Controle de velocidade de um motor de indução trifásico usando técnicas de ajuste empírico para bancada de teste no laboratório de automação

This work aims to make the closed loop control of a three phase induction motor, through the integration of the following equipment: a frequency inverter, the actuator system; a programmable logic controller (PLC), the controller; an encoder, the velocity sensor, used as a feedback monitoring the control variable and the three-phase induction motor, the plant to be controlled. The control is performed using a Proportional - Integrative - Derivative (PID) approach. The PLC has a help instruction, which performs the auto adjustment of the controller, that instruction is used and confronted with other adjustment methods. There are several types of methods adjustments to the PID controllers, where the empirical methods are addressed in this work. The system is deployed at the Interface and Electro Electronic Control laboratory in the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio Mesquita Filho, Guaratinguetá, São Paulo, then, in the future, this work becomes an experiment to be conducted in the classroom, allowing undergraduate students to develop a greater affinity to the programs used by the PLC as well as studies of undergraduate and graduate works with the help of assembly made

Canto dos contos: o percurso de uma oficina de narração de histórias para adultos, no contexto de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a experiência de uma oficina de narração de histórias, a oficina Canto dos Contos, realizada no contexto terapêutico de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (um CAPS), equipamento do Sistema Único de Saúde (o SUS), na cidade de São Paulo, em 2012. Considerando o CAPS como parte fundamental da reforma psiquiátrica brasileira, a oficina expressiva de narração de histórias foi buscando, ao longo de seu percurso, delinear seus limites e marcar suas diferenças em relação aos espaços terapêuticos já existentes no CAPS. Assim, a partir da escuta conjunta e apreciação de narrativas, acessamos lembranças resgatadas pelos participantes e pudemos criar, relembrar e renovar memórias antes confusas e esquecidas. Como resultado final, rodas de narrativas foram realizadas dentro e fora do espaço terapêutico do CAPS e um livro foi publicado. Essa presente contextualização e reflexão acerca de um trabalho realizado por uma arte/educadora em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial faz-se oportuna, uma vez que os CAPS’s e a saúde mental como um todo são um campo que vem se abrindo, cada vez mais, para profissionais de áreas artísticas, tanto pela afinidade que as Artes sempre tiveram com pensamentos que rompem com paradigmas de realidade, quanto pela potência terapêutica existente em práticas expressivas. Esperamos que pensar e avaliar a narração de histórias utilizada como instrumento no percurso terapêutico dos pacientes de um CAPS possa contribuir para que trabalhos semelhantes, neste e em outros contextos, aprimorem as experiências aqui descritas.

Desenvolvimento de kit para quantificação enzimática de etanol

A dosagem do etanol durante a produção de medicamentos, bebidas e combustíveis tem se mostrado bastante importante para o aumento de rendimento dos processos e qualidade dos produtos. Embora existam vários métodos para determinar a concentração do etanol, os enzimáticos são os mais interessantes por serem rápidos, precisos, de fácil manuseio e baixo custo. O objetivo geral desse trabalho foi a elaboração de um Kit de quantificação enzimática de etanol, utilizando a enzima álcool desidrogenase I recombinante de S. cerevisiae (Adh1). Para isso, o gene codificador da enzima álcool desidrogenase I (ADH1) de levedura foi clonado no vetor pET28a para expressão em E. coli (BL21). Em seguida, a produção e solubilidade da enzima álcool desidrogenase I foi determinada, sendo definida uma condição ideal de produção e purificação da proteína recombinante por cromatografia de afinidade. A atividade enzimática da álcool desidrogenase I purificada foi determinada através de ensaios já padronizados na literatura (UV), bem como sua estabilidade em diversas condições de tempo e temperatura. Os resultados obtidos aqui demonstraram que a enzima obtida apresentou boa atividade biológica in vitro, com sensibilidade na detecção de no mínimo 2,3 x 10–4 g/L de etanol em 2 minutos. Além disso, a proteína purificada teve sua atividade preservada quando estocada a - 20°C durante 120 dias, características que possibilitarão que a enzima álcool desidrogenase I recombinante, purificada pela metodologia apresentada nesse trabalho, seja utilizada em um kit de quantificação enzimática de etanol rápido, preciso e de baixo custo

