O Leão do Norte vai voltar a rugir?: um estudo de caso sobre as mudanças na Administração do Comercial Futebol Clube da cidade de Ribeirão Preto - SP

From the informations collected on the Commercial Football Club, the city of Ribeirao Preto, there was a case study in order to identify and describe the management model adopted by the club, to overcome the financial and administrative crisis. It was used as reference to analyze the concepts of social capital and historic capital, considered decisive for the choice of the management model adopted. In addition, we also used the proposals contained in sports management studies to identify the business model chosen by the Commercial Club Football Club. In the final considerations argued that the adopted model already includes some results, as the club qualified to participate the Series A-1 League football Paulista, one of the targets set by the new management of the club

Vicentina Aranha de sanatório a parque: histórias e mudanças

This assignment intents to analyze the recover and the research of the cultural legacy identity of Vicentina Aranha Sanatorium to the inhabitants of the city of São José dos Campos-SP. That initiative becomes present through the importancy of the sanatorium to the public health of Vale do Paraíba in the decades between 30 and 70, of the 20th century. Nowadays this place refuges a park, presenting a reexamination of its space, with the possibility of the leisure practice, entertaining and tourism. The Vicentina Aranha Sanatorium Park presents itself conserving a landscape that is able of being inserted in a continuum past-present resignifying ways of appropriation and use. The word patrimony has many meanings and it‟s commonly associated to the set of goods that someone, the society or an entity owns. Transporting in a determinate territory, the patrimony starts to be a set of goods that are in its limits of administrative competency. (BARRETO, 2000). More than this, the cultural-historical patrimony guard a relation of belonging between it and the entity that has it. The Vicentina Aranha Sanatorium was inaugurated in 1924, with the project of the architect, Ramos de Azevedo, constituting an architectural ensemble placed under governmental trust as a historical and cultural patrimony of the state in 2001. It has a grove with centenary vegetal species like: MOGNO, PEROBA ROSA, JEQUITIBÁ and JACARANDA, constituting also a natural patrimony important for the city. There are projects like “Leitura no Bosque” and it‟s visited by the local population. Mudanças climáticas: o discurso da mídia sobre o aquecimento global

This research is aimed at discussing the ways in which social agents influence global warming, analyzing the discourse of social actors involved in the debate on climate change, since there is a wide divergence in the scientific community about how man is able to modify the climate on a global scale. In fact the debate that permeates the issues beyond the limits of science and enter into a political-economic framework that takes extraordinary proportions. This emphasis can be very unscientific in the fundamental design concepts, or even creating a trivialization of the media. The main way to convey these concepts is to disclose them in the media, but the media has enormous power to transform the concepts and often manipulate the news by creating a common sense goes against the interests of the scientific community. Thus was conducted extensive research in major newspapers and magazines that move in the country. We surveyed the first two papers which were: “Folha de S. Paulo” and “O Estado de S. Paulo”, during the period from January 2000 to December 2008, totaling 3285 units for the newspaper Folha and 2555 for the newspaper Estadão. Subsequently a survey was made of data published in two journals that move at the national level, and these are the magazines VEJA and ÉPOCA for the same period. By performing these steps, it was concluded that several factors involving the media and climate change, such as topic relevance, types of approaches, perspectives of analysis, the staff development, supplies, among other factors of utmost importance for building news. As a result we can say that the media in fulfilling its role of mediator scientific, disclosing only a vision that permeates the scientific debate. A realidade contemporânea das relações institucionais: desafios e oportunidades para as Relações Públicas

The contemporary organizations establish complex networks of relationships with their audiences. However, it is the socio-historical setting of the organizations that allow that their internal structures, management and culture as well as their interests and goals in relation to the macro social environment to be understood. To understand what is currently proposed as institutional relations, it is necessary to search on that socio-historical source the progress in the studies of management and organizational communication aiming to prove the assumptions underlying this strategic role within organizations. In order to do that, this project raises ethnographic aspects of the institutional relationships to see what is proposed by the organizations and, therefore, highlights the lack of detailed studies in this area. From this survey, it is clear the possible role of public relations in contributing to studies, plans and execution of institutional relations according to the basement in the humanities and communication processes of networks of relationships between organizations

