Currently the Brazilian construction market is growing like gangbusters and every day grows its competition. With this Brazilian scenario, the government is supporting the construction companies and offering resources for real estate projects. To acquire resources Caixa Econômica Federal requirements you must meet in planning the work, as the development of budgets, timelines and memorials. This study aimed to planning a work according to the requirements of Caixa Econômica Federal, which was done with the aid of two softwares . First the methods and tools that are used to perform a planning were discussed. Then, based on the theory and observing the requirements of the financing bank budgets, memorials and schedules with the help of software were performed. At the end of the project, it was possible to observe the importance of using theoretical methods and software to facilitate and improve the timelines and budgets made , and thus the planning itself, which every day becomes more common in construction companies, because with the increase of competition and market requirements, is critical to reducing the loss and time, thus maintaining customer satisfaction and company

Banco central e política econômica: uma comparação entre Brasil e Argentina no período de 2005 a 2010

Este trabalho visa a compreensão das diferenças nos Regimes monetários de Brasil e Argentina, apesar de sua proximidade geográfica. Objetiva-se explanar os intrumentos utilizados pelos respectivos Bancos Centrais durante os anos compreendidos pelo estudo, como meio de compreensão das transformações ocorridas no cenário econômico, seja pelos choques externos, como também pelas medidas tomadas. Assim sendo, a partir da planificação dos modelos nacionais, será possível comparar as situações internas econômica-social em contraposição ao ambiente criado pela Crise do Subprime, e consequentemente compreender qual país conseguiu enfrentá-la de forma mais eficaz

Teoria do ciclo político-econômicos: um estudo de São Paulo e Minas Gerais

A Teoria dos Ciclos Político-Econômicos relata que os políticos influenciam o comportamento da economia por meio de manipulações das variáveis econômicas e de instrumentos políticos, visando à maximização de votos, por saberem que a situação econômica incide sobre as decisões eleitorais. Neste contexto, este trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar se existem evidências de ciclos políticos no Brasil, no período de 2002 a 2010. Para isso, procederam-se análises gráficas da evolução do saldo orçamentário dos estados de São Paulo e de Minas Gerais desta época. Os resultados apontaram que em alguns períodos estes ciclos ainda estão presentes, embora eles tendam a desaparecer devido à implantação da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal de 2000, a qual objetiva um maior controle das contas públicas

Análise e simulação de modelos matemáticos para a estimativa da geração de gases em bioprocessos de decomposição anaeróbia de resíduos sólidos em aterros sanitários

Brazil faces a complex problem in respect to municipal solid waste, having been in recent years an increase of its generation without the country there be adequate for proper disposal thereof. In many states , the percentage of waste destined improperly , ie , in dumps , landfills, send- outs , among others , is greater than that disposed in landfills , which would be the most correct way to be made. It can be argued that this discrepancy is due to the high cost of implementation and operation of the landfill, and the same need large areas with physical characteristics that suit their operations . When there is a provision in properly constructed landfills , municipal solid waste grounded generate gases with high potential energy through biochemical reactions during the anaerobic decomposition of organic material stored . Such gases can be used for power generation within the landfill or other economic means . To estimate the gas generation will be sufficient for such economic compensation , there are mathematical models that make estimating the amount of gas produced . These models calculate the energy capacity and generation , using parameters obtained based on the characteristics of solid waste , climate of the region where they are grounded and grounding time . Such models have been raised and studied so that it was possible to perform simulations that demonstrate the behavior of biogas generation related to the external conditions of the landfill that interfere with biological reactions within. The results show differences between the values obtained , it shows that the preparation of the models found and used in the simulations were allocated amounts for different parameters that determine this difference in the estimate . A aplicação da teoria do lean seis sigma na prestação de serviços no setor agrícola

This thesis aims to analyze the applicability of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to improve processes focused on agriculture. We discuss the origins of each system separately, Lean Manufacturing, the Toyota plants in Japan, and Six Sigma, by Motorola in the U.S., and then appears to merge them and can meet their complementarities and synergy between their tools. Finally, we describe a case study focused on the harvesting department, applicable to all types of manuals crops, covering the production of fruits, vegetables and greens. Uma análise empírica do setor bancário, níveis 1 e novo mercado das práticas de governança corporativa, baseada nas expectativas dos agentes

O presente trabalho apresenta em sua essência conceitos relacionados as práticas de Governança Corporativa no mundo e, principalmente, no Brasil. Tais práticas são leis que ajudam na Bolsa de Valores, trazendo mais transparência e confiança para os agentes e está desenvolvido no segundo capítulo. Tais práticas, então, afetarão diretamente as expectativas dos agentes a investirem seus capitais de forma mais segura. Para tanto, é necessário ter uma ideia geral de como são afetadas tais expectativas e é onde está desenvolvido o primeiro capítulo. Para concluir, é feita uma análise empírica, baseada em séries temporais, de econometria para auxiliar se o que a teoria nos diz é comprovada na prática e são usadas como base os Bancos Nossa Caixa e Banco Bradesco

Educação brasileira: uma perspectiva econômica

Este presente trabalho apresenta a trajetória das políticas públicas educacionais aplicadas no Brasil, com estudos de taxa de retorno da educação, índices como IDH e PIB, gráficos sobre a tal evolução e comparação entre países. Com base na Teoria do Capital Humano e de seus principais autores, Schultz, Becker e Mincer e na atuação e incentivo das Organizações Internacionais. O estudo conclui que apesar da educação brasileira estar atrasada comparada a outros países, políticas educacionais aplicadas através de principalmente programas sociais tem mudado sua realidade, ainda que lentamente

Um estudo sobre teorias de dimensões extras: modelos de branas geradas por campos escalares

In this work we study extra dimensional theories, taking emphasis in braneworld models generated by real scalar fields. Firstly, we revise the Randall-Sundrum models and we discuss about some thick braneworld scenarios already considered in the literature. We introduce a new thick brane model in order to address the Standard Model hierarchy problem. Furthermore, we show that there exists a class of scalar fields models which are very interesting for analytical studies of thick brane scenarios. Finally, we analyze the braneworld consistency conditions in the context of f(R) and Brans-Dicke gravities, where we show that it is possible to evade a no-go theorem regarding thick brane scenarios
