Professora em formação: uma experiência no contexto de um projeto social

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo socializar mi experiencia como profesora en el contexto de un proyecto social situado en una ciudad del interior de São Paulo. A principios de 2010, fui contratado para realizar una residencia no obligatoria junto a un grupo de alumnos de edades comprendidas entre los nueve y diez años, por la tarde, todos los días de la semana. A través de un enfoque cualitativo, siguiendo la metodología de la investigación autobiográfica, pretendo narrar mi proceso de formación como maestra en el contexto de una institución de educación no formal. En este sentido, la investigación tiene como objetivo discutir los conceptos de educación no formal y formal, en la búsqueda por comprender las especificidades de las mismas como de sus implicaciones para pensar en la formación de los futuros profesores. Por lo tanto, para la investigación, consideré como datos: mis registros elaborados durante el año 2010, los documentos del proyecto social y su Proyecto Político- Pedagógico, mis planificaciones semanales acerca de las reuniones mantenidas con los estudiantes y el Proyecto Político-Pedagógico del curso de Pedagogía de la UNESP, Río Claro. Este último ofrecerá subsidios para discutir cuál es la contribución del curso en cuestión para el trabajo del pedagogo en los espacios educativos no formal (currículo, las prácticas pedagógicas, la inclusión en los proyectos sociales, etc.) Creo que la investigación puede ayudar a pensar en la formación de un profesional que tenga posibilidades de inserirse tanto en la educación formal como no formal

Projetos de extensão em dança da UNESP/Rio Claro: contribuições à formação profissional dos estudantes de Educação Física

The Projects of Extension in dance of the State University of São Paulo- Campus Rio Claro in 1994 and 1995 with the Dance Companies: Éxciton and Contratempo respectively. From this moment, the dance has always been present on the campus of Rio Claro, is participating actively in group or even as spectators of the many presentations. This research aims to understand and analyze the influence at the participants professional formation of the two companies, already graduated and working since the Dance Companies from the beginning until today. For the development of this study will be conducted qualitative research involving literature and area of study research. The technique used for the collection is a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The research subjects students trained by Physical Education Department of the State University of São Paulo - Campus Rio Claro, active in this area of academic formation, with one participant from each Dance Company in each year of existence. Data analysis will be based on the technique of content analysis proposed by Bardin (2010). The results found that the extension projects contribute to the professional acting, because they enable exchange of experience, acquisition and incorporation of new knowledge, different from previously built on a broad vision of dance. This new framework allows the development of education/ teaching/ methodology, enabling the contact since graduating with professional practice and obtaining safety and confidence to act in the labor maker

Musicalização infantil: uma reflexão sobre o processo de formação de professores

Neste trabalho socializo resultados produzidos a partir de uma proposta de pesquisa e intervenção desenvolvida com professoras do Ensino Fundamental I de uma escola pública do interior do estado de São Paulo. Fui coordenador de um curso de musicalização desenvolvido em dez encontros no contexto do HTPC (Horário de Trabalho Pedagógico Coletivo), e que ofereceu subsídios para a atuação dessas professoras em sala de aula. Assim, por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa, seguindo a metodologia de pesquisa de orientação sócio histórica, na qual o pesquisador e o pesquisado aprendem juntos “produzindo sentidos dos eventos observados” (FREITAS, 2003, p. 31), busquei refletir sobre a importância do processo formativo na área musical de professoras do Ensino Fundamental I, através da reflexão sobre a experiência formativa dessas professoras com as quais pesquisei. Os dados produzidos analisados no presente trabalho são falas e escritas das professoras coletadas no terceiro e no último encontro, respectivamente, na busca por compreender a potencialidade dos encontros para repensar na concepção de música e musicalização dos professores

As políticas de formação do arte educador no século XXI: o caso da UNESP no Estado de São Paulo

This paper deals with the training of art educators, focusing on the courses offered at public universities in the state of São Paulo, where, specifically the pedagogical approach of training curricula of grades offered at UNESP, campus of São Paulo and Bauru. In the current situation have been proposed, from training in undergraduate courses, new tasks and responsibilities to work teaching the teacher in order to develop this educational increasingly effective so as to ensure efficient productivity autonomous learner in the process cognitive development in basic education, the teacher being assigned the task of stimulating that process and manage situations of educational work as a way of systematizing knowledge. The research consisted of questioning whether that teacher training allowed contact with the educational resources necessary for teaching, under current conditions assigned by the neoliberal conjuncture educational work of art educator with a view to the formation of aesthetic sensibility of the students from the class working, privileged pupils of public schools, to contribute to establishing the apprehension about the pedagogical training of art educators to confront the reality school, considering the specificity of action of these teachers. Therefore we conducted a desk study of existing legislation and the National Curriculum Guidelines that guide teacher training, correlating them to Pedagogical Policy Projects and curricula of undergraduate courses in Arts Education and / or Visual Arts courses UNESP. Concepções de graduandos de pedagoaia sobre sua formação ética e a relação com seu trabalho pedagógico

The Psychology of Morality is an area that has to be strengthened in the academic environment for social, political and scientific. The research of Jean Piaget (1932) on the development of moral judgments are the main sources for this area of knowledge, followed by studies of Lawrence Kohlberg (1981), Jose Maria Puig (1998) and others. This project intends to investigate and analyze the conception of the ethical training of graduate students of Pedagogy, Unesp, Campus Bauru, in order to see how these conceive their ethical, what importance they give to the subject and how to relate such training to the work that will develop with their students. Some research has shown a total lack of respect for the theories and concepts related to the issue by presenting a framework of moral indifference since graduation, space in which there is discussion about major educational theories. Through the proposed research is to analyze whether such a deficiency exists and educate future educators of the fundamental importance of its role in moral education and ethics of their students

Tornar-se professor: desvelando a atuação docente no início do exercício da docência

This research, based on authors such as Was (1999), Guarnieri (1996 and 2005), Freitas (2002 and 2007) argue that the understanding of teacher education as a complex continuum aimed at understanding the initiation of the educational performance in the first five years of professional practice, by analyzing the history of teaching teachers early in their career. As we contemplate the specific objectives of interest to examine the training received to enter and work in the classroom and the experiences in teaching at undergraduate students. To perform the empirical study we adopted the use of semi-structured, guided by an outline of issues significant to the conduct of the respondents' narratives. The main results can highlight the difficulties encountered at the beginning of the educational performance are recurrent, data analysis shows that there is a significant increase in the duties of the teacher. With the study arrives at the premise that we must rethink the quality and structure of training courses aimed at improving the quality of performance of professional education, but for this to occur there must be deepening of studies and improvements not only in initial training and in continuing education courses. It is understood here that the training is not solely responsible for the current educational scene, which encompasses the question of the beginner there are many issues to be studied, such as public policies, structuring the curriculum, pay, but the training is beginning to there are faculty prepared to act

The present work has for objective to analyze the issue of training environmental awareness and its role in contemporary society. With the alarming scenario of degradation and environmental imbalance , political, social and non-governmental institutions have established the urgent need for an education that make changes in social behavior in relation to the environment. With this design is establishing environmental education, however the economic , financial and social scenario in which is inserted dismantles its effectiveness , since the transformations of modernity incited alienation, reification , individualization , indifference and consumerism . In this juncture it is noticed that environmental education needs to be analyzed by the perspective of a man in critical reflection of the capitalist structure.
