O FUNDEB e a municipalização do ensino fundamental em São Paulo, novo fundo, velhas tendências

Este artigo tem como objetivo precípuo analisar como o processo de municipalização do ensino fundamental, deflagrado no Estado de São Paulo a partir de meados dos anos 1990, se comporta no contexto do FUNDEB. Com base em levantamento e análise bibliográficos e documentais acerca da temática em tela, recuperam-se, inicialmente, a história e os desdobramentos de tal processo, antecipado/favorecido por medidas adotadas em nível estadual e fortemente induzido pelo agora extinto FUNDEF. Na sequência, demonstra-se que apesar do advento do FUNDEB, sistemática de financiamento voltada à cobertura de toda a educação básica, o processo de municipalização do ensino fundamental se mantém em curso no Estado de São Paulo. Mesmo representando significativo avanço em relação ao Fundo precedente, o Fundo vigente continua também a induzir, na prática, a municipalização da etapa escolar em questão. Por fim, revela-se que, em tempos de FUNDEB, o referido processo segue caracterizando-se pela permanência de marcantes tendências registradas durante a vigência do Fundo anterior: (1) adesão municipal fundada no enfoque economicista; (2) notória preferência das administrações municipais pelos anos/séries iniciais; e (3) segmentação do ensino fundamental.

Análise etofarmacológica do teste de exposição ao rato (interação presa-predador) para o estudo da ansiedade em camundongos

Com o objetivo de propor mecanismos que auxiliem na compreensão da neurobiologia do medo e da ansiedade, diversos modelos animais vem sendo utilizados. Dentre eles destaca-se o Teste de Exposição ao Rato (RET), que é um modelo etológico de interação presa (camundongo) – predador (rato), conhecido por eliciar a expressão de diversos tipos de comportamentos defensivos no camundongo, tais como avaliação de risco, esquiva, congelamento, entre outros. Com o intuito de aumentar a aversividade do modelo proposto por Yang e colaboradores (2004), foi proposto um novo modelo de RET, semelhante ao modelo padrão, porém com alterações de algumas variáveis como aumento da luminosidade, ausência de maravalha, alteração do local de inserção do camundongo no aparato, substituição da tela de arame (usada na separação da superfície) por uma tela de acrílico e arame e uma divisão virtual da superfície em duas partes, uma distante da tela por 10 cm (superfície proximal) e outra com 13 cm até chegar ao túnel (superfície distal). Um estudo piloto realizado comparando o novo teste de exposição ao rato com o modelo padrão demonstrou que no novo modelo de exposição há uma maior preferência pela presa às áreas protegidas (toca e túnel) e uma maior expressão de avaliação de risco, indicando talvez uma maior sensibilidade à expressão de comportamentos defensivos de camundongos e possivelmente a fármacos que atuem no sistema de defesa. No presente estudo foram investigados os efeitos dos (i) benzodiazepínicos diazepam e alprazolam, (ii) dos fármacos ansiogênicos cafeína e pentilenotetrazol e (iii) do antidepressivo fluoxetina (aguda e cronicamente). O tratamento com alprazolam resultou num efeito antiaversivo mais evidente quando comparado ao diazepam. Influência do uso de malhas de sombreamento azul, vermelha e preta no desenvolvimento inicial do pepino Taiko

Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is a plant of the Cucurbitaceae family of great commercial importance and their culture is widespread throughout the country. The production of vegetables, high-quality care begins with training ranging from seedlings and shading techniques have an important role in creating environments more conducive to the production of seedlings and many researchers and producers of seedlings have opted for the use of color shading screens, making this way, the wavelength and the amount of incident energy are changed in favor of the plants. Work will be performed at the Department of Forest Sciences, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Botucatu campus. The statistical design will be in three blocks, each containing 100 plots of each treatment (seedlings covered with blue screen, red and black). Evaluations of dry mass and height will be made at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after emergence, and 5 will be selected seedlings of each treatment. At 14 and 28 DAE was measured, and SPAD chlorophyll content at 30 DAE, was evaluated by measuring gas exchange in the second pair of leaves, fully expanded for each plant, which was put in a chamber controlled with infrared gas analyzer (IRGA LI 6400, Licor) to perform measurements of photosynthesis. Treatment with black shading showed statistically better results for total dry matter, plant height, SPAD chlorophyll content and net assimilation of CO2, showing a better quality seedlings and its use is recommended in the cultivation of cucumber Taiko

Anteprojeto de um sistema digital de proteção e controle aplicado em uma subestação elétrica industrial

With the growth of the demand on electric energy in the last decades, the urban distribution and transmission systems have experienced a bigger necessity to improve on the substations, the automation procedures and techniques on the operation maneuvers of such systems, in a sense that better attends the quality levels, availability, continuity and operational reliability. In this way, the objective of the present paper is to perform a study of protection and control on an electrical industrial system involving the procedures of digitizing and maneuvers automatism utilizing operational techniques and other pertinent information used in a typical high-voltage Industrial Electrical System. Analysis were made on short-circuits to specify the main components of the 138 [kV] substation, in addition, there were used digital MiCOM relays to make the protection of the present elements. With that, a program was developed to allow the user to monitor the condition of circuit-breakers through a supervision screen being able to simulate some kinds of faults, as well as observing the characteristics of each device. This way, the importance of having a fast and reliable system that ensures the equipment’s protection and the industrial process continuity due to faults on the electrical system is noticeable. It’s important to highlight that all this digitizing was mainly favored by the development of digital technology on the last years, mainly on microelectronics, also with the appearance of supervision gadgets allowing the development of complex systems in supervision and electric energy control

Oswald de Andrade e Tarsila do Amaral: poesia e pintura modernistas

The objective of the present text is to establish connections between literature and painting through the comparison between Oswald de Andrade’s poem “Longo da Linha” and Tarsila do Amaral’s painting “Palmeiras”, both belonging to the Brazilian Modernist movement Pau-Brasil. To emphasize also the step taken by the two artists, in Modernism, against the previous academicism, C. S. Peirce’s semiotics theory will be used as analytic basis to demonstrate, in Tarsila’s painting, a path towards planarity and stylization to produce quality effects, closer to the shape and the adventure of senses than to symbolization, whilst for Oswald, this same path leads to the presence of visualization as composition factor.
