Perfil, concepções e práticas pedagógicas de professores que atuam em turmas multisseriadas de escolas públicas de Sergipe

This article examines some aspects of the organization of multigrade schooling, taking as reference the state of Sergipe. It describes the profile, the conceptions and pedagogical practices of teachers working in multigrade classes in public schools. The data presented result from a statistical analysis of information collected by Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixiera (Inep) and from researches realized with public school teachers of Sergipe. The research has shown that the organization of multigrade schooling has different patterns and its central premise is the junction of years/grades, disregarding the age factor and inhibiting a possible pedagogical intervention, which considers the diversity of subjects and their lifetime. Therefore, it is necessary that teachers have a closer look at subjects of education in rural areas and build an educational intervention that goes beyond administrative aspects of formation of classes. The analysis of conceptions and practices of the teachers working in multigrade classes showed that the teaching work is obstructed by external determinations and by administrative barriers, inhibiting new reflections and practices that break up with the traditional logic of grades, permeated of excluding elements. The article aims to contribute to the dissemination of reflections and policies in the area of country education, especially for schools organized by multigrade schooling.

Os contos infantis como literatura, na formação humana e na educação

As reflexões tecidas neste texto decorreram de inúmeros questionamentos acerca da necessidade de se considerar a importância dos contos infantis como literatura, na formação humana e na educação. Nesse sentido, aborda-se, num primeiro momento, aspectos históricos da origem e trajetória dos contos infantis. Após e ainda que brevemente, abordam-se alguns fundamentos discutidos entre Habermas e Mead sobre a construção da intersubjetividade humana que pode ser propiciada pelos contos infantis e a conquista da individuação e socialização. Por fim, são abordados aspectos a partir dos quais se espera contribuir para as reflexões sobre educação, centralmente sobre a educação de crianças em processo de escolarização.

O ensino da açao de ler e suas contradiçoes

The article broaches the diffi culties found by the Brazilian school on teaching the act of reading to students in the beginning of their scholarship process. In order to analyze those diffi culties, one must start from the assumption that, historically, this teaching fi nds mostly basis on the emphasis on the fl uent pronounce without considering the reader’s intention to achieve meaning before the text, in social, historic and cultural situations. On this perspective, the school usually teaches students how to dominate some of the aspects of the linguistic system, for not comprehending that the act of reading is a cultural, plural, historical and social action, that uses this system. The article concludes that Latin America’s education has a path to run: the one to learn to teach the act of reading as a cultural practice, instead of simply understanding it as the domain of the linguistic system basis.

As relações entre a construção da abstração reflexionante e o conhecimento social: um estudo psicogenético

This article aims to investigate the construction of reflective abstraction and relate it to the construction of social knowledge. So, two methodological tools were applied to 60 students aged between ten and 16 years: a) evidence of the construction of surfaces and perimeters b) clinical interview about the origins of Earth and life. The main results show that participants were presented at more elementary levels of constuction of reflective abstraction and contruction of social knowledge despite the advanced age and schooling. Statistical analysis revealed a highly significant relationship between the constuction of abstraction and social knowledge.

Studies show the psychological contribution of fairy tales regarding the child's development as one of the best plumbers of existential problems, appeasing it by acting as an outlet for their anguish, anxieties, and fears, engendering greater emotional balance. Thus, through researches in the literature, it was established as objective to seek information about the functionality of the fairy tales in the educational process of students with intellectual disabilities who presents challenging behaviors. Among the tales, the Brothers Grimm are suggested to be used as an educational resource. It was possible to say that, through the symbolic mediation in the imaginary of children with intellectual disabilities, educational work with fairy tales evokes significant benefits.

Autoeficácia de professores do ensino fundamental: um estudo a partir dos memoriais de formação

The practice of teaching is a complex, dynamic and challenging. Several obstacles are faced by educators, among them, excessive workload, classrooms with large numbers of students, reducing the support team manager etc. These experiences call into question the belief that such teachers have in their own ability to teach and motivate your students, including those with the greatest difficulties. Studies show that this belief, called self-efficacy, mediates the action of teachers and are related to the goals, persistence and motivation of teachers. The teacher self-efficacy is formed by direct experience, by observation, persuasion and psychophysiological states. The objective of the study is to identify aspects of the formation of self-efficacy teacher in-service teacher. This is a documentary study, after online search using the keywords memorials training and school as keywords, was found eight jobs at the State University of Campinas, two of which were dropped from the analysis due to not meeting the pre-established criteria. The data were organized into spreadsheets for analysis specifically designed for the study, considering the theoretical framework proposed by Bandura (1997) and Tschannen-Moran & Woolfolk Hoy (2001). The results indicate that family support throughout schooling, the role of teachers as models from basic education and teaching experiences are widely cited in memorials analyzed. These results offer from further reflections, indicating contribute to discussions on the formation and performance of teachers regarding the ability to teach, especially in the early years of elementary school

A construção dos saberes docentes na formação inicial de professores de educação física

