Levantamento para a implantação de um sistema de gestão da qualidade segundo a norma NBR ISO/IEC 17025:2005 no Laboratório de celulose e papel da UNESP-Itapeva

The aim of this study is to perform a situational analysis of the Laboratory of pulp and paper-UNESP ITAPEVA for conducting proposal the accreditation according to ISO / IEC 17025:2005. The ISO / IEC 17025 establishes the criteria for those laboratories wishing to demonstrate their technical competence, which have an effective quality system and are able to generate technically valid results, establishing a single international standard for certifying the competence of laboratories to carry tests and / or calibrations, including sampling. The case study was conducted on laboratory Pulp and Paper Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), campus Itapeva, where we compared the views of the technician responsible for the laboratory and a regular user. The generated conclusion is that the laboratory is unable to initiate an accreditation process, because it fails the requirements such as quality manual, register of subcontractors, research of customer satisfaction, schedule of internal audits, schedule for completion of critical analysis, profile of the functions required, functions current description, documentation of technical requirements for accommodation and environmental conditions, calibration programs, equipment calibration program, programs calibration standards and reports and / or certificate of test and / or calibration, that are in accordance with ISO / IEC 17025:2005, beyond that there is not the possibility to develop and implement a quality system without the commitment of everyone involved, regardless of the functional hierarchy

Impacto da ABNT NBR 15575 na qualidade da construção civil

The quality in construction is increasingly a concern in this sector, in view of the occurrence of problems in civil works, even when a contractor is certified by ISO 9001. The ISO 9001 certification does not ensure the maintenance of quality because it only establishes the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) to ensure standardization of processes and products. With the development of ISO 15575, standard performance, the builders took on a quality parameter with the requirements established by this Standard, which must be met. Thus, the implementation of a quality management system (QMS) becomes essential, showing users the concern for quality. This study aimed to verify, through a case study, the impact of NBR 15575 quality construction and how that standard of performance may be the key element of ISO 9001 to ensure quality maintenance of civil works

Avaliação da qualidade de comprimidos de captopril 50 mg comercializados no Brasil

O captopril foi o primeiro agente desenvolvido para o tratamento da hipertensão, doença que acomete grande parte da população adulta mundial, a qual requer cuidados especiais quanto à farmacoterapia e ajuste de doses. Assim sendo, este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a qualidade de comprimidos de captopril 50 mg comercializados no Brasil através da realização da equivalência farmacêutica entre duas marcas de comprimidos não revestidos de captopril 50 mg (um genérico G e um similar S) em relação ao medicamento referência (R) Capoten® Bristol Myers Squibb 50 mg, utilizando os requisitos descritos na monografia individual do fármaco da Farmacopeia Brasileira e da Farmacopeia Americana. Medicamentos referência são produtos inovadores, cuja eficácia, segurança e qualidade foram comprovadas cientificamente; os chamados similares são os que contêm as mesmas substâncias ativas, mesma concentração, forma farmacêutica, via de administração, posologia e indicação terapêutica do medicamento de referência e são identificados por nome comercial ou por sua marca; os medicamentos genéricos são intercambiáveis com o produto referência e, geralmente, são produzido após a expiração ou renúncia da proteção patentária do mesmo, ele deve ser designado pela DCB (Denominação Comum Brasileira) ou, na ausência desta, pela DCI (Denominação Comum Internacional). Os dois medicamentos analisados, medicamento similar e medicamento genérico, apresentaram resultados satisfatórios quanto à determinação de peso médio, resistência mecânica e tempo de desintegração dos comprimidos, identificação, doseamento, limite de dissulfeto de captopril, uniformidade de doses unitárias, teste de dissolução e perfil de dissolução do fármaco, com relação ao seu medicamento referência correspondente, ou seja, estes são equivalentes farmacêuticos e apresentam qualidade... Atualização do conceito de qualidade na construção civil

The quality control is of great importance for the development of any organization, mainly for providing an assurance of delivering high quality services and goods for the consumers. Quality can be defined by the word „change‟, for the company which intends to implement a quality control system must be open to changes. This can be noticed from the JURAN concept (1992 In SILVEIRA ET AL., 2002): “Quality is to fit for usage”, i.e., depending on the goal, the situation and the consumer, quality is seen in different ways, since each one has different wishes and opinions. Taking in to account the availability of means such as norms, theories and tools, that contribute for an efficient quality management system, this discrepancy of opinions and the lack of objectivity of this concept can be solved, since through the analyzes of these means one can set quality standards, i.e., market references which fulfill both consumers and builders demands. Thus, the quality concept ceases to be something so abstract, non-measurable, to become a more objective concept. Finally, the goal of this work is to analyze the quality concept through bibliographic studies and possible consumers‟ enquires, aiming at the building industry, and show how the quality, often taken as something abstract, can be a measurable and objective concept, that benefits both the consumer as well as the enterprise of this branch

Estudo de caso de controle estatístico de processo: levantamento estatístico de defeitos em molduras

This graduate work approaches the study of Statistical Process Control - SPC, in a stage production of an industrial frame, aiming to use the tool of statistical process control (SPC) to assess the process capability. Where the process needs improvement as well not meet the specifications. Assessing the needs that the company needs to improve quality management, and the difficulties they present during the implementation of the CEP. The present study is to use the method of case study. The results are presented through study of the level of defects using Pareto diagrams and control chart by - (p) fraction defective, and checking the capacity and stability of the process using control charts and histograms XbarraR. The process demonstrated the need for improvements in process and quality management. At the end of the work are presented suggestions for improving the quality system of the company

