Metas de infla����o no Brasil (1999-2012): uma an��lise institucional

The paper shows the advantages and handicaps of implementing an inflation target (IT) regime, from post-keynesian and institutional stances. It is post-keynesian as long as it does not perceive any benefit in the mainstream split between monetary and fiscal policies. And it is institutional insofar as it shows there are several ways of implementing a policy, such that the chosen one is determined by historical factors, as illustrated by the Brazilian case. Thus, one could even support IT policies if their targets were seen just as “focusing devices” guiding economic policies, but also regarding with due attention other targets, as, in the short run, output growth and employment and, in the long run, technology and human development. Therefore, an IT is not necessary, although it can be admitted, mainly if the target is hidden from the public, in order to increase the flexibility of the central bank.

An��lise da produ����o acad��mica sobre o esporte educacional no Brasil: contribui����es para a educa����o f��sica escolar

Este trabalho objetivou investigar a produ����o acad��mica sobre o esporte educacional no contexto brasileiro nas principais revistas cientificas da ��rea da educa����o f��sica, buscando analisar as principais contribui����es sobre este campo de pesquisa para o contexto pedag��gico da educa����o f��sica escolar. Para isso foram analisadas as revistas cientificas indexadas na base de dados da CAPES entre os extratos A2 a B2 na ��rea de Educa����o F��sica, buscando avaliar quantitativamente o n��mero de trabalhos publicados nos ��ltimos onze anos (2003 �� 2014). Al��m disso, os trabalhos encontrados passaram por uma analise qualitativa, buscando estabelecer categorias tem��ticas que possam trazer �� tona um quadro do delineamento do estado da arte desse campo de investiga����o no Brasil, na ultima d��cada. Diante disso, o estudo procurou contribuir para um maior entendimento da atual perspectiva relacionada a produ����o cientifica sobre esporte educacional no Brasil, onde foram encontrados 15 artigos, o que nos permitiu delinear um quadro da educa����o f��sica escolar atualmente, fazendo alguns apontamentos em rela����o a dire����es futuras neste campo de pesquisa. Ainda s��o necess��rios muitos estudos para dar subs��dios para os professores, por��m este �� mais um passo pequeno em dire����o a um futuro com mais possibilidades e reconhecimentos na ��rea

Estudo e an��lise estat��stica no mercado de a����es brasileiro

The objective of this paper is to verify and analyze the existence in Brazil of stylized facts observed in financial time series: volatility clustering, probability distributions with fat tails, the presence of long run memory in absolute return time series, absence of linear return autocorrelation, gain/loss asymmetry, aggregative gaussianity, slow absolute return autocorrelation decay, trading volume/volatility correlation and leverage effect. We analyzed intraday prices for 10 stocks traded at the BM&FBovespa, responsible for 52.1% of the Ibovespa portfolio on Sept. 01, 2009. The data analysis confirms the stylized facts, whose behavior is consistent with what is observed in international markets.

An��lise de projetos arquitet��nicos modernistas com interfer��ncias visuais no Brasil

Modernism was a movement that began in the 1920s through the critical activities of Oswald de Andrade, Menotti del Picchia, M��rio de Andrade and others who warned of the valuation of national roots. Thus exposed their ideas renewing groups of artists who begin to unite around a new aesthetic proposal. Modern architecture in Brazil had its origins in European avant-garde in the early twentieth century as well, represented by architect Antonio Moya. In 1923 arrives in S��o Paulo Warchavchik the architect, who always insisted on the same character "modern" time and "Brazil" in its architecture. Years following: architects claim in full, influencing young architects. This research aims to analyze the projects executed by some architects that have reshaped or rewrote the architecture in Brazil with modernism and artistic / visual interference with paneled walls and details entered in these buildings.
