Bullying: dimensões psicológicas no desenvolvimento moral

Understanding and assessing the extent of psychological mechanisms that operate in actions of specific violence acts such as bullying can contribute to the discussion of educational interventions that promote moral education as desired by educational institutions. The current research aimed toD correlateD this form of violence called bullying to representations of the self and even to the ways in which the subjects self-regulate themselves in hypothetical situations which pose the problem, thus identifying their moral commitments or non-commitments. The procedures followed to check the presence of these correlationsDindicate that subjects whose self-representations are individualistic are less morally committed and more likely to be perpetrators in bullying situations. This shows that more than a social problem, the issues of coexistence should be treated from a moral perspective.

As avaliações externas e suas implicações para a organização do trabalho numa escola da rede estadual paulista: um estudo de caso

This research analyses the positives and/or negatives of external reviews to work's organization developed at the/and by the school. It should be noted that it's a qualitative case of empirical research, and it takes the pattern of case's study, because we held the investigation just in one school, which in turn, belongs to the education's public network by the state, and is located at the São Paulo northwest. The tools employed at this research for the data's collect were the observation, restricted to times of Pedagogical Work Activities Collective from the school, and the semi structured interviews with educational coordinators and the teachers too. We choose educational coordinators and teachers because they are closer with the education and learning methods, as well as their activities have more responsibility in relation to the main function developed by school, that is to teach, in other words, educational processes. This research also concerns an investigation about the educational coordinators and teachers conceptions, in relation to system's implantation external reviews at the schools. The results indicate to incidence of significant interference of the external reviews to/in the organization school's work, as, a teaching practice reorientation from results arising these reviews, or, modifications in the internal rating, since they have followed a tendency towards becoming more similar with their own external reviews. In what concerns the subjects investigated, we can emphasize that mostly submitted alienation with respect to negative effects of the external reviews for school. They showed that are conformed with the reality that they are inserted and in your mostly they proved perceive the positive effects by the implantation of external reviews. Determinação da matéria seca e teores de macronutrientes em folhas de frutíferas usando diferentes métodos de secagem

O objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar diferentes métodos de secagem de folhas para três diferentes frutíferas (maracujá, pêssego e abacate), com relação à determinação da matéria seca e os teores foliares de macronutrientes. Foram coletadas amostras de folhas recém expandida de três culturas, do pomar da fazenda de ensino e pesquisa da FCAV-UNESP, câmpus de Jaboticabal, no mês de janeiro de 2010, coletando-se para cada cultura 12 amostras com 25 folhas cada. Os tratamentos constituíram-se por dois métodos de secagem, estufa de circulação de ar forçada regulada a uma temperatura de 70°C e o forno microondas (FMO). Avaliou-se a massa da matéria seca e os teores foliares de macronutrientes. Os resultados sugerem que os dois métodos de secagem testados se assemelham na determinação de matéria seca e nos teores foliares de macronutrientes para as culturas análisadas, exceto os teores de cálcio na cultura do pêssego.

A extensão universitária e o atletismo: investigando os projetos oferecidos pelas universidades brasileiras

O atletismo, no Brasil, é um esporte pouco divulgado nas aulas de Educação Física. Vários são os motivos apontados para que isso ocorra: falta de material, deficiência de infraestrutura, falta de interesse dos alunos e ausência de um caráter lúdico no ensino das provas. Entretanto, o GEPPA, Grupo de Estudos Pedagógicos e Pesquisa em Atletismo, por meio da pesquisa e extensão universitária, tem se dedicado à difusão e estudo das inúmeras possibilidades de adequação e criação de oportunidades que envolvem seu ensino. Partindo dessa ideia, o grupo desenvolve o Projeto de Extensão Atletismo para Crianças e Jovens na cidade de Rio Claro, que tem, justamente, o intuito de divulgar o atletismo e proporcionar às crianças e jovens da comunidade um contato com essa modalidade esportiva. Constatando-se a eficácia desse Projeto de Extensão, desenvolvido na Unesp-RC, este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo: promover a pesquisa em torno do atletismo, a fim de evidenciar o panorama da extensão de atletismo no ambiente universitário brasileiro. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, foi desenvolvida uma revisão de literatura que em um primeiro momento abordará os principais problemas que cercam o ensino do atletismo, apontando o papel do profissional de Educação Física no seu ensino; aspectos relacionados à extensão universitária brasileira e à sua relação com o ensino e à pesquisa. Além disso, será realizada uma pesquisa exploratória na internet, em busca de materiais que poderão evidenciar a existência de projetos de extensão de atletismo oferecidos à comunidade, que serão descritos no trabalho a partir das informações coletadas. Com base nos resultados dessa pesquisa esperamos concentrar informações referentes a projetos destinados ao ensino do atletismo no Brasil, tomando como ponto de partida que esse tipo de trabalho de extensão universitária é importantíssimo para a difusão...