Gestão da qualidade na construção civil

Quality Management has become an essential requirement for all companies intending to compete and ensure its place in the labor market. Several tools have been created as a way of ensuring the effectiveness of quality management, in order to control and manage the quality of services and products to ensure a final product with a high degree of competition and quality, besides satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations. Due to the great importance it has at the presente time on the world stage and internationally, civil construction felt the need to eliminate the defects and the lack of quality that have become so common over time to ensure a quality product and it´s customers satisfaction. It was then that this industry began to implement and develop more modern techniques and tools for quality control in construction. Quality achieved position in global market, defining which companies would continue and which companies would leave it, not to mention it became insistently required by the customer. Some tools such as ISO 9000 guided companies seeking a quality management. This presentation will present some of these management tools and their applicability in the civil construction industry. Aplicação de sistema de gestão da qualidade na execução de obras de pavimentação asfáltica, baseado nas diretrizes da ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2008

This work brings to its content proposed deployment of a system of quality management in paving asphalt based on the elaboration of a basic training to meet those entering this area of civil engineering at a technical manual for the implementation of major services running on paving of roads. The training was designed to serve both those entering the field of asphalt paving, synthesizing the complex processes involved in paving services and providing an overview of the steps in implementation thereof, as well as entrants must meet the enterprise user of this system, providing them an idea of the method used by the company designing the paving of roads. The technical manual presented in turn, has 8 (eight) of the main services components of a work of paving, which are: Mobilization and Maintenance of construction site, Regularization and subfloor preparation, execution or sub-base BGS base (graded gravel plain), Execution of sub-base or base BGTC (graded gravel treated with cement), Implementation of subbase or base Macadam hydraulic Priming bituminous waterproofing, asphalt binder Priming and finally the execution flexible pavement - HMA (hot milled asphalt concrete). These services are presented in the form of IT-Education work, this seven items are presented that guide the performance of services, thus providing overall guidelines to perform the services described in it. The development of IT's was based on experiences in day-to-day paving near the theoretical precepts presented in the literature, so the conditions specified in these documents aim to always guide the implementation of services in general, giving the process a versatility major operation, as this work takes into account the dynamics of such services, as well as the variety of their execution according to local conditions and specified in the project. Elaboração de manual da qualidade e manual de segurança em laboratório para a unidade operacional de equivalência farmacêutica da UNESP

No ambiente competitivo em que as empresas estão inseridas, verifica-se um crescimento significativo da divulgação sobre a importância de uma gestão adequada, objetivando a manutenção de sua sustentação competitiva. As exigências de mercado fazem crescer continuamente a preocupação em implantar Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade, não só no universo das grandes corporações, mas também das empresas prestadoras de serviços, como por exemplo, os laboratórios de ensaio. A Promulgação da Lei dos medicamentos Genéricos (LEI 9787), por meio da RDC 299/99 estabelece que os laboratórios possuem o dever de prestar serviços que atendam aos princípios fundamentais de gestão da qualidade analítica e de boas práticas de laboratório. Nesse contexto e visando a condução dos ensaios exigidos para o registro de medicamentos genéricos, a Rede Brasileira de Laboratórios Analíticos em Saúde teve sua origem. Dentre os requisitos estabelecidos pela REBLAS para habilitação de laboratórios na condução de ensaios de Equivalência Farmacêutica, é determinado que “o laboratório deve estabelecer, implementar e manter um Sistema da Qualidade apropriado ao escopo das suas atividades” (ANVISA, 2002). Assim, torna-se indispensável a existência de um Manual da Qualidade, ferramenta que descreve o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade de acordo com a política e objetivos que são declarados pela organização, bem como um Manual de Segurança em Laboratório para a Unidade Operacional de Equivalência Farmacêutica da UNESP.

Melhoria da qualidade de um processo de usinagem utilizando as técnicas de avaliação de Taguchi

Delivering to the customers a product or service with the expected quality associated to the huge competitiveness that exists in the market nowadays, has been making organizations increasingly focus on quality planning using techniques which are directed towards the continuous improvement process and production optimization. Thus, this paper aims to improve a machining process using the techniques of experimental design to the optimization and this also includes the analysis of the measurement system. For this purpose, the alloy Nimonic 80A, a nickel base superalloy, was used in the process due to its widespread use for high temperatures, applying this study the robust method proposed by Genichi Taguchi, determining the influence of the factors considered input variables, cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, type of tool, lubrication, and material hardness, in the output or response variable, surface roughness, concluding with the use of Taguchi orthogonal array L16 and by analysis of ANOVA that the factor feed rate is significant and offers greater effect on the response variable studied, should be set to 0,12mm/rev. Moreover, the factor type of tool has more influence on the process when compared to other factors, being CP250 the one more suitable to the process. Lastly, the interaction feed rate x cutting speed provides greater significance in the process regarding to surface roughness variable, being the best match between them 0,12mm/rev to the feed rate and 90m/min to the cutting speed. In order to evaluate the measurement system, it was applied the repeatability and reproducibility method (R&R), through which we saw that the system needs improvement (R & R = 88.04% >>> 30%) as the value found in the study was well above compared to the one that classifies the system as inappropriate

Qualidade da construção civil de estrutura de concreto armado, alvenaria de vedação e revestimento externo de obras verticais

The main purpose of this research is to raise, through lab rehearsals, the geometric properties of some oxisols from the region of Vale do Paraíba as well as comparing them to demands prescribed by Technical Specifications ESP08/05 of the Road Department of the State of Paraná, for sub-base or fine grained lateritic soil base (SAFL) and in the Technical Specification ET-DEP00/006 of the Road Department of the State of São Paulo (DER/SP) for subbase or crushed stone base. According to the results that were obtained it will be feasible to appraise the usage of these sorts of soils in structure layers of low-weight traffic pavements
