This study is bound to the Research and Studies in Educational Policies, GREPPE (interinstitutional group) Rio Claro Section, more accurately to the Research Project entitled Evaluating the scientific production about financing and agreements in childhood education, coordinate by Prof. Dr. Regiane Helena Bertagna, that has as main objective to survey of scientific production at the national level related to the theme of financing and agreements in childhood education in the period from 2000 to 2010. This research has as objective to analyze the financing of childhood education examinee issues of educational policies related to this aspect in this stage of the basic education in national journals. It is intended to ascertain the discussion held in the articles about childhood education financing highlighting the strategies used by the government to offer treatment to the childhood education by means of agreements, or even, by means of public-private partnerships. For the development of this research will be conducted a survey and data analysis from journals of the Coordination of Improvement of Senior Staff (CAPES) classified as A2 in the evaluation of 2008. The research will make a cutting between the years from 2000 to 2010; will be analyzed only the national journals online available and that adress the thematic studied

Se historicamente a educação escolar no Brasil foi marcada por um profundo corte elitista, o processo de democratizao do ensino apresentou incontestveis avanos desde a Constituio de 1988. A caminhada pela universalizao, no entanto, no se deu margem de suas heranas histricas, bem como novas fronteiras surgiram para o desafio da educação emancipatria. Esta obra rene 17 ensaios que debatem os dilemas existentes no cotidiano da sala de aula. Divididos em trs partes - " Educação, culturas realidade social", "Polticas educacionais" e "A escola" -, os textos coligidos abordam temas variados relacionados prtica escolar, como cidadania, polticas afirmativas e gesto administrativa, e compem um cenrio contemporneo dos principais desafios colocados para a educação de nosso tempo.

The choice Brazilian african study theme in the general education, and particularly in physical education has not advanced as to be themed with the subject matter. Even open to this issue, in 2003 a law was passed introducing an obligation of racial ethnic correlations in Brazil. Law 10.639, changed the LDB (Guidelines and Framework Act, 1996) and establishing the obligation both in elementary school as high school, public and private, the teaching of history and African Culture and African Brazilian. As the main objective of disseminating the importance of valuing the African culture and its legacy, expanding the looks and the knowledge about the culture and history of a people who often are discriminated against and excluded by society. The questions that arise are the following: The physical education teacher know that prerogative? Incorporates the Brazilian african discussion in their classes? Discusses with students these subjects related to corporal practices? Have difficulty in dealing with this issue? What? Thus the aim of this study was to detect whether and how a group of physical education teachers is the Brazilian african theme in their classes, for the fulfillment of the Law 10.639 / 03. The methodology of this study was qualitative descriptive type. Were used for data collection semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation. The data obtained through interviews with teachers were transcribed, reviewed and classified according to the content analysis. It is concluded that the racial ethnic theme is not systematically addressed in physical education classes when they are treated, is superficially when proposed by the curriculum of

A EUROsociAL se estruturou e se apresenta como uma rede de cooperao social, de iniciativa da Comisso Europeia para atuar nos pases da Amrica Latina em intercmbio de experincias, em cinco reas que incidem diretamente em polticas pblicas: educação, trabalho, sade, fiscalizao e justia. Neste estudo nos delimitamos a analisar a cooperao estabelecida no mbito da educação. Investigamos o papel da educação no programa de cooperao da EUROsociAL para compreender se a concepo pedaggica est refm ou no da dinmica de poder alinhada na configurao econmica do neoliberalismo. Estudamos o contexto histrico em que surge esse tipo de proposta de integrao considerando que o processo de formao das naes latino-americanas aconteceu associado ao empreendimento colonizador europeu. A EUROsociAL prope uma integrao entre os continentes ou algo que v alm disso? Qual o interesse dessa rede? Trata-se de uma forma de compensao pelos efeitos do tipo de colonizao na Amrica-Latina? Que articulaes existem entre propsitos de cooperao e programas educacionais? Havendo um investimento na integrao entre os continentes, na questo pedaggica, qual a sua proposta e seu interesse nessa escolha? Analisamos a relao entre o movimento internacional de reforma da educação no mundo e a pedagogia na EUROsociAL, com o foco na formulao do termo cooperao incidindo diretamente na formulao das polticas pblicas dos pases participantes