Comportamento fractal de superfície da zona de estiramento em aço 300M temperado

Fracture surfaces are the fracture process marks, taht it is characterized by energy release guieded by failure mode. The fracture toughness express this energy em stress and strain terms in pre-cracked samples. The strectch zone is the characteristic region forms by the transition of fatigue fracture and final fracture and it width demonstrate the relation with failure energy release.The quantitative fractography is a broadly tool uses in failure surfaces characterization that it can point to a material’s aspect or a fracture process. The image processing works like an investigation tool, guinding a lot of studies in this area. In order to evaluate the characterization effectivity and it respectivity studies, it used 300M steel that it was thermal treated by an aeronautical process known and it characterized by tensile test and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The tensile test of this material, made by ASTM E8, allowed the head treatment effectivity confirmation, beyond of mechanics porperties determination. The EDS confirmed the material composition, beyond of base the discussion about fracture mechanism presence. The fracture toughness test has also made, that it works to obtain the fracture surfeaces studies below self-similarity and self-affinity approaches. In front of all the exposed it was possible to conclude that the fractal dimension works like a study parameter of fracture process, allowinf the relation of their values with changes in thickness, which interferes directly in material’s behaviour in fracture toughness approach

Comportamento fractal de superfícies de fadiga em ligas aeronaúticas

Fracture surfaces express sequences of events of energy release with crack propagation in metal alloys, the evolution of topographic features can indicate the lines of load action, failures during the use or processing. The quantitative fractography is an important tool in the study of fracture surfaces, because it allows their interpretation and characterization. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the characterization of fracture surfaces grounded on concepts such as selfsimilarity and self-affinity, it used the 15-5PH steel that was characterized by metallographic and tensile tests. The metallography allows the microstructural characterization of this steel and proved the presence of the martensite phase in the slats form and a fine-grained, both in the radial and in the axial direction of the dowel. The tensile test (ASTM E8) of this material allowed the determination of the mechanical properties, so based on the obtained results it was possible to affirm that the 15-5PH steel has high mechanical properties and a good stretch. Besides, the specimens also underwent testing of crack propagation, standardized by ASTM E647-00, thus it was obtained the fracture surfaces for characterization under monofractal and multifractal approaches. In front of all the exposed it was possible to conclude that in all measurements the correlation between the crack tip position and the fractal dimension was established in accordance with changes in the thickness and in the fracture micromechanisms presents. Furthermore, the multifractal approach was more sensitive to these variations allowing a more detailed characterization of the morphology

Manejo e implementação de trilha interpretativa no Parque Natural Municipal de Petronilla Markowicz, Bragança Paulista-SP

The use of trails in protected areas allows a closer relationship with the elements of nature and the realization of dynamic activities of environmental education. Through these, individuals, school groups or other affinity groups can uncover the environment, to know him better and act with greater consistency in its conservation. The idea of settleling an interpretative trail in the Parque Natural Municipal Petronilla Markowicz (PNMPM), located 05 km from the center of Bragança Paulista (SP), comes up with the need for planning to use the tracks of the Unit for Environmental Education. It is therefore in the context of interpreting the environments of tracks with minimal environmental impact that this study sought to survey all the tracks PNMPM for future deployment of an interpretative trail seeking the quality of environmental experience and easy use by visitors.

Manifestações oculares na leishmaniose

The Canine Visceral Leishmaniasis is a chronic disease of endemic character, caused by Leishmania Chagasi in Americas. The inoculation of the promastigote form in the individual triggers a local and widespread immune reaction with formation of inflammatory infiltrates and deposition of immune complexes in tissues. Initial clinical symptoms of the disease are: weight reduction, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly and, according to the disease chronicity, signs such as alopecia, erythema, onychogryphosis, arthropathies, renal diseases, pyoderma, seborrheic dermatitis, muscle atrophy and Ocular diseases. Ocular diseases are often reported and are result of the direct parasitism or immune-mediated mechanisms caused by the disease. The Leishmania spp have greater affinity for the anterior segment, so that anterior uveitis is one of the most frequently diagnosed injuries. Blepharitis diffuse and Keratoconjunctivitis also appear as important ocular changes. In histological section, inflammatory infiltrates and macrophages with amastigote form are observed in all ocular tissues, with the exception of the retina and optical nerve. In the clinical analysis and disease diagnosis, should be considered the differential diagnosis, such as Ehrlichiosis and systemic hypertension, because these may cause some ocular manifestations similar to those observed in leishmaniasis

