Since prehistoric man seeks to dominate play scenes and images of their daily lives, to understand them or dominate. In the theater, the man tried to represent hunting scenes and deities. Since the first creation material representative of the gods, these objects acquire magical powers. After a long time, came the Puppet Theater, which through the use of various materials, the man concocted dolls in his image and likeness, as well as representations of animals. Subsequently, the Theater of Animated FormsVisual involved various props, like the mask, the shadow and the object. Thus, these elements can appear all together or not in the same show and are, therefore, the Theater of Animated Forms. How important human need to understand the world and events around them, the arts were needed to explain the divine and unreachable. Clumping the four languages of art: music, plastic arts, dance and theater, the Theater of Animated Forms of so characteristic of the man in search of the divine and sublime sentiments or not. In Brazil, faced with a multitude of excellent groups Theater of Animated Forms, the Sobrevento Group stands to monitor on an extensive repertoire theoretical foundation for the themes of the pieces created, and the high level of aesthetic sensitivity and artistic creation through is the dummies used in your repertoire. In this work, studies aimed at evaluating the unification of concepts and theorems of vector analysis that contributed to the understanding of physical problems in a more comprehensive and more concise than using vector calculus. We study the electrodinamics with differential forms. Were also presented Maxwell's relations with formalism of differential forms in addition allowing formulation one more geometric and generalized. Another feature observed during the study of formalism presented was the possibility of it serving as a substitute to the tensor formalism

Energia, suas formas e transformações: uma abordagem contextualizada por meio de material não-formal

Energy is a physical quantity very present in physics. Although extremely useful, its concept is very abstract for most students in high school and college. Identify the presence and form of energy in a given phenomenon is not simple, as there is immediate understanding on the transfer and transformation. This work emphasizes the study of mechanical energy in its different forms as well as the thermal energy, considering the possible transformations between them. To this end, use is mad of toys, exploring its potential as an alternative material to be use in supplement classroom teaching in primary and secondary levels. The proposed use of ludic pedagogy takes into account the author’s experience as an intern project Toy Scientific Department of Physics and its role as mediator in the workshops offered by the project to school at these levels

Produção de vetores recombinantes para expressão de diferentes formas da proteína K1 do herpesvírus associado ao Sarcoma de Kaposi (KSHV)

Kaposi´s sarcoma associated herpesvirus (KSHV) or human herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8) is a gammaherpesvirus essential for the development of all forms of Kaposi´s sarcoma (KS). The KSHV’s life cycle is basically divided into latent and lytic phases, which have distinct viral gene expression profiles. Some important oncogenic products of KSHV are expressed during the lytic phase, including the viral K1 protein. As an effect of interfer-ence with intracellular signaling, K1 expression increases proliferation and survival of KSHV-infected cells. Due to its high level of genetic variability compared to other re-gions of the viral genome, the K1-encoding ORF (ORF-K1) is commonly evaluated for KSHV genotyping. It remains unclear whether different viral genotypes have particular biological effects that might modify the KSHV oncogenicity. The present study aimed to contribute to the establishment of an experimental in vitro model for evaluation of the K1 protein from common KSHV genotypes. Recombinant expression vectors with the ORF-K1 from KSHV genotypes A, B and C were prepared by genetic cloning. The recombi-nant vectors pKSHVOK1 obtained by cloning were sequenced for structural validation. After that, HEK293 cell line was transfected with the recombinant vectors, and proteins were extracted for expression analysis by Western blot technique, for K1 functional vali-dation. Results showed that ORF-K1 vectors containing KSHV ORF-K1 from the A, B and C genotypes were produced and structurally validated by DNA sequencing. The K1 expression at the protein level was also confirmed by immunoblots using an antibody for FLAG detection, an epitope from the vector that binds to K1. Based on presented re-sults, it´s possible to conclude that the recombinant vectors will be able to be used in future studies of K1 protein biological properties from distinct KSHV genotypes

Das formas de ensinar e conhecer o mundo: lições de coisas e método de ensino intuitivo na imprensa periódica educacional do século XIX

This article analyses A Eschola Publica, an educational journal that circulated in São Paulo state between 1893-1894 and 1896-1897, whose editors, allied with the diffusion of republican ideas, helped the consolidation of objective method as a pedagogical efficient modern tool. It was possible gathering some sources that shows the acceptance of that method and the difficulties for its dissemination in the classroom, mainly those refers to teacher’s formation. Taking as referential bibliographical resources about schooling culture it was possible verifying that circulating in complementary parallel way to textbooks, the articles by A Eschola Publica endorse the innovative purposes and show barriers imposing on educational context. This journal produced a place for discussions and debates that contributed for controlling and producing symbolic resources

Paixão, mito e formas de vida em textos publicitários

The passion, understood by Aristotle, as a contingency which causes a change in the essence of the subject, was object of research of the Greek philosopher as rhetorical strategy used by the speaker to touch its listeners. The greimasian semiotics, enlarging the concept of Aristotle’s passion, understands it as the soul states of a subject that can be gathered form the analysis of a text. Reflections towards the passion discursivization and its persuasion effects in advertisements lead us to establish the relationships between passion, myth and ways of life.

Cidadania e nacionalidade como formas de exclusão

O presente trabalho versa sobre o acesso de estrangeiros ao território nacional. Essa limitação restringe direitos fundamentais da maioria dos imigrantes, além de expô-los a uma condição de vulnerabilidade que permite que sejam explorados pelo setor econômico de produção e perseguidos pela polícia. O Estado não costuma ver o imigrante como “vítima”, mas como marginal”. Se todos os homens são fundamentalmente iguais em razão de sua igual dignidade, se a constante comunicação e movimentação são imprescindíveis e se é moralmente impossível justi*car os privilégios de pessoas porque nasceram em determinado território ou de determinados genitores, então as funções discriminadoras dos conceitos de cidadania e nacionalidade perdem sua justificativa.

Carnaval X Entrudo: formas de regrar o carnaval no Rio de Janeiro em fins do Século XIX e Início do Século XX

This article aims to discuss the attempts of the authorities in Rio de Janeiro to regulate Carnival festivities and discipline the revelers. Some of the ways to do this in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, are connected to the prohibition of Shrovetide and of the wearing of some costumes by individual masked men, such as Indian and imp costumes, which are associated with backwardness and barbarism, and, therefore, with a period of history that part of the intelligentsia of Rio de Janeiro wanted to forget. Such manifestations were at odds with political, social and cultural transformations, and with the image of modernity that the city of Rio de Janeiro wanted to consolidate in that period.
