O objetivo desse texto apresentar um esboo do processo de formao da rvore genealgica das principais formas narrativas, das origens ao nascimento do romance, e, tambm, demonstrar a possibilidade de realizao de um dilogo entre fi ces modernas com obras da tradio clssica, por meio de elementos formais, smbolos e convenes. Pelo fato de referir-se histria e evoluo de um gnero literrio, o estudo focaliza, ainda, aspectos ligados ao cdigo e linguagem especfi ca que d expresso a esse sistema artstico.

Um trabalho de campo, este livro parte do projeto Integrao Universidade, Servios de Sade e Comunidade na Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu - Unesp: construindo novas prticas de formao e pesquisa. Integrado por pesquisadores e alunos de ps-graduao e graduao, o projeto est no bojo de um movimento maior - de alcance internacional -, voltado mudana no sistema de graduao na rea da sade. Os autores debruam-se principalmente sobre os aspectos prticos e humanos do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, levantando como se d, no ensino superior da rea de sade, o compromisso com a integralidade dos cuidados mdicos, a aproximao entre academia e servio e entre a sade e a educao, dentro de primados ticos, estticos e polticos. As narrativas dos alunos do terceiro ano da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu - Unesp analisadas no livro foram elaboradas num contexto pedaggico em que eles tiveram a oportunidade de acompanhar um mesmo paciente ao longo de at quatro meses, vivncia rara nas escolas mdicas. Muitas dessas narrativas expressam a intensidade do encontro com o paciente, as dificuldades para lidar com pacientes difceis (outro tema negligenciado na formao mdica), a alegria do bom encontro, o sentimento de impotncia diante das mazelas sociais e dos claros limites da medicina, como o de lidar com demandas situadas na fronteira entre os problemas da vida e a patologia, e que por isso nem sempre podem ser claramente configuradas e diagnosticadas

Introduction: This study is part of some activities developed in a school library in Marlia - SP. Objective: To approach the voice pad use in historical narratives. Methodology: The book chosen by the storyteller for this experiment was A Menina do Narizinho Arrebitado written by Monteiro Lobato, the first Brazilian book to gain an interactive version for the pad device. Results: It was observe in that activity like a digital device excites children, being a new way to interaction with stories. With features enticing and easier to use, the tablets provide the reading levels of dynamism and interactivity so far unthinkable. Conclusions: With the results of this research, it is concluded that audiovisual resources allow interaction and dynamism, providing enthusiasm to the listeners; being a pleasurable and diverse action that enables the professional to use new tools to stimulate the taste to hear and share stories as well as to attend a school library.

The goal of this research was to characterize written stories, produced by students, without complaint of language development (oral and written), from pictographic support. In a specific way, it has been searched, in those stories, elements that could grant coherence, applying that performance with the participants profile variables. It was characterized as a descriptive-exploratory study, held at a rural municipal school in the State of Parana. Twenty-one (21) students of both genders and ages between seven and nine years old have participated in this study. Data collection consisted of two narratives requests: one oral, after being released, to the child, four pictures placed in sequence to form a story, and one written. This writing production had been taken for the analysis. The results have indicated that most children (71.42%) managed to produce coherent stories, seventeen (80%) in story 1 and thirteen (61%) in story 2. As to the relation of that coherence with the students profile in story 1, there has been no statistically significant association, for none of the analyzed variables (gender, age and education), whereas there has been a statistically significant association with gender in story 2 (p-value 0.027). It is considered that the use of the pictographic support in developing stories have been confirmed as a facilitating strategy for its construction, for it has enabled the production of coherent narratives.

This paper aims to understand the nature of personal archives and their main features based on the collector entity IEB-USP (Instituto de Estudos Brasileiros da Universidade de So Paulo). Based on this entity and on archival theory, we discuss here, differences and similarities between the organic and private archives realizing the intrinsic value established on personal archival and how its institutionalization is denominated, once it directly pervades the attribution of value that is assigned and settled, relating to the work and life of a political or artistic personality, and also related to the collective memory and legacy left for this historically, aesthetic and socially important figures. We highlight, here, the approximation of Archival Science and Information Science and Library through the principles and organization methodologies applied to personal archives.

This article analyzes the data resultant of the accomplishment, between 2008 and 2009, of an extension and research project on the international exchange of letters between teachers and students from elementary schools in the towns of Gara and Marlia, So Paulo State, Brazil, with a school in the city of Azaruja, Portugal and another in the city of Luanda, Angola. It was developed by a team of students and teachers, UNESP, Marlia, in order to promote the exchange via personal letters for that students, between 8 and 9 years old, could take possession of the written language, in this case Portuguese, and understand it as an instrument steeped in culture. The choice of this kind in the world of the epistolary genre was made because it promotes the participation of the Other in the configuration of dialogic relations in the elaboration of the statements, taken as a reference in a Bakhtinian conception of language. It aimed to (1) point, in the letters exchanged between teachers and students between the Portuguese, Brazilians and Angolans in the early years, the evidence of authorship linguistic behavior that could signal the beginning of autonomy in the use of the written modality of language, or signs of submissive behavior; (2) reveal the cultural content of language tools used to construct indicators listed on the customs of each people, including those constituting school doings. For the generation of data were used principles of action research, which enabled direct action, along with Brazilian teachers, and indirectly, in the case of the foreign teachers. From the analysis of the corpus of research - letters exchanged between teachers and students - it is clear that the appropriation of language as a speech act realized in human relations makes the old personal correspondence a powerful instrument of development in the area of the written language.

This paper emerges from our research and extension courses university, from our concerns with the initial and continuous training of teachers and the Childhood Education and the early years of elementary school. We had, as a main focus, presenting aspects of some of these referrals effected towards the creation of possibilities for the collective creation of conditions to nourish all those involved in due diligence with a set of knowledge necessary for making decisions and positions on it and in pedagogical practice. Of theoretical and methodological perspective based our research, teacher training processes should meet the expression of their practical actions in order to produce new knowledge relativized, understood based on the circumstances, the social subjects and the social places of those prepare and disseminate. This understanding was responsible for the methodological choices made for the proposition and development of our research, primarily the oral history. Finally, we conclude, among other things, that the uniqueness of what is done, thought and spoken in the world of school and therefore, the practice of educational research through the narrative is full of content for the projection of new shares in favor of improved processes of teaching and learning aimed the formation and activity of teachers and the humanization of adults and children.

Autobiographical storytelling workshops were created with the purpose of providing elderly patients at the Rehabilitation Laboratory for Body Balance and Social Inclusion the opportunity to talk about themselves and reinterpret their own life experiences as a means of support for their treatment process.