Avaliação da usinagem do INCONEL 718

The nickel superalloys are known as being a material with poor machinability, they have some properties like high hardness, good resistance at high temperature, tendency to weld with the tool material at high temperature, etc. In the aerospace, biomedical and petrochemical industry, are increasing the need to use materials that resist to aggressive process and environment. In these uses, it has increased the use of nickel-based superalloys like Inconel 718 and consequently the need to research new techniques and tools to improve the machinability of this material. For the superalloys and resistant alloys at high temperatures is considered that the difficulty in the machining regards to the combination of the relatively high cutting forces and high temperatures that grow during the machine process, causing deformation or breakage of the cutting tool. This work purpose is to develop the study of the machining of external cylindrical turning of the nickel based alloy Inconel 718, using ceramic tools, seeking the optimization of machining this alloy, looking to provide real productive increases without the need of investments in new production means. The machining test were accomplished using commercials hard metal tools and the results were compared each other to find the best tool and the best parameter. The conclusion is that the tool TNMG160408-23 -class 1005- was the better one, when used with the parameter 60_15_08

Fragmento d'alma

Fragmento D' Alma is an artistic research that part of a poetic tale through an initial charge of dawn one fantastic universe where words have life and willingly. The work includes sculptural works in order to interpret through the use of allegory situations of the tale in the form of sculptural compositions considering one or more characters in the story. In the sculptural work, I tried figuring the relations tale as my interpretations and poetic, so I sought theoretical studies of allegory after noting my affinity with the theme to contribute to the relationship text and image set in my work. I also sought to understand the relationships that the text played with sculptural work, so the chances that I could address this through dialogue between text and image. The studies collected through surveys pointed allegory by João Adolfo Hansen, as well as in various artistic and visual references present in my repertoire, such as the Baroque sculpture of Bernini, the performances of Berna Reale and literature of Neil Gaiman, contributed in this research to the development of my creative process during the preparation of this research work of art, making the complexity of the relationship between textual production and poetic sculptural three-dimensional, also became a concern and an integral theme of my work and my reflections presented here. Therefore, I conclude based on my own experience in this work, the artistic research inspired allegory might contribute to the development of my creative process during the preparation of this artwork, besides assigning relations between textual production and poetic dimensional sculpture

Mapeamento geológico e petrologia dos complexos máfico-ultramáficos de Mangabal Sul e Mangabal Norte, região de Sanclerlândia, Goiás

The Mangabal Sul and Mangabal Norte mafic-ultramafic complexes are interpreted as intrusive stratiform bodies in the Goiás Magmatic Arc during the Brazilian cycle, being economically important for harboring significant amounts of nickel and copper sulfides. The main lithotypes of the complexes are gabbronorites, olivine gabbronorites, pyroxenites and peridotites, with variated degrees of deformation, recrystallization and metamorphism superimposed, with metamorphic peak of amphibolite to granulite facies evidenced mainly by the occurrence of coronitic olivine in metamafic rocks and the occurrence of syn-kinematic retrometamorphism associated with the development of the main foliation Sn. The Sn foliation planes show NE-SW preferential direction, consistent with the foliation direction of VIII the enclosing gneisses and schists, also concordant with the general elongation of mafic and ultramafic bodies displayed on map. The sulfide phase presents textures that indicate remobilization, associated with the occurrence of significant amounts of rutile within the ore which reinforces this idea. Along with the sulfides, the occurrence of expressive quantities of titanium oxides such as ilmenite and rutile, make the area more economically attractive. It can be suggested that the Mangabal Norte and Mangabal Sul complexes are contemporary, have the same genetic affinity and suffered the same deformational and metamorphic processes, evidenced by their structural and petrological similarities

This study focuses on an analysis of the convergence of Journalism and Publicity on the covers of the magazine. This paper aims to clarify how the dynamics of that relationship, understanding that in contemporary society, both Journalism and Publicity to perform the same function-to inform, differing only in the objective-journalism sells news, Publicity sells dream. The magazine Veja was chosen for this study because its importance and scope in publishing. Inspired by Time magazine, founded in 1922 by Henry Luce, Veja was the 2nd review of gender information in Brazil. Today a record run of more than 1 million copies, occupying the 3rd position in the ranking of news magazines sold over the world and the largest weekly magazine of the U.S. Among the media, the magazine is the most identified with the publicity, because as disseminator of advertising, the magazine has the advantage of being able to achieve precisely the widest range of public and the possibility of dealing with many different subjects; In addition, the number of people who have contact with the advertising is much greater because, on average, four people read each issue and is also common that the same reader review the revised more than once, which helps in setting the message advertising. This affinity between magazine and publicity is in its essence as both are prepared for the market, seek to promote, show themselves to be bought. Accordingly, we intend to find out how media discourse of Veja and publicity, approach in the writing of magazine covers

