A importância da arte-educação na educação infantil

O Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso na área de Arte e Educação terá por objetivo refletir sobre a temática da “Arte-educação” tendo como problemática central “A importância da arte-educação na educação infantil”. A importância arte no desenvolvimento infantil é indiscutível, pois a experiência artística é um fator humanizador, cultural, que cria inúmeras significações e produz em cada um a percepção da própria capacidade de transformação, além de proporcionar a oportunidade de desenvolvimentos de potenciais, comunicação e interação. Portanto, a arte-educação, uma abordagem, influenciada pelo pósmodernismo, que tem como objetivo fundamental o desenvolvimento da habilidade crítica de interpretação das obras de arte, assim como dos elementos visuais que compõem a vida contemporânea, levando em conta o contexto social e cultural, faz com que as crianças tenham, além do encorajamento de sua originalidade, liberdade e espontaneidade, um ensino que se sustenta na inter-relação entre história da arte, leitura da obra e o fazer artístico. Para tal estudo será tratada a história da arte no Brasil, a arte na escola brasileira desde os seus primórdios, a importância desta para a formação do ser social infantil. A metodologia utilizada para a elaboração e desenvolvimento deste trabalho se realizará através da abordagem qualitativa, feita por pesquisa bibliográfica para justificar a problemática em questão.

A importância do conhecimento e da inovação na região metropolitana de Campinas-SP: o caso do condomínio empresarial Praça Capital

The present work is to analyze the importance of exchanging knowledge and technological innovation in Business Condominium Square Capital installed in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas (SP). The condominium corporate Capital Square is the new result of the productive rearrangements that allow the reproduction of capital. This new production space, endowed with infrastructure and sophisticated logistics is able to enable the development of companies installed there in addition to promoting the advancement of technological innovation in the region because of its relations with laboratories, universities and research centers. The research aims to contribute to the understanding of this new form of organization of space activities corresponding to the logic of exchange of knowledge and technological innovation. The logical location of innovation services have similar aspects to economic activities in general, which is distinguished due to the intangible nature of services of high added value through the strategic role of information, the nature of services and because there are services whose logic operation is beyond the economic, but also scientific. The project includes the study in an integrated environment, which allows to evaluate, under various aspects, the importance of established companies and infrastructure available that enable the advancement of skills and knowledge exchange in Capital Square Condo

Estudos estruturais por difração de raios X de fosfolipases A2 em presença de íons com importância funcional

Snakes from Bothrops genus are responsible for more than 90% of the ophidian accidents in Brazil. One of the main complications from this kind of accident is muscular necrosis, which is related to the action of phospholipases A2 and metalloproteases, two groups of enzymes found in the venom of these animals. Although this complication cannot be solved by serum therapy administration, a great number of studies have been performed with the attempt to know the pharmacological sites of these toxins aiming, in the future, the development of complementary treatments to serum therapy. This work proposes structural studies of bothropic phospholipases A2 (PLA2s) in the presence of ions relevant to their activity, using the X-ray crystallography technique. Recently, it was demonstrated ions, as manganese, calcium and others, interfere in the biological activity of the PLA2s. Particularly, Lys49-PLA2s in the presence of manganese ions have miotoxicity reduced. Asp49-PLA2s show catalytic activity dependent of calcium, although structural studies with a miotoxic Asp49-PLA2, BthTX-II, suggest a possible catalytic mechanism independent of calcium. Therefore, co-crystallization of BthTX-II in the presence of calcium ions and of PrTX-I in the presence of manganese ions were performed. Comparative structural studies among obtained results and others already published in the literature were performed aiming a better understanding of the structure-function relationship of these toxins. The BthTX-II with the presence of calcium do not show this ion in the loop of coordination of calcium, presence necessary to develop the catalyses. After comparison of this model with the native one, only one distortion was found, but no apparent relationship with the residues responsible for its activity. Precificação do biogás produzido por autoprodutores, considerando seu transporte por meio de gasodutos existentes

The expansion of the energy matrix is a matter of great importance since the recent problems facing the country in this sector, such as rationing mobilized in 2001. Moreover, there is also concern with global sustainable development. Brazil is producing about 64 million cubic meters of biogas per day, but only a small percentage of this total is harnessed as an energy resource. Compounders are considered potential, for example, landfill energy (LE) and sewage treatment plants (STP), which can be adapted to produce biogas and market them. The work focuses its studies on biogas produced by these small and medium compounders. Are proposed and studied the following alternatives for the utilization of biogas energy: generation and sale of electricity through the installation of a small power station within the landfill, and purification and marketing of gas, whose price will be a consideration on the price of natural gas, taking into account the percentage of methane present in the biogas. O câncer e as alterações no estado nutricional do paciente: importância da atenção farmacêutica

