Uma análise dialógica de crônicas de Josué Machado: discursos em conflito

This coursework aims the dialogical analysis of discourses that constitute the statements given by Josué Machado, a journalist in the magazine Língua Portuguesa, publishing Segmento. The research aims to observe the ideologies that mark the statements in question, regarding to the values of the standard language and the quality of a text. Methodologically, we seek the understanding of how the discourse of analyzed chronic , publicized during the stated period from number 32 to number 70, dialogues with purist discourse and the discourse of sociolinguistics. The methodological theoretical support covers Bakhtinian studies of the discourse. The results show that the subject who enunciates in the analyzed chronicles shows in his speech a purist voice, in which the discourse of clarity takes emphasis. The values that define his discourse about language are those that prevail in the sphere of journalism

The ecology and sustainability have never been in question as they are today, this is because the planet has reached a situation in which problems related to consumption and waste production can not be ignored. Cities have become unhealthy and quality of life of urban man is increasingly impaired. As a form of escapism from the major centers, a significant number of people are looking for isolated communities and ecological order that there, in those isolated places, they are able to rescue the idea of community. The journalistic product The Village of the Mountain shows the daily life in an ecovillage and describes the challenges and ideologies of these people trying to build a more suitable place to live

A distorção do conceito de economia no jornal Folha de São Paulo

The work aims to analyse the concept of economics as the science of scarcity is distorced in the newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo. Neoclassical economists characterize the economy as the science that is concerned with the welfare of the people, satisfying their needs. However, the economy in the newspapers of the mainstream media appears in contexts where only the profit of companies and businesses are addressed, leaving aside the problem of economic inequality, unemployment, working conditions and other issues that are also part of economy, but they are hardly concerns of journalists. In this work, the object of study was the notebook Market and content analysis followed the criteria of Bardin (1977). Ten words were chosen in the category science of scarcity and ten words were chosen in the category science of abundance. From these categories, a careful reading was done, counting how many times each word appeared in the newspaper. Also paid attention to the words that appeared and contexts in which they fell journalistic genre. In a second step, interviews were conducted with journalists from economics to know what they mean by the economy and what the guidelines are more common. Data collection and interviews contributed to the interpretation and confirmation on whether or not the distortion of the concept of economy and how it happens

Modernice em xeque: pedagogia Waldorf sobrevive em meio ao turbilhão contemporâneo

The purpose of this report-book is to demonstrate what is the Waldorf pedagogy. Describing an old, but not outdate, teaching method that differs from the convencional ones. Analysing all the interviews, visits and activities experiencies during the classroom at Schools Waldorf, it´s possible to determined some characteristics of this pedagogy in a less didactic way, focusing in journalistic-literal aspects and also the human being - instead of the institution. The discussing about the education and all problems about it, is a common activity nowadays, but remains an important and relevant society theme, whose power affect the development process of a country. Analysing all kinds of pedagoy methods it´s a way to improve the discussing about it. The main goal of this research is showing the Waldorf pedagogy for those who don´t know nothing about it and also make us to realize the real importance of the technology during it´s growth

Web e jornalismo especializado: análise de conteúdo do portal jurídico Migalhas

Considering the context that integrates the internet and the information, the present paper has aimed to analyze the content from the juridical portal named Migalhas, more specifically the daily information–newsletter that is sent to its readers. Starting by the passage on the pathway of the internet, cyber culture and web journalism, and some concepts of news production, it is aimed to describe and evaluate, from the content of the proposed analyzes by Laurence Bardin, about general aspects, strategies and bulletin samples. Bringing a little of its history and description of the journalistic and news main points. The present paper approaches how these criteria, news value, and tools are chosen and used to reach the effectiveness of the proposal to take specific and fast information to the readers. Questions regarded to the opinionated character from the content were also stated as a way to evaluate its expressiveness

Um estudo sintático-semântico das preposições em complementos verbais de webjornais paulistas

The main goal of this work is to evaluate the realization of the linguistic phenomenon of preposition and also to investigate how current normative pressures influence the production and the perception of processes of variation and change in Brazilian Portuguese. We analyze the use of prepositions a and para in verbal complementation contexts in contemporary journalistic texts from São Paulo’s press – the web newspapers. The contexts considered are constructions with complements of direction, movement with transference, material transference, and verbal/perceptual predicators (Berlinck, 1996; Corrêa, Cançado, 2006). Because written texts tend to be more conservative (i.e. more normative) this research provides an important linguistic investigation that contributes to the sociolinguistic knowledge of the language. However, the newspapers also tend to reflect the use, so they constitute a privileged place for us to understand the conflicting relationship between ‘norm’ and ‘use’. Besides this, the research is relevant for General Linguistics for considering linguistic and extralinguistic factors which determine the use and frequency of the prepositions, like syntactic-semantic relations between the preposition, the verb, the complement, and the text genre. We collected data from web newspapers from Araraquara, with small and medium circulation. Based on previous results, we have ascertained the predominance of the use of the preposition a in the newspapers from São Paulo in the 20th century. The objective of this work is to compare how manifests the ideological positioning in the hegemonic media productions, according to Gramsci's conception, in relation to the radical alternative media, proposed by John Downing. Efeitos e tendências dos processos de convergência nos modelos de produção jornalística: ecossistema, audiência, instituições e agentes locais em análise

The research aims to analyze the main changes in the concepts of the processes of production and consumption of news content information. The theoretical framework used will be the new consequent social, economic and technological paradigms of the current scenario of convergence of platforms, content and languages. The research aims to investigate the changes in the macro environment of journalistic production and, therefore, examine whether the local flow of news content meets the requirements of a new public consumption target set by the new Brazilian generations, composed of young people influenced by the cultures of computing, audiovisual communication and also by economic and cultural globalization. As expansion of the analyzes sought to verify the impact of these changes in the current models of traditional media, as well as the interference caused and trends in models of existing production. Also a case study is performed on this production flow in comparison with current market research of Jornal da Cidade (JC) of the city of Bauru (SP), the main media of the Grupo Comunicação. The intent of the approach will be to establish some preambles to assist in bringing the theory with the practical impacts on journalistic production, its agents, institutions and the workplace

Imprensa alternativa e contracultura: o jornal brasileiro Rolling Stone de 1972

The present monograph is a historical research of one of the brazilian newspapers in a journalistic heterogeneous effervescence, referring to the proliferation of vehicles on alternative libertarians of the 60/70. The project gives visibility to the Rolling Stone newspaper as the document that disproved their own relevancy in the viability of the music production and counterculture inspired by North America, developing the repercussion of the new behavior of young flower power in the country.
