Orçamento Participativo (OP) após vinte anos de experiências no Brasil: mais qualidade na gestão orçamentária municipal?

This article consists on an analysis of dissertations and thesis on Participatory Budget (PB) in post-graduation courses in Brazil (from the CAPES data bank), from 2000 to 2009. It also makes the evolution of works explicit, the institutions where they were carried out, and the area in which they were produced. Results show that the Participatory Budget has not been often evaluated, understood and explained in terms of its finance and budget technical dimension, in spite of there are two decades studies have been carried out regarding this method on budget management in Brazil. Finally, the importance of understanding aspects on PB must be taken into consideration when carrying out new studies.

O estudo das práticas de professores alfabetizadores no ensino da leitura e da escrita (1980 a 2005): o mudar é muito difícil

Neste artigo, apresentamos os resultados de um estudo que investigou o que as pesquisas dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação do Estado de São Paulo produzidas entre 1980 e 2005, com foco nas práticas de professores alfabetizadores, dizem a respeito dos procedimentos, práticas e saberes que caracterizam a atuação desses docentes. Primeiramente, fazemos uma breve contextualização da alfabetização. Em seguida, destacamos a análise do corpus (8 teses e 32 dissertações) nos focos temáticos: procedimentos de alfabetização, práticas docentes e saberes docentes. Os dados apresentados neste artigo permitem apontar permanências e indícios de alterações nas práticas dos alfabetizadores e, consequentemente, nas pesquisas sobre essas práticas.

Tendências de pesquisa em ensino-aprendizagem de inglês como língua estrangeira no Brasil: 2005-2009

The aim of this paper is to point the main research tendencies in teaching and learning English as a foreign language in the main postgraduate courses in this area, in Brazil, in the period 2005-2010. The adopted methodology for the data collection included the inventory of theses and dissertations, which are included in the sites of the universities with research lines in Applied Linguistics and were produced in the mentioned period. The most productive categories were the ones related to teacher formation, translation, language and technology and studies about teachers and students’ beliefs.

O dispositivo metodológico e interventivo autoconfrontação e seus usos em pesquisas de educação

This article presents an academic and scientific study about the use of the device methodological and intervening of selfconfrontation in research in post-graduate studies in Education in Brazil. The self-confrontation is a device created by linguist Daniel Faïta and perfected by psychologist Yves Clot. She seeks to capture the multiple discourses and perspectives around a particular craft, integrating researcher and workers to facilitate the installation of a dialectical movement of analysis and production of knowledge about the work, ownership of these knowledge workers and the collective transformation of labor activity. We chose a qualitative approach and the realization of documental analysis of the abstracts of researches that resulted in the production of doctoral theses and dissertations held in Brazil between 1987 and 2011. Were examined studies that had their abstracts gathered and made available by the Coordenadoria de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) on its website. The results show that self-confrontation is used piecemeal studies produced in the area of Education, used primarily to collect data and to give less emphasis to the transformation of the labor process.

Imagem corporal e ginastas: pesquisas e publicações no Brasil. -

The present study emerged from discussions of the Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas Pedagógicos em Ginástica (GEPPEGIN), from UNESP/RC, and had the intention to understand and analyze the existence and discussions on Body Image and Gymnasts in researches and publications over the last decade (2003-2013) in Brazil. Body image refers to the mental representation of the body, structured according to the world. It is known that cultural and social pressures have been imposing an ideal body model and generating consequences as body dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study aims discuss the body image of Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics' athletes. The choice of these modalities is justified by the fact that they are directly related to body image, especially the issue of the necessity of low body weight, beyond the relationship of complex movements and the need of good body awareness (BERRY; HOWE, 2000; KERR et al., 2006). For the development of this qualitative research, a documentary survey were conducted over the last decade (2003-2013) on Body Image and Gymnasts, focusing on researches of strictosensu postgraduate programs, recognized by CAPES, and scientific papers published in journals indexed in Brazil and classified in Physical Education Qualis. For categorization of information related to the theme, was used the organization by the units of analysis proposed by Laville and Dionne (1999). Based on the studies analyzed, perceive a dissatisfaction with body image to most participants from all studies, being athlete or nonathlete. Percepções de professoras e professores sobre a violência que viveram na família e na escola: analisando a violência da escola

Educação física escolar: estado da arte e direções futuras

The aim of this paper is to characterize and discuss the School Physical Education as a profession and subarea of research in the broader academic fi eld of Physical Education and educational research. To do that, it initially defi nes the difference between research in School Physical Education from research about School Physical Education, and point out the themes and research hypotheses for this subarea. It also analyses 289 articles characterized as research in School Physical Education, published in 11 Brazilian periodicals, classifying them in the following categories: “level of schooling”, “bodily practice” and “theme”. The results indicate that the majority of studies are carried out in elementary school, in “games” and “sports”, and in descriptive and interpretative research in School Physical Education practices in several dimensions and interrelations. In conclusion, it points to the need to a focus in the research in teaching, the implementation of public curricula, and teacher education. Finally, it alerts to the need for Brazilian postgraduate programs in the academic fi eld of physical education to invest more in research in School Physical Education subarea.

Educação Tutorial como ferramenta no Ensino-Aprendizagem de Audiovisual

This paper aims to highlight the importance of Tutorial Education Program (TEP) for undergraduate courses in conjunction with the graduate programs, highlighting the relevance of the triad teaching, research and extension activities also present in the TEP Interdisciplinary in Radio and Television from the FAAC/UNESP.

Os programas de pesquisa de Lakatos: uma leitura para o entendimento da construção do conhecimento em sala de aula em situações de contradição e controvérsia

Este trabalho faz uma analogia entre os programas de pesquisa de Lakatos e a dinâmica das idéias dos estudantes em situações de sala de aula. Esta analogia revelou-se uma maneira produtiva de análise do desenvolvimento das concepções dos estudantes durante um processo de discussão. Com as condições de inteligibilidade, plausibilidade e frutibilidade de Posner et alii (1982), pudemos enriquecer a análise baseada previamente nos programas. Mostramos com um exemplo videogravado durante uma aula que a nossa abordagem pode ser efetivamente usada como um instrumento analítico para ajudar o professor a entender e melhorar os processos de ensino e de aprendizagem.