Alguns estudiosos e pesquisadores nos últimos anos têm voltado atenção para a formação de professores, no que se refere sobretudo as questões dos saberes docentes, tentando, assim, compreender que saberes estão presentes na prática pedagógica. No âmbito desse processo e com o ingresso no PIBID (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência), tive um contato mais próximo com a escola, especificamente com os professores em exercício. Assim algumas indagações surgiram sobre o fato dos estudantes apresentarem um tipo de saber (discursivo) e os professores outros (pragmático). Embora ambos possam compartilhar algumas experiências comuns vinculadas ao processo de escolarização, cada um fala de um lugar diferente. Isto aponta para outro questionamento: qual é o lugar que o estudante, os professores da escola e da universidade ocupam no campo da formação. A partir deste contexto, o presente trabalho abrange a formação dos professores, a prática docente e os saberes docentes. Dessa forma objetiva-se compreender como os estudantes da disciplina de estágio supervisionado na escola e os professores da escola constroem/constituem/apontam os saberes que são mobilizados na prática de ensino. The Doppler ultrasound allows the assessment of blood flow and the differentiate vessels according to each spectral pattern, location and organ that irrigate, helping the examinations and disease diagnosis. The main methods used are Pulsed Doppler, Color Doppler and Power Doppler. In Brazil veterinary medicine, it shows progress since 1990, but its use is limited by the equipment high cost, the need for operator experience and patient cooperation. There are studies in obstetrics and reproduction of dogs and cats, such as evaluation of the testicular vasculature, including the use of contrast material, and attempts to evaluate prostate in healthy dogs or pathological conditions (cancer and testicular torsion , orchitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia; estrous cycle monitoring, evaluation of irrigation in follicles and corpus luteum, uterus and breasts (mammary tumors) in bitches; monitoring pregnancy from the assessment of maternal, fetal and placental hemodynamics, both in dogs as in cats, and aspirations for early detection of pregnancy in dogs. Motivação em jovens jogadores de futebol para as partidas decisivas: um estudo da psicologia do esporte

O futebol é o esporte mais praticado no mundo e conta com a preferência da maior parcela da população brasileira, onde muitas pessoas almejam utilizar o esporte em sua vida profissional. Tendo isso em vista, para um jogador estar em condições ideais, é essencial que seus preparos físico, técnico e tático estejam lapidados, mas o grande diferencial pode ser o seu estado psicológico. Um dos aspectos a se trabalhar é a motivação, pois a mesma é essencial para garantir o foco do jogador e aumentar sua vontade de apresentar o seu melhor em busca das conquistas. Considerando que, fatores como: família, amigos, relacionamentos, pressão da mídia e torcedores, podem interferir negativa ou positivamente no desempenho, ocasionando desequilíbrios emocionais, a questão motivacional mostra-se como uma ferramenta útil para controlar esses fatores e auxiliar na maximização do rendimento do atleta nas partidas importantes. Já a ansiedade, em nível controlado, pode ser benéfica ao provocar no indivíduo atenção e concentração no momento que está vivenciando, mas em uma taxa exorbitada, pode levar o praticante a um desempenho prejudicado, sendo um fator decisivo para dificultar a realização de suas aspirações. Este trabalho teve como objetivo, apresentar estratégias para motivar jogadores de futebol, visando seu máximo rendimento em partidas importantes, considerando níveis de ativação e ansiedade, além de suas respectivas personalidades e reações a tudo que é imposto a eles. O mercado editorial na formação dos professores da educação básica: levantamento e caracterização de revistas pedagógicas (1996-210)

A pesquisa tem por foco o mercado editorial voltado para a formação dos professores da educação básica, com ênfase para as revistas pedagógicas com periodicidade regular em circulação na região Sudeste do país. Objetivou-se reconhecer e caracterizar manifestações desse mercado a partir da análise da materialidade das revistas, buscando encontrar também representações sobre os professores e sua profissão. O trabalho foi realizado sob uma abordagem qualitativa, nos moldes da pesquisa documental. Em um primeiro momento, realizou-se a identificação de quais são as revistas pedagógicas disponíveis no mercado e a que tipo de profissional elas se destinam, partindo de levantamento de materiais presentes em bancas de jornal, livrarias, bibliotecas e também em sites especializados. O segundo momento caracteriza-se pela análise e comparação da materialidade das revistas. Infância, ludicidade e pedagogia hospitalar: encontros e desencontros nas práticas educativas

The aim of this study is to investigate the significance of educational practices aimed at children in non formal education, in this case, specifically, the hospital context. The chosen methodology is part of an investigation conducted in two phases. In the first phase was carried out a theoretical stage, scientifically based studies guided by an historical-cultural and Sociology of Childhood, enabling placement on the particularities of children, the playfulness and the positioning of Pedagogy in the hospital. After this theoretical study was performed the second phase, with the completion of an empirical study with a research and intervention in a hospital playroom, in a public hospital considered a regional center in the northwestern city of São Paulo. The methodological procedures adopted for this empirical study were participant observation, interviews, action research and a questionnaire. Participant observation and action research are conducted within the brinquetodeca in five meetings with about 15 children, interviews were conducted with three family members and the questionnaire was applied to a healthcare professional. Among the results we can mention the following findings: a confirmation of the necessity of work in the hospital directing playful adaptations for the preservation and development of children's learning, and recent publications are scarce about the Hospital Education and underscore the need for the professional practice of education in non-school, the educational activities carried out reveals the possibilities of offering the child the continuation of their educational activities involving the playful and educational, the international and national literature on educational practices in the hospital allow to check ...(Complete abstract click electronic access below)

Livro didático e educação física escolar: interlocuções e entrelaçamentos

This study aimed to analyze the relationships – some already established and others that are still necessary – between the obligatory curriculum component Physical Education and the textbooks, understood as materials that assist both teachers and students during the teaching and learning process. In this way, we focused the discussion on some topics that have enabled a greater understanding of textbooks for Education in general and for School Physical Education more specifically, taking into account their specific characteristics. There were also some understandings about School Physical Education in Brazilian contemporary society as well as some official regiments about this curriculum component. Finally, it was elaborated some propositions that seek to generate interlacements to a deeper comprehension about textbooks in Physical Education classes. We concluded that although there are (few) textbooks in the area and some curriculum proposals from different Brazilian States that quest new ways of conceiving the teaching and learning process of School Physical Education, it is important to have more understandings about the roles of these materials in the pedagogical practice, as well as studies that can enable ways to treat this curricular component that could contribute to the critical and reflective educational practice during the years of schooling in Basic Education
