Gest��o ambiental no contexto municipal: o projeto ���munic��pio verdeazul��� em Magda-S��o Paulo

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo una presentaci��n de pol��ticas p��blicas ambientales, teniendo como foco el Proyecto ���Municipio VerdeAzul��� (PMVA), lanzado por la Secretaria de Medio Ambiente del Estado de S��o Paulo en 2007, que tiene como caracter��stica la descentralizaci��n y comparte la gesti��n ambiental con los municipios. De esta manera, como estudio de caso fue realizado un an��lisis del desarrollo y de los resultados del municipio de Magda-S��o Paulo en la aplicaci��n de ese proyecto en el a��o 2010. Para eso, se utiliz�� una metodolog��a basada, inicialmente en la revisi��n bibliogr��fica sobre los temas envueltos, seguida del levantamiento de datos oficiales colectados en trabajo de campo y en sitios de ��rganos p��blicos, bien como entrevistas con dirigentes municipales para la realizaci��n del an��lisis e interpretaci��n de esos dados. La investigaci��n permiti�� concluir que el municipio de Magda obtuvo buenos resultados a partir de la participaci��n en el PMVA, que se presenta como una pol��tica p��blica ambiental estrat��gica, avanzando en la perspectiva de actuaci��n del poder municipal en la gesti��n del medioambiente

Implementa����o da metodologia TPM em uma ind��stria do setor de higiene pessoal, sa��de e beleza

This work presents a project of Action Search in a consumption industry of the sector of personal care, health and beauty. Following the implementation steps of Autonomous Maintenance Pillar of TPM methodology, stands for Total Productive Maintenance, this work aims to ensure the advancement of some machines in a production line of the company to the next steps of the methodology implementation, demonstrating the results achieved by the TPM. In the company in question, the TPM has been implemented in the past but lost strength over the years and some of its concepts were abandoned, producing then a drop in the equipments efficiency, increased wastes and breaks in the processes, as well as loss in product quality. Then, the need arose to restart the implementation process from the beginning, to strictly follow all the steps of the methodology, ensuring increased efficiency of equipment and processes. Through training and a changing in the company culture, it was possible a joint effort between Operation and Maintenance in order to enhance the knowledge of the operators on their machines. Initially, it was developed a general cleanliness program of equipments so that it could be possible to find the anomalies in the process. Subsequently, operators and maintainers were trained to detect anomalies, enabling equipments to work under their basic conditions of operation and subsequently building provisional standards of equipment cleaning, lubrication and inspection. Through the improvement presented by some indicators such as OEE, wastes, bankruptcies and unavailability, it was proved the importance and the positive effects of TPM implementation in manufacturing

Projeto el��trico b��sico de uma subesta����o industrial t��pica na classe 15 kV

The electrical substations have the goal to transmit, distribute and change the characteristics of electrical energy transmission networks of dealers to the end user with a high rate of reliability and continuously. For this it���s necessary to accomplish a gathering of datas from the local dealers where will be installed the substation to make a good electric project. This work has the objective to gather all the contents relatives to electric project of substation that are scattered in the literature, in order to organize and develop a basic guide that presents a methodology to dimension electrical equipments that belong to an industrial substation at 15 kV. In addition to elaborate a basic guide, this work aids to specify electrical equipments installed in the substation, bringing information and comparisons to know and determinate the kind of equipments that will be used, in a correct and coherent way with the national and international rules. Ultimately, after determined, got and specified all the equipments that belongs to an industrial substation, the work mention in global manner how to calculate the dimension of substation physical arrangement, determining all the least and required dimensions of each cubicle

Management information systems such as ERP can bring to businesses many competitive advantages. There is a great demand for systems projects to consulting firms that have knowledge to manage this particular type of project. However, the rate of system projects that cannot achieve success is very high. The methodology of Project Management, standardized by the Project Management Institute, is a globally recognized standard and used even in projects involving information technology. In the present study, was made a case study of an ERP system implementation project in a large company, by a consulting firm. From this analysis and on contributions from the literature, recommendations were proposed for the project management, in order to better direct the PMI methodology in large projects involving systems like ERP

This study describes the preliminary design of a static skip compactor and its hydraulic system. The objective of this study is to develop and to improve the design of a made project. The methodology used in this study was to analyze the faults of the already done projects and to suggest possible improvements. The result is a preliminary design of a skip with the main necessary dimensions and specifications to build that equipment. The conclusion of this study is a preliminary project of simple equipment that makes in very efficient way its work

Projeto Sempre Sorrindo: 10 anos de aten����o ao idoso institucionalizado

Introduction: To correctly attend the health needs of the elderly population, it is necessary to invest in training of human resources. Thus, it becomes indispensable to insert the geriatric dentistry content into graduation courses. Objective: To describe the experiences and the results obtained during 10 years of an university extension project focused on oral health care of institutionalized elderly. Methodology: This is a documental and descriptive work, which was analyzed the institutional process of ten years of the University Extension Program, ���Always Smiling - Dental Care for the Elderly Institutionalized of Ara��atuba, ��� developed at the Ara��atuba Dental School, FOA/ UNESP. It were collected quantitative and qualitative data, and these were classified and interpreted according to the technique of categorizing the content. Results: In ten years of implementation, the project ���Always Smiling��� involved undergraduate students, professors and post-graduate students, who together have developed practical activities such as health education, hygiene supervision, recreational and educational activities, epidemiological surveys of oral health conditions and consequently, dental care according to the need of the treatment. Conclusion: The project ���Always Smiling��� serves as a working model for elderly health care, because it acts involves many aspects, from the prevention of diseases, even to the training of elderly caregivers, benefiting the institutionalized elderly and health professionals.

Projeto Sa��de na Pra��a: uma experi��ncia de promo����o da sa��de em Araraquara-SP

Introduction: Considering the benefi ts of a regular physical activity already indicated on literature and, on the other hand, the high prevalence of physical inactivity, the negative impact of this behavior to the population���s health and also to the public safe, Araraquara city hall (SP) creates the project Health in the Square off ering Lian Gong practice to elderly people since 2001. Objective and Methodology: This experience report describes such project and how it is monitored by city hall through some indicators of physical assessment that was obtained whit the participants in 2007 (General Gymnastics mode). Results: During nine years, this project evolved exponentially because included three physical activity types (General Gymnastics, Hidrogymnastics and Tai-chi-chuan) in 55 city���s spots, mostly public squares, and it benefi ciates about 1.300 adults. The Project has achieved good results in provides health of participants, what justify continuation and expansion of the project in this city.