O FMI e o Sistema Financeiro Internacional: uma análise das mudanças estratégicas nas décadas de 1980 e 1990

The current study has aimed to analyze changes in strategies at the International Monetary Fund that occurred during the 1980s and 1990s. The analysis is done through the the recovery of the 1980s international economic scene, amid the global recession and debt crisis, and shows how the course of the decade and influenced changes under recommendations provided by the IMF to countries with balance of payments crisis. Furthermore, the paper also describes the changes in the international financial system, in some countries which have adopted them and also to the International Monetary Fund itself

A conversão de registros na implantação de repositórios institucionais: o caso do Repositório Institucional UNESP

O Repositório Institucional UNESP foi criado em 2013 e, para sua implantação, foi povoado com dados obtidos de forma automática. Considerando a experiência realizada na UNESP, este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar os processos utilizados para a conversão dos registros coletados de três diferentes fontes de dados (Web of Science, SciELO e Scopus) para inclusão no repositório. A partir da coleta dos registros, os padrões de metadados da Web of Science, da SciELO e da Scopus foram mapeados para o perfil de aplicação de metadados utilizado no repositório. Os registros foram coletados como arquivos XML e, para sua conversão, foram elaboradas folhas de estilo utilizando a linguagem XSLT. Após essa conversão, os arquivos XML foram convertidos em arquivos CSV e, então, importados no Repositório. Conclui-se que os processos de conversão utilizados permitiram alcançar as metas iniciais do Repositório e evitaram a necessidade de inclusão dos registros de forma manual.

In the early 1990 Gary Gereffi and Miguel Korzeniewicz published the book Commodity Chains and Global Capitalism. In the two decades prior to the publication, industrialization worldwide, had undergone significant changes, made more segmented and dispersed in certain regions. In the book, the authors produce a new set of categories to analyze the new standards for establishment and operation of global value chains, their organization, the new geography of manufacturing and the role of the countries in this scenario. Today, in the middle of the second decade of this century, world trade has expanded and multiplied continuously throughout this period, encouraged by reducing barriers and national borders promoted by 'peddlers' of this new era. Classificações e identidades: mudanças e continuidades nas definições de cor ou raça na PCERP/2008

Este artigo, elaborado à convite do IBGE (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística), pretende realizar uma problematização das categorias de classificação, na área temática da cor ou raça, mobilizadas e resultantes da Pesquisa das Características Étnico-raciais da População (PCERP/2008). Para satisfazer esta proposta, refletiu-se em diálogo com a literatura especializada a respeito das relações entre as categorias de cor ou raça, adotadas pela PCERP/2008, e aquelas apresentadas, espontaneamente, pelo público pesquisado destacando, de forma comparativa, os resultados dos procedimentos de autoclassificação (aberta e fechada) e de heteroclassificação. Em seguida, analisaram-se as dimensões mais frequentes, selecionadas pelos entrevistados, seja para a definição de sua autoidentificação seja para a identificação das pessoas em geral. Com estas abordagens, concluiu-se que as definições de cor ou raça, presentes na PCERP/2008, apresentaram mudanças e continuidades, as quais dialogaram, diretamente, com os métodos de classificação e com a terminologia oficial adotada para induzir e para traduzir o complexo processo de construção de identidades étnico-raciais, individuais e coletivas, no Brasil.

A trajetória política e histórico-normativa do ensino técnico da área de agropecuária no Estado de São Paulo: a história política de transição por decretos de 1882 a 2001

This article presents the historical trajectory of agricultural technical education in the State of São Paulo, 1882-2001, with emphasis on regulatory and policy aspects of transition management agencies and disruption in the construction and consolidation of a pedagogical and curricular design of this area of teaching technical and institutional policies of these technical schools. Thus focuses on the major changes in the political-normative and pedagogical and organizational character that shaped the construction of its especificidade.Isto because it is necessary to know the history of technical education 'agricultural' (agricultural area) in order to support the analysis of its configuration current and devise new prospects for your gestão.O Paulista agricultural education was subject to constant political uncertainties as to its principles and fins.As several transfers and reallocations it has undergone through different State Secretariats, reveal political barriers regarding its management and the difficulty of situating it in an appropriate and befitting their purposes locus.