O Câncer é uma doença epidêmica e multifatorial. O uso combinado ou não de cirurgia, radioterapia e quimioterapia formam o alicerce sobre o qual se assentam a quase totalidade dos tratamentos contra os mais variados tipos de câncer. Essas terapêuticas quase sempre são agressivas, o que leva a uma ameaça séria à integridade física, sabidamente associada a problemas nutricionais. Pela legislação RDC nº220, publicada pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) em 21 de setembro de 2004, que regulamenta os estabelecimentos públicos e privados do país que realizam tratamento de quimioterapia antineoplásica, o farmacêutico deve fazer parte da equipe multiprofissional em terapia antineoplásica, como responsável pela manipulação de todos os antineoplásicos. Levando isso em consideração, o trabalho realiza uma descrição geral desde o desenvolvimento da doença, passando pelos principais agentes causadores e destaca a importância da terapia nutricional, principalmente no período pós-tratamento que influencia diretamente na morbi-mortalidade do câncer. Associando conhecimentos interdisciplinares entendemos que o farmacêutico possa exercer além da manipulação de drogas, a atenção farmacêutica contribuindo positivamente na equipe de saúde, visando uma maior adesão ao tratamento além do aumento da qualidade de vida do paciente oncológico. A partir do levantamento bibliográfico apresentado ampliamos a compreensão da complexidade dos mecanismos da doença, a importância da Terapia Nutricional e o Papel que o profissional farmacêutico pode desempenhar nesse campo

A importância do jogo simbólico na educação física infantil e o papel do professor no seu desenvolvimento

O presente estudo se propos a verificar as diversas formas de manifestação do Jogo Simbólico nas crianças durante as aulas de Educação Física no Ensino Infantil, as diferentes formas de abordagem e o desenvolvimento de atividades por parte dos professores durante esse processo. Por meio de entrevista com o uso de questionário semi-estruturado, investigou com os professores, quais as estratégias utilizadas para o desenvolvimento do Jogo Simbólico nas aulas, tanto de modo coletivo quanto individual e qual o papel do Jogo Simbólico no desenvolvimento dos alunos. Os dados foram analisados e interpretados frente ao referencial teórico levantado e pode concluir que os professores fazem uso do Jogo Simbólico em suas atividades, mas que na maioria das vezes não valorizam a manifestação do mesmo de forma individual.

Perfil de pesquisa dos departamentos da Faculdade de Engenharia do Campus de Guaratinguetá

To know the profile of research of each Department of Education is of utmost importance for future actions of improvements. This type of study must be made continuously of form to evaluate Departments´ trends as well as the College´s as a whole, besides stimulating the activities of research and formation of human resources of the Departments. In this work is quantified activity of orientation and research of the Departments of the College of Engineering of Guaratinguetá - UNESP, through national and international publications in periodic, congresses and supervisions of graduation works, masters, doctoral, post doctoral, and scientific initiation, in a period five years (2007 through 2012). For balance of points to the considered issues, a criterion based on the CAPES qualification of periodic has been assumed. On the basis of the results of this work, has been observed enormous differences and particularities between the seven analyzed Departments of Education. In a general way, some Departments presented good performance in the three criteria, whereas others obtained a good performance in only one of them. The Department of Materials and Technology was the only one in which 25% of the professors obtained maximum note for the publication in periodic, while in the Departments of Civil, Electric Engineering and Mechanics 75% of the professors did not reach sufficient punctuation in order to equal a publication in periodic with B2 extract

A importância da música no desenvolvimento cognitivo, afetivo e social: educação infantil e fundamental I

Estudos comprovam que os fetos desde o útero já respondem a estímulos sonoros e que a música, por sua vez, pode influenciar no desenvolvimento cognitivo, afetivo e social do individuo. É a partir de tais considerações que o presente trabalho identifica, através de levantamento bibliográfico mais aprofundado, quais os fatores que a linguagem musical pode desenvolver nas crianças e como tal linguagem se constitui num “treinamento” para o cérebro, visando, primordialmente, a busca de novas práticas de aprendizagem. Analisamos, ainda, o currículo de formação dos professores do curso de Licenciatura Plena em Pedagogia das universidades federais e estaduais brasileiras, observando a ênfase dada à modalidade do ensino de música nos cursos de formação de professores unidocentes. Por fim buscamos oferecer subsídios metodológicos, dos quais os professores unidocentes possam lançar mão para o desenvolvimento de atividades destinadas ao trabalho com musicalização infantil

Usually the diagnosis is made late, when the disease is at an advanced stage, reducing the success of treatment, affecting the prognosis. Therefore, early diagnosis is the best tool to combat this increasingly common disease in veterinary medicine. A importância da reserva legal para a preservação da fauna e flora existentes nas propriedades rurais de Botucatu

The main objective of this study was elaborating a diagnosis of technical conditions of Legal Reserves situation on the rural properties in Botucatu. In addition, considering the characteristics of fauna and flora and the economic aspects of these areas, it was presented alternatives to encourage the correct implantation and the effective preservation of the Legal Reserves. Because these areas contribute to the maintenance of local biodiversity and to availability of environmental services essential for all living creatures. In this study it was observed the presence of native vegetation in 13% of the rural properties’ areas in Botucatu, it is therefore necessary the recovery (reforestation) of 7% of all the rural properties’ areas, to be achieved the 20% of native vegetation (minimum area to be preserved as Legal Reserve, as disposed in Federal Law nº 12.651/12) on rural properties. A viable and significant alternative for recovery these areas, reinforced by the new forestry law, is the practice of sustainable management, that must be carried in harmony with conventional farming practices existing in the remaining areas of rural properties
