O processo de integração de novos colaboradores nas organizações

This monograph ha as objective to study the process of integrating new employees in organizations. As the individual becomes inserted into a new professional reality, he is subject to some adjustment variables that can directly affect your income. Identifying this, companies started to worry about how to get these new members, since the way it is conducted is directly related to the success of your performance and productivity in the organization. The central focus of this study is to identify the characteristics of an integration program, as well as the grounds on which it is based. Estudo de cerâmicas avançadas para fins de blindagem balística

The research involving new materials has always been considered as a differential in the development of a technology company. This occurred naturally since ancient times, often motivated by reasons of a certain age, where the most common material used was also the name of your time and may be cited as an example the Bronze Age, and later was the Iron. Currently, the use of firearms are they used in resolving conflicts between countries, or a more equivocal, as an instrument of social banditry make innovations in the area of shielding welcome, whether for personal use, in the form of vests or vehicle such as cars, tanks and even aircraft. In this context, is a Silicon Carbide Ceramic, with low density and high hardness. Thus, the aim of this study is the evaluation and comparison of these materials, seeking to improve their properties by means of additives such as boron and silicon metal and amorphous YAG. For this work, the specimens were pre-shaped by means of uniaxial later to be referred for isostatic pressing and sintering. The maximum percentage for each additive was 5%, except for the YAG whose percentage was 8.2% (mass percentage). All compositions were subjected to the same tests (x-ray diffraction, apparent density, optical microscopy, Vickers hardness, scanning electron Microscopita), so that one could draw a comparison between the materials under study, samples that showed better mechanical properties and micro structural, related here by hardness testing and microscopy (optical and SEM) were the silicon carbide doped with YAG and alumina samples, demonstrating the potential of these materials for ballistic protection. Currently the forests around the world face different aspects of weather. Global climate change and its adversities alter significantly the dynamics of the forest, directly influencing the operation. Human activities interfere in the functions of forests, either by removal of vegetation, either by reforesting deforested areas. Given the influence of human activity and climate change on forests, this project presents a comparative and analytical situation, the microclimatic level, the State Forest Edmundo Navarro de Andrade (FEENA), in Rio Claro. We measured the temperature maximum, minimum and average in different periods surrounding the FEENA, from 1889 to 1917, 1971 to 1999 and from 1999 to 2011. What allowed to suggest changes in the microclimate of your surroundings and probably in forest dynamics

The school and its teachers have great responsibility in the formation of gender identities. Ten teachers of a public schools participated in a semi-structured interview for the analysis of the content. The teachers perceive gender relations among the students, by their behaviors in the classroom: how quickly are the boys and the whim of the girls, the choice of colors and academic performance distinguished. They also have a concerned about the supposed homosexuality of some boys. The justification on perceived gender differences in students were assigned to the influence of family and to the reproduction of hegemonic standards of gender. Most teachers believe that school has little responsibility in gender issues, highlighting the poor training they had to work with sexual education of their students.

The purpose of this paper is to present the thought of Hannah Arendt on the historical narrativa, as the reading of theories of cognition and the sign of Peirce.
