This study examines some characteristics of the contemporary reality and its influence on the dynamics of the organizational activities, in particular, related to the quality management. Discusses capitalist logic of maximization of profits that has been sophisticated in face of new scenarios that arise with society evolution. It also proposes a reflection on the philosophies and formats of management that fits with the desire to meet the needs of society through the expansion of quality - now a reference for the production processes and management systems. The work highlights the relations between communication and quality, pointing them as fundamental to the use of fissures on the evolution of the capitalist system in developing programs, philosophies and management systems. This monograph presents a study about organizational communication, outlining concepts, Brazilian historic, interfering factors and other considerations on the subject, introducing a survey with twelve communication agencies in Bauru as a result, explaining, in practical terms, how processes of organizational communication occur and the journalist's work in this area. Therefore, the organizational communication offers many possibilities for journalists, either as writers or press officers, or even in positions directly related to the Internet. As a key sector for all types of organizations, communication has gained notability, establishing itself as a strategic area for organizational management, especially in the form of integrated communication

Companies that invest in current technologies maintain themselves updated, improve their business rules and anticipate themselves against rivals providing a better service to their customers. This project aims to develop an ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning module for Android which complements an existing manager system and, that attends the needs of a rental equipment business for civil building, i.e., it improves the communication channel company-client and betters the identification and control of products. During the developing of this project, it was necessary to study the company business rules, analyze the requirements and the appropriate technologies. This project was organized in two parts, contemplating e ach of these needs. It were implemented specific modules for generate budgets and pre-orders in the first part and, the use of radiofrequency tags in the second one. Thus, it was possible to assign mobility to company business rules so that a better rental service can be provided and the equipments can be better managed

Internal Communications, a central theme of this project, it is essential to support a transparent and effective cooperation between organization and em ployee. In companies with Quality Management System, as certified in ISO 9001, need to adhere to the quality not only in its management policy, but as in all of its processes and the various agencies in which there is interaction, especially the internal. This paper aims to reflect on the interaction with the internal audience, paying attention to the fact that the information required and the strategic management of public relations positively interfere in the relationship between organization and employe e and the resulting benefits that these entail in quality management. The demonstration of the policies employed by the company Vien a Grafica & Editora as the basis for developing a model suggestive of internal communication in business quality. Thus, we intend to understand how effective communication arouses feelings of motivation and engagement among employees, so there is the realization of quality in all organizational sectors

The increasing amount of information about public management conveyed by government electronic portals in the internet has attracted the attention of scientific research, which has resulted in reviews of the contribution of such channels of public communication for the expansion of citizenship. It is the duty of the government to inform citizens effectively as well as using effective language to deal with different ways of relating with each public. Based on data collected in the official social media of state government during search for Scientific Initiation PIBIC/CNPq entitled “Digital Democracy and Social Networks: Analysis of Use of Internet by the Government of State of Sao Paulo” and official strategic manuals of the first industry this work of course completion has analyzed practices and recommendations of the area to contribute to the development of strategies of public communication

Estudo sobre a importância que a comunicação organizacional exerce no âmbito das instituições privadas do ensino superior. Entende-se que a comunicação organizacional vem ganhando espaço neste segmento e diferentes estudos contribuem para a compreensão sobre sua função estratégica e integrada. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo de caso cujos resultados poderão promover uma reflexão mais aprofundada sobre o tema. Percebeu-se que apesar da sua importância, ainda é necessário que as IPES criem e incorporem uma política de comunicação organizacional à sua gestão universitária.

This study presents implications of the assumptions of a model of educational management based on the perspective of technical and instrumental rationality regarding fundamental studies of the Frankfurt School and Gentilini (2001). We analyzed the presence of such theoretical assumptions in the Complementary Education Program “Prof. Henrique Scabello” implemented in the city of Araraquara, SP. The results indicate that this model of educational management brings negative implications for the school investigated, and above all that adherence to the management model based on communicative rationality can favor the realization of a truly democratic school management.
