Humanization is a decisive factor for the positive conditions in the work environment related to the health sector, however, few initiatives take into consideration this aspect in different areas of knowledge, including the field of Human Kinetics. Thus, this study, which has a qualitative nature, aimed to identify the mood of employees from Sistema Únicos de Saúde - SUS, using evidences based on experiences of a playful and animistic activities. The study was conducted through bibliographical and exploratory research, using as a tool two-phase data collection the Brunel Questionnaire (BRUMS). Part of this study included an international sample compose of SUS participants from Araras city, having as criteria employees associated with SUS longer than one year. Participants experienced an animistic and recreational activities program and the instrument was applied before and after these experiences. Data was descriptively analyzed through the Thematic Content Analysis Technique. The results showed that the recreational and animistic activities can positively improve the mood of workers in the health sector, indicating the importance of developing new humanization strategies in health ambit. This study suggests new actions in public policy, able to encourage longer or even continuous interventions in the daily journey of health workers

Integrality constitutes an important principle of the SUS, achieved through the struggles of the Brazilian health movement. It represents an expansion of the concepts of health and illness, to include the social determinants of healthcare needs. Intending to investigate the meanings of integrality reported by primary care workers, a study was developed in a medium-sized municipality in the state of São Paulo, concerning distinct technological work organization models in primary healthcare units. Among the results, the dimension of system integrality appeared with greatest frequency, according to analysis on focus groups. The workers pointed out difficulties in integration and communication between the healthcare levels, determined by selective social policies and medium/high-technology services delegated to the private market. The theoretical-philosophical framework of this study was based on cultural-historical psychology, taking into consideration the categories of work/activity, consciousness, mediation and totality.

Conforme relatório anual da Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento - Conab de (2012), a lavoura da cana-de-açúcar continua em expansão no Brasil e o Estado de São Paulo corresponde a 52% da produção nacional. O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar a expansão canavieira nos EDRs de Botucatu, Jaú e Avaré frente ao “Protocolo Agroambiental” e os modelos de qualificação profissional ofertados. A metodologia utilizada constituiu-se em revisão bibliográfica. A hipótese é de que as políticas dirigidas ao setor “canavieiro” para requalificação dos cortadores não atendem de forma concreta as necessidades dos trabalhadores. Os resultados encontrados permitem concluir ausência de políticas integradas para qualificar e recolocar esses trabalhadores, não assegurando, portanto, a recolocação daqueles que foram dispensados.
