have faced many adversities, leaving us many contributions on exact sciences and being relevant until the present date. Nowadays, there is not as much sexual discrimination. Women’s under-representation in exact sciences is due to other motives, such as issues of choice and the option of part-time jobs for professional/familiar balance. Maybe because of this, women have little acknowledgment, as it can be seen in Nobel Prize, where of its 851 awards, only 44 were for women. They are present at different degrees of education, such as licentiate graduation, bachelor’s or master’s, but still outnumbered. The number of female graduates was higher than male’s, according to collected data from Mathematics licentiate graduation Department from 2000 until 2012 in UNESP, Guaratinguetá campus

Estratégias de aplicação de softwares educativos como instrumentos para o ensino de física

The technological advances of recent decades combined with digital inc1usion in Brazil sparked the country's population to the constant use of computers to perform tasks in many different natures. Whether it's for communication, entertainment, work or school, computers are tools with increasing numbers in Brazilian homes. Along with this evolution the Brazilian Physics teaching should be aware of the use of teaching tools that relate directly to the computer to student learning. Highlighting in this work we have scanned the contents of the Wikipedia community, a wide variety of educational videos placed on YouTube, educational games that try to teach the player in a fun way and a variety educational softwares placed on the World Wide Web. It is with special attention to educational softwares as tools for teaching physics, which describe some strategies for use of these software, combined with the textbooks, to illustrate some ways to introduce the use of educational softwares directly in the classroom

Livro didático e educação física escolar: interlocuções e entrelaçamentos

This study aimed to analyze the relationships – some already established and others that are still necessary – between the obligatory curriculum component Physical Education and the textbooks, understood as materials that assist both teachers and students during the teaching and learning process. In this way, we focused the discussion on some topics that have enabled a greater understanding of textbooks for Education in general and for School Physical Education more specifically, taking into account their specific characteristics. There were also some understandings about School Physical Education in Brazilian contemporary society as well as some official regiments about this curriculum component. Finally, it was elaborated some propositions that seek to generate interlacements to a deeper comprehension about textbooks in Physical Education classes. We concluded that although there are (few) textbooks in the area and some curriculum proposals from different Brazilian States that quest new ways of conceiving the teaching and learning process of School Physical Education, it is important to have more understandings about the roles of these materials in the pedagogical practice, as well as studies that can enable ways to treat this curricular component that could contribute to the critical and reflective educational practice during the years of schooling in Basic Education

Fazendo conexões com o mundo real: uso de conceitos e modelos da física no contexto da zoologia

There are considerations of that the education of Physics of the way as comes being driven us textbooks and consequently in classroom, is distant and distorted of their real purpose. We notice that the education of this science through the Physical school discipline, has I assume a character of preparation for university entrance exams exercises resolution, exceling for the memorization of formulae and by the mathematical solutions, fact that looks to cause to it is lacking of motivation and to the disinterest of the students regarding his contents. Since we are surrounded by phenomena, events, elements of the nature, new technologies, objects and so many others that can be explained and many times until applied and/or reproduced by means of physical concepts, there is no reason for treat to Physical as somewhat academic and remote of the reality. The little interest of high school students by the discipline of Physics and their poor performance in the learning of his contents has led to the search of new paths, resources and strategies that promote a more meaningful learning. Taking into account these facts, we seek in this course conclusion work, observe, analyze and apply concepts of the Physical one in multiple elements of ours routine, doing use of the interdisciplinary nature as a possible mechanism. The animals exert a fascination on most people. Much of what we see in their way of being and behaving can be explained by the laws of Physics and its models. Their physique, behavior and activities involve diverse movements, communication and sensing as physical limitations varied. Zoologists and physicists build models in an attempt to explain or understand animal behavior using well-established physical principles. Tema transversal saúde na escola: diagnóstico e possibilidades

Introdução: A sociedade brasileira tem sofrido grandes transformações nessas últimas décadas e o papel da escola e sua importância também. Com a queda da Ditadura Militar, que vigorou de 1964 até 1985 e com a promulgação da Constituição da República em 1988, que teve como um dos objetivos principais a inclusão social, entre outras iniciativas no âmbito das políticas educacionais, foi dado início à elaboração dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, cuja primeira publicação se deu em 1997. Assim, além das disciplinas tradicionais como: Língua Portuguesa, Matemática, História, Ciências Naturais, Geografia, Artes e Educação Física, a escola também deveria trabalhar os chamados Temas Transversais: Meio ambiente, Ética, Pluralidade Cultural, Saúde, Orientação Sexual e Trabalho e Consumo, temas esses, que devem permear toda a prática educativa. Como será que as escolas vêm desenvolvendo a proposta de Temas Transversais? Será que a saúde é uma preocupação? Se a resposta for afirmativa, de que modo ela vem sendo conduzida? Objetivo: Baseado nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, este trabalho pretendeu avaliar a importância do tema transversal Saúde, bem como investigar os impactos desse documento na educação escolar do ensino fundamental. Metodologia: Para tanto, serão realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas e também documentais da escola, como o projeto político pedagógico e os livros didáticos utilizados. Conclusões: As conclusões elencadas neste trabalho são que o tema transversal Saúde é pouco trabalhado no ensino fundamental, devido, entre outros fatores, ao despreparo do professor e a concepção equivocada que ainda há nos educadores relacionando saúde às doenças e à higiene unicamente