Brazilian Curricular Directrix demand changes on teaching dental surgeon, proposing new scenes of learning and study other than the classroom. So, pedagogic projects should search for integral and adequate education by relating teaching, research and extension/assistance. This paper discusses the importance of university extension activities on teaching Odontology students and relates the experience of Araçatuba Dental School of São Paulo State University. This school develops some university extension activities since the 60s by Dental Service Beyond School (SEMO, in portuguese). Among the activities included by SEMO there are several projects, such as: “Program of Dental Attention for Pregnant Women”, “Program of Dental Attention to Juvenile Foundation at Araçatuba”, “Always Smiling – Health Promotion for Institutionalized Elderlies”, “Santa Clara de Assis Nursery School Program of Dental Attention”, and "Promotion of oral health in Araçatuba public kindergarten schools”. These programs give the student knowledge of structure dimensions of public health services; chance to participate on attendance for the population, comprehension of oral health politics, and the role of dental surgeon in social context, where these students will work in the future. The positive impact obtained with these services is perceived by students return. Most of them feel satisfied about the experience lived there.

Apresentação de métodos para implementação de plataformas colaborativas de Sistemas Automatizados de Produção

Automated Production Systems Development involves aspects concerning the integration of technological components that exist on the market, such as: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), robot manipulators, various sensors and actuators, image processing systems, communication networks and collaborative supervisory systems; all integrated into a single application. This paper proposes an automated platform for experimentation, implemented through typical architecture for Automated Production Systems, which integrates the technological components described above, in order to allow researchers and students to carry out practical laboratory activities. These activities will complement the theoretical knowledge acquired by the students in the classroom, thus improving their training and professional skills. A platform designed using this generic structure will allow users to work within an educational environment that reflects most aspects found in Industrial Automated Manufacturing Systems, such as technology integration, communication networks, process control and production management. In addition, this platform offers the possibility complete automated process of control and supervision via remote connection through the internet (WebLab), enabling knowledge sharing between different teaching and research groups.

Produção de propagandas sociais radiofônicas e educação tutorial: uma proposta para a formação do profissional de comunicação

Produce radio advertisements to convey social UNESP FM Radio. This is the purpose of “Agência PropagAção”, extension project of the Faculty of Arts, Architecture and Communication Unesp, Bauru, SP, composed of 15 students of Communication and Design, coordinated by the teacher responsible. This extension project, however, over the four years of operation, has evolved from a manufacturing space of advertisements for a creative environment where teaching and learning are associated with teaching, research and extension. In this group, converge knowledge from different areas of social communication, resulting in scientific research initiation, completion of course work and professional practice with the provision of community services. Organized as an advertising agency, teachers and students experience education tutorial, extracurricular, adding, as a collective, integrated and interdisciplinary knowledge for the training of professionals with technical expertise, scientific, technological and academic.

O monitoramento climático e o alerta de desastres naturais na era da comunicação digital

This article presents considerations concerning the interaction between communication and digital platforms and applications developed to perform computerized climate monitoring and issue alerts about natural disasters. From work in the Center for Integrated Natural Disaster Alert (CIADEN), which processes meteorological data provided by Platform Monitoring, Analysis and Warning TerraMA2 designed by the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) to conduct monitoring and fi ring warning about climate risk environment, we propose the expansion of interactivity with the various possibilities of digital communication available today for signifi cant portion of society. On another front, the CIADEN has articulated teaching and research on climate monitoring and warning of natural disasters, weather, and geoprocessing environment, involving teachers and students both in school and in higher and technical.
