This work has the purpose of demonstrating how to build a Disaster Recovery Plan. In order to achieve such objective, an adaptation of the PDCA method was applied. This plan aims resuming the IT operations as fast as possible after some kind of incident which result the stop of the services or activities. Besides serving as insurance for the continued functioning of the company’s activities, indeed your non-existence brings up risks of financial loss and threatens the company’s image. As to illustrate the functionality and validity, the method was applied in an IT department of an energy company. It was concluded that the plan was well elaborated living up to the purposes described in the objective section of this work and validating the project developed so far, having a percentage of 85% of the overall success of the systems tested

O uso da Lei Rouanet como ferramenta produtiva em um plano de comunicação

The Rouanet law is a tax incentive law that allows companies to invest up to 4% of their taxes - based on actual profit - in sponsoring cultural projects previously approved by the Ministry of Culture. By sponsoring these projects, companies can have their name attached to them and, consequently, strengthening their brand and increase its visibility in the market. Whereas this project is aligned to the company vision, its image will be strengthened and the sales will increase. Large companies use the Rouanet Law to sponsor cultural events and have very strong names in the Brazilian market, perhaps worldwide. Examples: Petrobras, Banco do Brasil, Banco Bradesco, BNDES, Usiminas, Vale, among others. The Public Relations professional, who’s responsible for internal and external communication of a company, can use it as a differential of his work, expanding the company's profits with minimum investments, aligning the company's vision to actual practices and using the sponsorship as an agent capable of strengthen its social responsibility and, due to that, to increase the trust of its target audience. This study will address the theoretical and practical aspects of the Rouanet Law and of the public relations professionals, beyond mentioning examples on the subject, with special attention to Petrobras, the largest sponsor of cultural projects in Brazil. The greatest problem of the Rouanet Law is the fact that its sponsored projects are mostly concentrated in the Southeast, specifically in the Rio - São Paulo region. Análise multitemporal de indicadores geoambientais como subsídio ao plano de gestão ambiental - Floresta Nacional de Ipanema - SP

The objective of this research was to conduct an analysis of multitemporal landscape Ipanema National Forest, located in the municipalities of Iperó, Capela do Alto and Araçoiaba da Serra – São Paulo estate, Brazil, considering the scenarios of 1965, 2007 and 2011. The multitemporal analysis, using aerial photographs and satellite images, contributed to the contextualization and spatialization of the evolution of the landscape area. Through analysis interpretation of the images, performed by means of supervised classification were obtained thematic maps of the area, equivalent to approximately 53 km2. Through geoprocessing techniques, especially Geographic Information Systems, it was possible the integration and manipulation of data, both spatial and statistical, allowing integrated analysis of data from the entire area of the National Forest of Ipanema. As the main result, we found that the Ipanema National Forest is in landscape evolution positive, with those 46 years examined the increase of native heavy foliage areas. Increasing from 7.1 km2 of the total area of dense vegetation in 1965 to 35.9 km2 in 2011. Overall, it was possible to realize a scenario landscape quite optimistic about the evolution of forest conservation area

Diagnóstico e proposição de subsídios para a elaboração de plano de gestão ambiental: estudo de caso de um abatedouro avícola

In view of the current environmental concerns and legal requirements, this work aims to achieve a diagnosis and offer subsidies for development of an environmental management plan in an industry. The industry considered to be a subject of study of this research is the aviculture, considered its great importance in Brazil and to present a significant environmental impact. The unit of analysis is a chicken slaughterhouse, located in Rio Claro, SP. The developed methodology for identification and analysis of environmental significative aspects were based in the concepts of environmental impact and in the ABNT NBR ISO 14.001:2004. From the analysis of selected aspects, this research proposed several environmental indicators for the company and identified points of environmental improvement. The results of this study provide methods for identifying its environmental aspects and development of its environmental management plan to chicken slaughterhouse and also to other companies.

Proposta de plano de marketing para os serviços de acolhimento a visitantes na igreja de Frei Galvão e Guaratinguetá (SP)

This work contains a preliminary marketing plan for host services on Frei Galvão’s Church in Guaratinguetá, SP, Brazil. It started from the analysis of the current situation and of a study on visitors’ profiles. The development of the marketing plan proposal used the methodology of the 7 P’s of service marketing. The studies brought some relevant results, as they have indicated a lack of restaurants, adequate signalization, restrooms and a good parking lot. The studies have also shown that the host services managers lack data about number of visitors and about the distribution of pills. These results allowed the author to elaborate some strategies and formulate the proposal here presented

EntreLinhas: revisão do Plano para o Parque Setorial de São José do Rio Preto - SP

Este trabalho consiste na revisão do Plano elaborado para o Parque Setorial de São José do Rio Preto. Para isto procuramos estudar desde o surgimento do parque na cidade até a importância e influência que estes espaços podem exercer na cidade atual, passando, portanto pela conceituação dos próprios parques e por uma metodologia de análise própria elaborada a partir dos estudos bibliográficos. Elaboramos então Diretrizes Gerais para o parque, que propõem esta revisão, repensando os espaços de acordo com as necessidades da cidade atual. E por fim fazemos propostas de planejamento para um setor específico

