Id��ias fora do lugar na aula de Hist��ria: historiografia e conceitos dos alunos sobre escravid��o no Brasil

This article makes a historiography discussion about slavery, indicates the advances in combats for an afro-brasilian history and, in view of cultural re-sense shows a need to consider the student���s prior knowledge and content of teaching History. These knowledges are essential to move beyond the denunciation of the violence of slavery and lead to the classroom buildings of the recent historiography on slavery in Brazil in view of breaking of stereotypes and changing attitudes.

Educa����o f��sica escolar: estado da arte e dire����es futuras

The aim of this paper is to characterize and discuss the School Physical Education as a profession and subarea of research in the broader academic fi eld of Physical Education and educational research. To do that, it initially defi nes the difference between research in School Physical Education from research about School Physical Education, and point out the themes and research hypotheses for this subarea. It also analyses 289 articles characterized as research in School Physical Education, published in 11 Brazilian periodicals, classifying them in the following categories: ���level of schooling���, ���bodily practice��� and ���theme���. The results indicate that the majority of studies are carried out in elementary school, in ���games��� and ���sports���, and in descriptive and interpretative research in School Physical Education practices in several dimensions and interrelations. In conclusion, it points to the need to a focus in the research in teaching, the implementation of public curricula, and teacher education. Finally, it alerts to the need for Brazilian postgraduate programs in the academic fi eld of physical education to invest more in research in School Physical Education subarea.

O que sabemos sobre a pesquisa brasileira voltada �� educa����o em museus de ci��ncias?

Over the past four decades it occurred a great expansion of science education research in Brazil (TEIXEIRA, 2008). Considering the scientific production in the area, descriptive studies, called state of the art are necessary, but little found in Brazilian scientific literature, especially in the field of science education. In this context, this paper identifies and describes the main features and trends of Brazilian research in the field of education in science museums, released in the form of dissertations and thesis, in the period 1970 to 2010. It is a qualitative and quantitative research, which performs a document analysis, in a bibliographical review. We mapped 153 academic researches, mainly in the Rio-S��o Paulo axis, mostly in the last decade, showing that the area can be characterized as an emerging field in science education.

Um momento da hist��ria da educa����o brasileira cravado na literatura: as marcas dos mecanismos disciplinares na escola do final do s��culo XIX, inscritas em O Ateneu, de Raul Pomp��ia

Historiography shows that the historical moment is inscribed in the culture of every time and place. Thus, it allows us to identify within the different modes of cultural production - therefore in the literature of a particular time, our research object - expressions of historical aspects. Furthermore, it is important that we know our own history, so that such knowledge help us to learn how to build, individually and collectively, more equitable societies. The objective of this bibliographic research nature was to identify historical aspects of the nineteenth century Brazilian education printed in O Ateneu (The Athenaeum), written in 1888 by Raul Pomp��ia. We sought for narrative passages that could reveal usual educational practices in the time context of our work in order to better understand a historical period that contributed to the establishment of our current education

Corpo e cultura: um estudo sbre a arte do grupo Dzi Croquettes

Nesta pesquisa apresentamos resultados de nossas an��lises das concep����es de corpo e movimento presentes na experi��ncia do Grupo Dzi Croquettes, Brasil, d��cada de 1970. Ao estudar esta experi��ncia perguntamos o que podemos compreender sobre o funcionamento de dispositivos de poder que operam na captura da capacidade de cria����o, bem como, o que podemos inventar como formas de resist��ncia no contexto do capitalismo neoliberal. Delimitamos nosso objeto de estudo na experi��ncia art��stica do Grupo Dzi Croquettes para analisar as implica����es entre pol��tica e corpo, identificando a�� um territ��rio estabelecido pelas fronteiras entre o desejo e o poder. Estudamos as rela����es entre corpo e cultura apoiados na hip��tese de que os processos de subjetiva����o est��o implicados, de um modo mais intenso, nos processos educacionais na sociedade contempor��nea, e que ambos se produzem na materialidade da cultura. Atrav��s da cartografia desenhamos os territ��rios existenciais emergentes na experi��ncia art��stica delimitada, em um contexto espec��fico da sociedade brasileira, para ampliarmos nossas reflex��es e compreendermos os dispositivos de captura e de controle impostos sobre n��s.
