In a view to determining the outlines of the Freedom of Speech and to specify its contents, we face hate speech as an offensive and repulsive manifestation, particularly directed to minority groups in contemporary society. Thus, the study sought to promote, in the foreground, a study of the Freedom of Speech, in the liberal molds. Considered this way, Freedom of Speech will tend to accept hate speech as a legitimate manifestation, albeit at the injury of the victims. On the other hand, when we are dealing with the exhaustion of the liberal paradigm and the affirmation of the Welfare State, we note the recognition by the social state of the asymmetries and commitment to redistributive justice. The Freedom of Speech, warded by welfare state will tend to suffer major restrictions on its self-determination power, rejecting hate speech.

Avaliação do estado emocional associado à catalepsia causada pela administração intraperitoneal de haloperidol

Haloperidol is a dopamine receptor antagonist used to treat schizophrenia. When systemically administered in rodents, haloperidol induces catalepsy, a state of immobility very similar to that seen in Parkinson's disease. It is known that many of Parkinson's disease symptoms are dependent on the emotional state since patients are still able to respond to external triggers such as loud noise or visual signaling. Recent data highlighted the importance of glutamatergic neurotransmission in the inferior colliculus (IC) on the cataleptic state induced by haloperidol in rats. Given the importance of IC in the brain aversion system and its connections to motor pathways, and based on the clinical reports of the emotional influence on the motor aspect of Parkinson's disease, the objective of the present study was to evaluate the emotional aspect related to catalepsy induced by intraperitoneal administration of haloperidol. To this end, we analysed ultrasonic vocalizations (UVs) of 22 kHz (indicative of aversion) in rats during the tests of catalepsy, open field and contextual conditioned fear. Systemic administration of haloperidol affected the motor activity, inducing catalepsy and decreasing exploratory activity in the open field. There were no UVs of 22 kHz resulting from treatment with haloperidol in catalepsy or open field tests. In the contextual conditioned fear test, haloperidol increased freezing when administered before the test, but decreased freezing on test day when administered before training. In this same test, haloperidol decreased the UVs on the day it was administered (training or test). The catalepsy induced by systemic administration of haloperidol seems to have also affected the motor aspect of UVs. In this way, it was not possible to clarify the existence of an aversive emotional state associated haloperidol induced catalepsy

Cultura, educação e subjetividade: um estudo sobre o ENEM - Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio

This research attempts to analyze the relationship between the National Secondary Education Examination and the design of teaching, specifically in the way of defining what should be taught, in the present National Curriculum identifying clues that help us in the explanation of a conception of teaching and making the confrontation between the evaluation device in this ENEM. We intend to identify, even if there is consistency between what is taught and what is learned in schools, whether it public or private, and it evaluates the evidence as ENEM. This work is part of the Bachelor's Degree in Education Full theme is a critical analysis of the evaluation system ENEM regarding their school pedagogical practices. The overall goal is to bring to light the evaluative perspective envisaged in secondary education as a training practice, regarding the evaluation method levied by the National Examination of Secondary Education, seeking to raise the following reflection: The evaluation addressed in high school according to the National Curriculum meets view of the National Middle School? To answer this question, the work specified in a field research through analysis of evidence applied to the Portuguese Language School students in two schools, one in public and one private school, both in the city of Rio Claro, São Paulo, the analysis on the Matrix Reference ENEM in order to show whether the school pedagogical practice meets the demand of this evaluation system.