Efeitos da interação entre o uso de doses suprafarmacológicas de decanoato de nandrolona e do exercício físico sobre a próstata de ratos adultos

Os hormônios esteróides anabólico-androgênicos (EAA) compreendem a testosterona e seus derivados. Atletas e não atletas interessados em aumentar o desempenho esportivo, a força, a aparência física e a massa muscular têm utilizado esteróides anabólico-androgênicos sintéticos (EAAs) sem indicação médica. O uso de EAAs pode causar câncer de próstata, doença coronariana e esterilidade. No presente trabalho, avaliou-se os efeitos de altas doses de decanoato de nandrolona, do exercício físico resistido e da interação desses fatores sobre os lobos prostáticos de ratos machos adultos. Vinte ratos foram divididos aleatoriamente em quatro grupos experimentais e tratados e pesados por oito semanas: Esteróide + Exercício (EE), Sedentário + Esteróide (ES), Veículo + Exercício (VE) e Veículo + Sedentário (VS). Eles receberam injeção i.m de decanoato de nandrolona (5mg/Kg) e veículo (propilenoglicol) (0,2 mL/Kg). O peso absoluto corpóreo e do lobo ventral da próstata foi aferido. Os lobos prostáticos foram coletados, dissecados e processados, empregando-se técnicas microscópicas (histológicas, histoquímicas e imunohistoquímicas) e morfométricas. Os dados foram analisados por ANOVA bifatorial e Tukey (p<0,05). Alterações estatisticamente significativas nas massas corpórea, do lobo ventral, no índice de proliferação celular, na população de células basais e na análise dos volumes relativos dos componentes prostáticos (epitélio, estroma e lúmen) foram observadas. O decanoato de nandrolona determinou o aumento da proliferação celular, sugerindo o desenvolvimento da hiperplasia hormonal. De modo geral, as respostas não foram homogêneas para os parâmetros analisados, visto que os tecidos apresentam níveis de expressão de receptores de andrógenos, afinidade de ligação e vias metabólicas de conversão... Diversidade genética em Staphylococcus aureus resistentes à oxacilina em isolados de pacientes pediátricos do Hospital das Clínicas de Botucatu

Staphylococcus aureus é um patógeno ubíquo capaz de causar uma variedade de infecções em humanos. A resistência desse microrganismo a antibióticos como oxacilina e meticilina é um problema sério, de crescimento significativo para a terapêutica antimicrobiana clínica em pacientes acometidos por infecções estafilocócicas. A resistência à meticilina em S. aureus é decorrente da alteração do sítio de ação dos antibióticos β-lactâmicos, os quais agem através da inibição de enzimas que catalisam a síntese da parede celular. Essas enzimas são o sítio de ação das penicilinas, e por isso, passaram a ser chamadas de proteínas ligadoras de penicilinas (PBPs). O gene mecA codifica a PBP2a, que substitui a função das outras PBPs neste patógeno e confere resistência a β-lactâmicos. A PBP2a exibe uma afinidade reduzida pelo anel β-lactâmico e permite que a bactéria continue a sintetizar a parede bacteriana. Este gene faz parte de um elemento genético móvel encontrado em isolados de MRSA, designado cassete cromossômico estafilocócico mec (SCCmec), integrado ao cromossomo de S. aureus. O objetivo do estudo foi a caracterização molecular de 139 isolados de S.aureus provenientes de pacientes pediátricos com bacteremia durante o período de 1991 a 2010. Métodos moleculares foram utilizados para a determinação do perfil genético das amostras, incluindo, identificação do tipo de SCCmec, detecção do gene codificador de leucocidina de panton valentine (PVL) e similaridade clonal em gel de eletroforese em campo pulsado (PFGE). O gene mecA foi detectado em 32 (23%) amostras e houve predomínio do SCCmec IV (68,8%) em relação ao SCCmec III (31,2%). A presença de PVL foi encontrada em 18 amostras (12,9%), todas sensíveis à oxacilina. O clone epidêmico brasileiro, relacionado ao SCCmec tipo III, esteve presente na unidade neonatal do hospital...