Plano e projeto: um desenho para a cidade de Coronel Macedo/ SP

O presente trabalho de graduação final destina-se a elaboração de um Plano e Projeto de um novo desenho para a cidade de Coronel Macedo, localizada no interior de São Paulo. Através da análise da realidade do município, juntamente com leituras comunitárias já efetuadas, foram enumerados problemas e necessidades, dentre eles a falta de um instrumento gestor e a situação precária de suas vias de locomoção. Desse modo a intenção projetual desse trabalho será um desenho de ruas e calçadas, dando maior mobilidade e segurança. E um Plano viário que possa orientar o poder público e a iniciativa privada no interesse coletivo dos macedenses para a efetivação do projeto proposto, visando assegurar maior qualidade de vida para a população

Subsídios para elaboração de plano municipal de gestão de resíduos sólidos orgânicos para o município de Rio Claro-SP

The research aims to propose grants for development of Municipal Plan for the Management of Organic Solid Waste generated in the municipality of Rio Claro. The research universe was composed of organic waste generators establishments (markets and grocers). From the registry of commercial establishments provided by the municipal government were identified who presented this typology, which totaled 38 establishments. In this universe the interview was conducted in 15 establishments obtained by directed sampling based on the characteristics of size, type and location. The data collected were the amount generated, disposal of waste, waste separation, collection frequency, reasons for the disposal of waste, frequency of purchase of products. From the data obtained in the field, we estimated the total generation of organic waste in this segment for the municipality. Then, the estimated costs for implementation and operation of a composting center, a way to subsidize the implementation of the management plan was carried out. We opted for the aerobic composting process by the simplicity of operation and because it is a technique already known. The average waste generation was established by tracks (size) with: stores up to 4 boxes (classified as small) generate on average 1511 kg / month, 40% of organic waste, the 5-9 boxes (small/midsize) generate on average 4338 kg / month, 35% organic and the 10 to 19 boxes (midsize) generate on average 7647 kg / month with 32% organic. In total establishments generate 105 t/ month of waste, with 35t / month of organics. 94% of establishments are in font segregation of waste into recyclable, organic and waste, indicating that the proposed management of organic waste is amenable to application without many changes in existing routine in stores. Análise do plano de radioproteção em radioterapia

Ionizing radiation is used nowadays in various sectors such as agriculture, industry and medicine. The main specialties of medicine which use radiation are the diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy. Radiotherapy is a therapeutic modality that is a well established feature for the treatment of malignant disease or not. However, the inadvertent use of ionizing radiation can produce deleterious effects that result in sequels that compromise the welfare of the people involved. The analysis of radiological protection emphasizes the importance of avoiding inappropriate exhibitions aimed at protecting the health of patients, the professionals involved and the general public. The basic principles of radioprotection are justification, optimization and restriction for individual dosage. The departments of radiotherapy are regulated in accordance with specific technical standards of the National Commission of Nuclear Energy (CNEN), which during the inspection for issue and renewal of the authorization of operation requires the submission of a radioprotection plan, this document that requires great demand of time, and has generated much debate among professionals in medical physics, given the difficulties encountered in their preparation. After examining the radioprotection plan of some radiotherapy services, as suggested in order to guide those responsible for drawing up these plans, especially beginners in the career of the physics of radiation, this paper presents a model plan that is in line radioprotection it requires the Technical Standards of CNEN and can easily be the reality of appropriate services

Parcerias firmadas entre municípios brasileiros e o Instituto Ayrton Senna e suas implicações para as alterações no plano de carreira docente

Este trabalho faz parte da pesquisa nacional interinstitucional, intitulada “Análise das conseqüências de parcerias firmadas entre municípios brasileiros e a Fundação Ayrton Senna para a oferta educacional”, financiada pelo CNPq. Esse estudo analisa o Programa Gestão Nota 10, implementado nos municípios de Cárceres, Teresina, Altamira, São José dos Pinhais, Sapiranga, São José do Rio Preto e as possíveis alterações do Plano de Carreira Docente. Para isso serão analisados trabalhos escritos sobre o referente tema, além de documentos oferecidos pelos órgãos públicos dos municípios analisados. O marco teórico para essa pesquisa é a crise do capital que entre suas estratégias de superação o Neoliberalismo e a Reforma do Estado, há qual propõem a descentralização de serviços, que antes eram do Estado, incluindo a sociedade civil organizada e o chamado “Terceiro Setor”. Outra imposição dessa reforma foi à introdução do quase-mercado na gestão pública. Esse tipo de gestão oferece diretrizes padrão, nas quais há o desenvolvimento de metas para alcance de índices elevados, assim os municípios, caso cumpram com essas diretrizes, são gratificados e recebem algum tipo de premiação, desenvolvendo a competitividade entre os educadores. Este trabalho apresenta o convênio de sistemas de ensino público com o Instituto Ayrton Senna, como uma forma de materialização dessas políticas, e as implicações para as alterações no Plano de Carreira Docente.

Avaliação estratégica de um plano de gestão de resíduos sólidos com foco nos resíduos orgânicos

One of the greatest problems nowadays is the correct management of solid waste produce in every human activity. On 2010, the “Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos” was approved, this law brings directives and instruments to deal with the solid waste issue. The objective of this work is to make a Strategic Assessment on a Solid Waste Management Plan applied to a medium size city. Based on general data about the situation of the solid wastes in Brazil, a first scenario was described. After that, likely scenarios were proposed, taking segregation, treatment and final disposal on account. Finally, those scenarios were compared, mainly in the final volume disposed and costs involved
